Italian was added bonus fpr yummy food and drink on site . No glass provided in rooms for water or cold drinks . Parking was £8 extra for staying at hotel howevet if you just use italian food resterant it was free.

- Erdenis (4/5): Unhappy - Can’t list nothing I liked I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room was not cleaned to the standard you would expect from a hotel, which immediately gave a poor first impression. On top of that, the beds and bedding were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was another letdown. There were no hot food options available — only a basic cold buffet with items like breads, ham, cheese , yogurt, and instant porridge. This felt very limited and not what you’d typically expect when booking a hotel stay with breakfast. Overall, the hotel seems somewhat run-down and lacking proper maintenance. Considering the price, it felt overpriced for the quality and service provided. I would not choose to stay here again and would recommend others to look at alternative options

- Michelle (1/5): - Nothing about the property itself but the lady who was on reception was very helpful, Shame the manager wasn’t as helpful after my complaint. Well you live and you learn I suppose but I wouldn’t stay here again EVER!!!!!! I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay or should I say NOT STAY as I ended up travelling home after a couple of hours. The beds were particularly poor and extremely uncomfortable, which made me make the decision to return home. The bed moved as I sat on it!! I would also like to acknowledge that the lady on reception was helpful and professional. Unfortunately, this was in stark contrast to the manager’s response when I raised my complaint. The lack of support, concern, and willingness to resolve the issue was unacceptable. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Due to both the poor condition of the property and the way my complaint was handled, I will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to others. Take this as your warning!!!!

- David (7/5): - Single room and bathroom a decent size. Cheap. Initially the room was very cold but the heater warmed it up quickly. Shower a bit temperamental, but ok. Breakfast was underwhelming. Cereals, cold meats and cheeses, toaster, pastries in plastic wrappers. While it was technically 'continental' as listed, it wasn't as nice as I was hoping. Hot options extra. Having to pay £8 to park was annoying.

- Lee (1/5): Awful experience - Cleanliness Bed was awful, sounded like it was going to fall apart with any single movement, night porter wasn't interested, the smell of cannabis flowing through the corridor was horrendous, I attempted to tell the porter but he wasn't interested in either the smell of cannabis or changing our room for one with a more suitable less noisy bed, severely disappointed with my stay this time around.

- Valerie (7/5): Convenient hotel with a restaurant but rooms fairly basic. Ok for a short stay. - Staff on reception and at breakfast were pleasant and helpful. Room was on the first floor and was clean and relatively quiet considering the hotel is near a main road junction. The breakfast was varied and plentiful so we had no complaints about that. The room is quite small with no chair or desk so sitting watching tv had to be done propped up on the bed. The shower was adequate but ran hot and cold so was not consistent. This was reported to the reception who said they would deal with it.

The sheets didn’t fit the bed, you only had to sit on it and the sheet had lifted off the mattress and after tossing and turning during the night you were laid on the mattress topper. Not good at all. So I’m afraid there wasn’t anything good.

- tammy (8/5): Ok for the price - Staff friendly, ideal location , love the aircon in the rooms. Bed very noisy when moving around, mattress uncomfortable needs replacing as dipping, not very clean, very noisy guests in nearby rooms! Doors slamming nearly all night !

The first room had stains and hairs on bed Second room the floor was disgusting as my 1year old had been out of his pushchair two minutes and his feet were dirty.

- Rebecca (2/5): Never again. - Receptionist was friendly and the location was convenient for my work commitments Where to start?? I travel a lot for work and this one is in my bottom 3! The bed was tiny and I'm only 5ft 2. The quilt was like a toddlers quilt. The room was cold. There was a thermostat and I turned it up but no heat was coming from anywhere. I slept in a jumper. The rooms at the front are noisy (I was top floor with a velux window). I really struggled to sleep and I was shattered! The curtains in the bathroom were filthy. No milk with the coffee making facilities so as soon as I unpacked, I had to return to reception to get some. Finally, I wasn't aware there was a charge for parking until after booking. They shouldn't advertise this as a facility when you pay for it unless it says 'chargeable parking'.
