• Mario (2/5): Eine Zumutung - Für die Lichtquellen wurden LED Streifen verwendet. Grundsätzlich kein Problem, aber die LED Streifen an der Decke flackerten wie ein Stroboskop selbst nach dem Ausschalten der Lichtquelle. Insofern war das Schlafen ein Horror . Es wurde natürlich von unserer Seite zurückgemeldet. Mehrere Male. Es wurde nicht darauf eingegangen, es wurde nicht hergerichtet und blieb bis zum letzten Tag eine Zumutung. Warmwasser funktionierte auch für einen Tag nicht. Löcher in der Wand….
• Claudia (5/5): Viaggio a Roma x Tennis e Svago - Buona la posizione. Comodo ai mezzi Illuminazione interna da rifare, malfunzionante, luce scarsa in bagno, bagno cieco con ventola non funzionante. Manca un punto di appoggio in bagno. Letto grande di finta pelle usurata con lenzuola di dimensioni inadatte. Biancheria da letto e da bagno macchiata e strappata. Corridoio esterno scarsamente illuminato (luci a led lampeggianti che non consentono neanche di vedere il tastierino numerico per apertura porta). Decisamente tutto fuorché glamour. Finite i lavori e magari se ne può riparlare.......

• Luca Claudio (9/5): TOP ma si può fare meglio - La disponibilità repentina dell'host di risolvere il problema che era appena apparso al check-in. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa e c'era una sorta di hall dove era possibile farsi un caffè in totale autonomia. Ci trovavamo vicino alla strada e si sentiva qualche rumore e non c'erano abbastanza saponi per i miei gusti.

• Sergio (7/5): Calidad-precio y ubicación insuperable, aunque instalaciones mejorables - La ubicación buenísima, al lado de la plaza del popolo y muy bien conectada con el resto de la ciudad, una habitación cómoda, con buen espacio y una relación calidad precio insuperable. Al llegar horas antes del check-in nos cobraron 10 euros por poder entrar antes, cuando la habitación ya estaba preparada. La luz del baño bastante escasa y al ser automática se encendía con el mínimo movimiento y hacía un ruido molesto. La ducha tenía moho y en general había bastantes desperfectos, aparte el agua salía o hirviendo o no salía. Un microondas anuque sea en las zonas comunes no vendría nada mal.

• Samueal (3/5): - La posizione era ottima Igiene pessima, la porta cadeva a pezzi, lenzuola sporche abbiamo quindi chiesto un cambio di lenzuola e non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta, lavandino rotto e infine il rumore fastidioso della lavatrice.
• Zeljana (1/5): SCAPPATE!!!! - La peggiore struttura in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Evitate se potete perché c’è di meglio per questo prezzo. All’aperto sera non potevamo farci la doccia visto che l’acqua calda funzionava solo alla mattina. La cosa più fastidiosa era la luce con la ventola automatica che si spegnava solo quando chiudevi la porta del bagno. Il pavimento, il battiscopa e il bordo del letto erano rovinati.

• Roberto (3/5): Affittacamere senza presidio - Il pregio principale è che ogni mattina vengono dati due rotoli di carta igienica nuovi invece di uno, come fanno altre strutture. La cosa peggiore è che non c'è nessuno in struttura, quindi poca trasparenza nel metodo di check-in, 3 codici per entrare nella propria stanza (uno al portone dabbasso, il secondo per la porta dell'appartamento, il terzo per la camera). Estremamente frustrante. Tentando di gestire un contrattempo che coinvolgeva la prenotazione su Booking, la struttura non ha dato nessuna risposta alle mail.
• Michele Angelo (8/5): Soggiorno - Per brevi soggiorni va più che bene , check-in svolto in maniera autonoma, ascensore presente Nel periodo che ho soggiornato faceva un forte caldo a Roma e nella stanza era presente un condizionatore ma vedevo che non riusciva a raffreddare l'ambiente più di tanto, quindi sotto questo aspetto ho patito un pochino
• LP (5/5): Info errate e intoppi - Posizione ottima, vicino al centro e all'Auditorium Parco della Musica. Comodo il servizio senza contatto, il prezzo è relativamente basso per la posizione. Le stanze sono un po' datate ma in generale come appoggio per una notte se non hai particolari pretese può andare bene. Info sulle modalità nel messaggio automatico che inviano su Booking non corrette: non leggono o rispondono alle mail e il numero segnalato qui non è corretto. Tassa di soggiorno di 6 euro invece che 3.50 come scritto sulla prenotazione, stanza trascurata, bagno poco funzionante.
• Nicolas (3/5): Illegal practice - Good location, clean room, everything you need as a tourist. Sick to write a price on Booking and then ask you to pay more via PayPal for a "tax"... Obviously, chatting through WhatsApp to ask the id card and a proof of payment is not so professional. It's nice to use a platform but not respecting any rules of the platform.

