- Yasmn (1/5): Unpleasant - Only the aircon. It was functioning satisfactorily 1) The bidet could not be used. Pls replace it. It doesnt cost much. 2) The water heater does not work. Pls repair or replace. 3) The receptionist was not helpfull. Did not give towel. Got to request.

- Siti (4/5): Disappointing - At least the front desk is very helpful and reachable via phone. The picture in booking.com does not do justice. It is not as pretty as in the picture at all. Torn blanket, very old mattress. Towel not as per standard white hotel towel. No shower cream in my room. I paid for family room. Room is big, but only 1 power socket. I need to buy extension wire in order for 3 of us to charge our electronic devices at the same time. In the picture, there is water kettle, but actually not privided in the room. I have stayed in few budget hotels under Oyo before and worth every money that I paid. But not this one.
