• Francois (5/5): Décevant pour le prix - Excellent emplacement. Logement très spacieux, ce qui est rare à Singapour. C'est d'ailleurs pour cela que nous l'avons loué pour ces 6 jours, mais avons été extrêmement déçus. Très mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons payé presque 600$ par nuit pour l'appartement 3 chambres, mais le logement est extrêmement vieux et mal entretenu. Les matelas sont tellement usés qu'ils sont bons pour la poubelle. On sent tous les ressorts, qui sont même visibles à l'oeil nu! J'avais si mal au dos tous les matins au réveil. C'est si vieux que c'est même insalubre, car une des chambres sentait beaucoup la moisissure, à cause de l'air climatisé complètement infesté de moisissure (voir photo). Ils sont venus le nettoyer sur demande, mais seulement en surface et ça sentait encore la moisissure dans la chambre après. En cause, il n'y a aucune ventilation efficace dans les salles de bains, qui demeurent humides en permanence. L'ascenseur qui mène au logement tombe littéralement en ruine, on dirait l'ascenseur d'un immeuble abandonné en état de semi-démolition. Enfin, il y avait toute la journée des travaux à un étage inférieur, avec un bourdonnement infernal de marteau-piqueur, mais on ne nous a pas avisés avant l'arrivée, ce qui aurait été la moindre des choses. Je ne conseille pas ce logement, c'est beaucoup trop cher pour un logement qui tombe en ruine.

L’ensemble un peu vieillot et tous les travaux mais j’ai cru comprendre qu’ils rénovent l’intégralité de l’Hotel donc la prochaine fois ce sera parfait !

Vanaf 22:30 tot 03:00 was er veel lawaai van tech music. Niet de schuld van de verhuurder, maar wel irritant en zelfs met oordoppen nauwelijks te omzeilen.

• Denise deV (5/5): location great, infrastructure, construction & bathroom noise a big minus - the price was too high - location, location, location really close to shopping and a great food court infrastructure outdated and needing a bit more TLC (tender loving care). The air system in the bathroom was interconnected with your neighbors so you heard everything... There is construction going on all day- we were not informed at booking, only when we arrived. For those who might want to sleep during the day to get over jetlag, will be kept awake from the construction noise.

• ANGELA (8/5): We are very happy and satisfied to have stayed at OPSA. We would recommend staying at this apartment - The property location is very strategic, very close to Somerset Station. The room is very spacious for the three of us and clean. All the available facilities are functional. The room is also comfortable so we can sleep soundly The elevator is hot because there is no AC The cleaning service does not understand English, making it difficult to communicate what we need or tell them what time the room can be cleaned The lights in the room are not bright enough and the AC position in the room is not ideal, so the airflow blows directly to the body.

They were positive and timely in providing services and responding to requests and any issues, including reception, concierge, housekeeping and security. We could have stayed longer.

• Jackey (10/5): - Location was great. Room size was great. In service laundry was great. Everything was good that was needed to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was good and the staff was wonderful. The security always greeted me and it was nice. The rooms are outdated and sometimes have little critters. The neighborhood at night is not child friendly with so many escorts around. The water in the bathroom is brown probably due to old pipes but unable to take a bath due to it being brown. The fridge stop working at one point but somehow fixed it. There are no electrical outlets near the desk at the windows unless it’s behind the tv.

• CrouchDean (7/5): Great place if you don't mind an older building - Great location - Close to MRT and right in the shopping heart of Singapore. Lovely staff and 24 hour secuirty. Its getting a bit tired, An older building that could do with a facelift. All in all a good stay but it did not present quite as well as the description suggested. Saying that everyting worked.

• Saufi (8/5): Cozy and homely. - I love that it is cozy, spacious for a place in Singapore and at the attractive price. Noise isolation is bad. Noise from the road and clubs can be heard at night. Suggest wearing earplugs.
• Joshua (8/5): fantastic staff, central but isolation or sound dampening should be added - Apartment was exactly as pictured, large and central to the region. easy transport was available and incredibly friendly staff and facilities. we were placed in a high floor which helped a little with the noise, and had frequent house keeping, which was fantastic with new towels every time which is very needed given the weather in the area. unfortunately, the sound isolation is non existent so we could hear the clubs outside until 4am and the base from the music would frequently wake us up. the windows were not properly sealed and there was some light mould in the bathroom.

It’s well connected with the entire city, supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants everything is available right outside of the property. I think everything is quite good there

• Sylvia (8/5): Since we were only on a city trip and spent most of the time out and about, the apartment was perfectly adequate for us. - I particularly enjoyed the location, and the size of the apartment was excellent as well. Everything was a little worn and dated. A renovation would really improve things, and the pool area could also use a bit more care. Overall, it all felt a bit old.

Room was clean, spacious and having a washing machine was a real bonus. Bed was on the small side and uncomfortable for two. The doona was also too small to cover 2 people while sleeping. Should consider fitting 2 single beds in some of the rooms. The building is very old and needs refurbishment. The lifts are very old and creates a very negative 1st impression of the accommodation..