• Carmine (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, comodo per raggiungere Stadio e Auditorium - Ottima posizione, a due passi da Piazza del Popolo. Con una lunga ma piacevole passeggiata, si arriva a piedi allo Stadio Olimpico (che ho raggiunto per un concerto), ed all'Auditorium Parco della Musica. Bagno un po' scomodo, la porta della camera ha la serratura da cambiare.
• ALESSIA (2/5): - Chec in fai da te con il cellulare indicato per contattare la struttura è sempre spento, solo dopo aver scritto ad expedia sono stata ricontattata, Stanza piccola e molto datata ma la cosa peggiore è l odore di scarico malfunzionate che esce dal bagno.

• Stergios (4/5): Disappointing - Communication with the owner was extremely bad. They only sent me information of how to get inside the building after I was already there. Then the inside (glass) door of the building was stuck and it took me half an hour to get inside the building, thanks to another resident who opened it from the inside. The phone number of the owner was always shut off and he replied to messages on Booking saying he'll be there, but I don't know when and if they came. The next day it was the external door (with the code) that didn't work, so I was stuck outside the building for another 20 min and when somebody opened it, I didn't know if I would be able to return back, in case I went out. So I lost at least an hour trying to figure that out. Meanwhile (even though it was the time that reception was supposedly available) the owner's phone was once more turned off and they replied to no Booking messages. Basically, they did nothing to fix the problem or reassure me. Apart from that, the room is in a very bad situation (tiles on the floor are peeling off, the bed is worn out), it is extremely small and it has no natural light. It was also not well cleaned with dust and hair in different parts of the room. The matress was also not good. I had stayed there once before but the condition of the room and of the building has severely deteriorated in the meanwhile. The biggest problem of course was the lack of access to the building and the complete and unacceptable lack of communication from the part of the owner. This room is to be avoided.
• Viktorija (6/5): - The apartment is in a convenient location, a good spot. They clean every day. There are 3 cafes downstairs, which is a plus. Communication with the apartment management is very poor; they only respond to calls. The contactless check-in only happened after 3 calls and being asked to wait another 2 hours after the official check-in time. There isn’t a single glass in the room, and the rod holding the curtains was falling off. It was fixed just before we left. Everything in the room is very old, even the towels have holes. Our room was called "deluxe," but it was a complete deception and disappointment. The only advantage is the location, close to the metro and tourist attractions.

The check-in information was not provided, until I had to ask for it while waiting outside of the building on the day of. My stay was for 4 days and out of those 4 days 2 of them I had cold water only. I never actually met the person who was in charge. On my first night the room was terribly cold. They provided shampoo&shower gel in small sample size packages.

• Roberto (4/5): - at 2:00 pm I was in front of the building's main door and I still hadn't received any message, even though check-in was at 2:00 pm. at 2:54 pm the message arrived with the room number and the code to enter, but I found an unmade bed and everything dirty, bathroom and room. I tried to call and no one answered until 3:45 pm, when the second number, not the main one, told me it was the wrong room. they told me the new room and the code to enter. I went out and came back after 1 am in the evening and discovered that there was no hot water and that the light bulbs for the reading lights in the bed were missing, so to turn off the light in the room you had to use the TV as a bedtime light.
• Giulia (5/5): Not quite the experience - - good location (close to the metro); - reasonable price; - dogs allowed. - there were some broken things and things in bad shape (window, bedside table, toilet, hand towels); - the bathroom vent and the bed sheets were not clean; - the bathroom had no shelves to keep the nécessaire.

The room was the 1st on the left - so very quiet, as it's looking somewhere at a back yard; good bed size, perfect for one-night business/meeting stay. The fact that it was very close to the front door and was too noisy when someone of the other guests was coming back late evening/ leaving with the suitcases early morning.

• Marta (2/5): No es recomendable - Para empezar la entrada al "hotel" (era un pasillo con habitaciones) necesitabamos un codigo para entrar y no nos lo dieron hasta que llamamos a hoteles.com (por esa parte hoteles.com fue muy amable) tampoco contestaban al teléfono. La habitación era una lavanderia y el baño tenia la cisterna rota y hacia ruido, el aire acondicionado tambien estaba roto y goteaba, las toallas estaban rotas y mojadas... La luz del baño ademas costaba encenderse, habia que darle varias veces. La ubicación en cambio estaba muy bien (cerca de la plaza Popolo) En resumen: si podeis buscad un hotel mejor
• Matteo (4/5): - Siamo rimasti più di un giorno senza elettricità. Il proprietario ha detto che sarebbe venuto a risolvere entro un’ora ma alla fine non si è fatto vedere e non rispondeva al telefono.
• kadiya (6/5): - The check in process was not the best. 2 hours before check in we were yet to receive check in instructions. Eventually we got this 15 minutes before we were meant to check in but I’m sure you can appreciate that this would be quite nerve wracking. While there is a contact number for the property we called at least 10 times and the calls went unanswered. We then contacted Expedia and were told that they were also unable to contact them using the telephone number provided. The room is quite small. There is a fridge which is also quite small as we could not even fit an average size container in there. There was no hand soap provided in the bathroom which was a bit inconvenient. I would not recommend staying in this room (room 2) with someone you aren’t completely comfortable with as there is little privacy since there are glass blocks forming the wall between the shower and bedroom. Security could be a bit better as on one night there was a group of people banging on our door and trying to open it and we could tell from their conversation that they believed it was their room. They later left the area and it appeared that they were in the wrong block of flats which we needed a key to enter.

L’unica pecca di questo B&b è stata la comunicazione con i proprietari. Al numero non risponde nessuno ma dovrete contattare Elena ,super disponibile che vi darà tutte le informazioni. È un’ottima soluzione per visitare in pochi giorni Roma.
• Rocío (6/5): Muy básico, pero con buena ubicación - La ubicación estaba bien, pero el sitio como tal es una habitación muy pequeña, apenas te puedes mover por ella, es funcional, para dormir y usar el baño. Se agradecería que entrase algo de luz natural porque la ventana da a un patio interior; que hubiese una mesita de noche en cada lado de la cama, no sólo en una; que la puerta del baño no fuese corredera; que dejasen más gel y jabón de manos. La cama era cómoda y amplia y las almohadas también. Tenía una nevera, pero estaba un poco sucia por dentro. Se agradecería también tener un par de vasos para el baño.

Location was very good, easy to walk to shops and tourist points , Place was very small, no hand soap, no tissues, fridge was tiny and not very clean, bed was a sofa and mattress was not clean. • Vincent (4/5): Bien placé mais prestations mediocres - Emplacement parfait pour visiter Rome, mais rien de glamour dans la chambre que nous avons eue. Porte coulissante de salle de bain cassée à notre arrivée (réparée 2 jours après), robinet du lavabo mal fixé, mobilier dégradé (peinture écaillée sur les meubles, parties de plinthes manquantes, cadre de lit abîmé,...), absence d'ampoules dans les lampes de chevet, et impossibilité d'éteindre complètement la lumière du plafond .

• Gary (6/5): - Glamour Spanish Steps is anything but glamorous. But once you get pass the disappointment of the room (No 2), it's actually not so bad. The cons: the room is in desperate need of updating as it has a silver paint interior likened to a single male's idea of a cool bedroom in the 1980s. The bed frame has a worn out leather effect edging which adds to the size of the bed which is far too big for the size of the room, resulting in having to shimmy around the bed; there is faulty wiring to the lights; holes in the plaster to the wall and ceiling; skirting board missing; scuffed up MDF skirting board in need of replacing; the sliding frosted glass door to the ensuite doesn't entirely cover the doorway and the shower is lit by a glass block wall, so there's no privacy when using the toilet or shower; no hand wash provided. The communication before arriving was frankly disappointing because it was unfriendly and unhelpful, which caused concerned over being able to check in. The pros: the cleaner cleaned the room every day and put an entirely clean set of bedding on every day; clean towels most days; the bed was comfy; the shower was reliably hot; the decor of the ensuite was okay; it's a short walk to the Metro, bus stops, park, zoo, shops, restaurants, cafes, and the piazza. Once check in details had been received, it was straightforward to get to the room. Summary: exceptionally clean and great location, but would not stay there again.
• Angelos (2/5): Quite disgusting... - Location was good. Bed frame was old leatherette that had disintegrated on all sides, was disgusting to touch or sleep next to. Floor was dirty, everything around was semi functional or broken, holes all over the place. Fridge was filthy. Toilet seat was obstructed by sink.
• Ionel (8/5): A good stay - If we refer to the price, it was a good room. It has its own bathroom, a bed in which I slept well, silent refrigerator, the small imperfections are not to be taken into account. It is in a quiet area, close to the subway and tourist attractions. Near are good restaurants and anyway Rome doesn't let you stay too long in your room. I was pleased! The automation of the light and especially the fan in the bathroom, cannot be turned off from the button.

Comfortable, clean and quiet room (4th floor, overlooking a courtyard) Despite timely instructions for an easy check-in, I always prefer to see a human face / hear at least a voice. A kettle for a cup of tea would be appreciated, even more when you arrive alone in the evening (and no reception or open cafe' nearby).

• N7458RHkaterinaa (6/5): must have been robbed - Generally well,I have to mention though that my earrings were lost as I always let them on the at the drawer.On the second day they were missing but I thought they may be around the room .When I left I thought I had them packed and I thoughroughly checked that nothing was left behind.When I returned back home I spent months searching around the house and of course when I managed to talk to them they told me that they had found nothing.Pretty bizzare as it was the only valuable thing I had with me

• Helle (8/5): Småt, men ligger centralt. - Boede der 5 overnatninger. Ligger centralt, ikke langt fra bymuren ind til piazza del popolo. Værelset var meget lille. Der var altan, men dørene kunne ikke åbne helt, da sengen stod foran. Altanen var desuden fyldt op med varmtvandsbeholder og aircondition. Badeværelsesdøren er en skydedør, som ikke lukker helt tæt, og vandhanen sidder løs. Det hele virkede lidt slidt. Sen info om at der var elektronisk indtjekning og de tager ikke telefonen når man ringer. Vi havde en seng at sove i, rengøringen var fin og det ligger centralt.

Sono stata egregiamente assistita dal proprietario e da Elena,che mi ha inviato tutte le informazioni relative al self check-in. La camera era assolutamente conforme alle foto, la pulizia impeccabile e mi sono trovata subito a mio agio. Bel palazzo,ottimi locali e ristoranti nei pressi e tutte le maggiori attrazioni, pochi minuti a piedi. Non esiterei a raccomandare questa struttura e ci tornerò senza esitazione, in futuro.
• Mylesjr (9/5): Good place to stay, i recommend this to my friends. - I like the silhouette kind of bathroom. Modern type ambiance. It is near the Metro station. Maybe provide toiletries and sleepers.

• Israa (7/5): Good - Clean and near the metro and the middle of the town Doesn't have wifi,i tried to enter the password but i ddidn't get it either the name of the wifi
• Joshua (7/5): Good - Location is amazing, less than 20 minute walk from Trevi fountain and there is a Metro station just around the corner and lots of good food options nearby Bathroom was broken first day of stay but they came and serviced it the following day.
• Souzana (4/5): I didn’t feel safe or welcomed, but at least it was clean. - Clean and convenient No feeling of safety. The key to the room was nothing serious. There was no bed, just couch. The flush wasn’t working the next day. You could hear the flush running every single minute. There was also a smell of smoke in the bathroom. Also, there was the cleaning equipment for the whole b&b in my room (toilet papers, cleaning products, towels), as well as some belongings like umbrellas and suitcases that made me feel like there was someone else there. It wasn’t like the pictures. I didn’t feel welcome at all.
