• Rafael (7/5): sin pena ni gloria - ubicacion bastante centrico para ir a pie todo correcto. la moqueta de la habitación, solo hay que limpiarla, es una cochinada, llena de manchas que daban asco y un olor bastante desagradable.
• Adi Al (9/5): Large rooms and great location - We got a very big and clean room with a nice balcony. The bed was comfortable and there was zero street noise. The location is excellent, on a quiet side street just a 15-minute walk from Vitoshka Boulevard. Front desk staff was efficient and check-in was fast. Breakfast was okay and had everything you need it just repeated itself every morning. The kitchenette had basic dishes for two people, including a small pot and pan, but there was no salt, pepper, dish soap, or sponge. Also, they didn't change our towels even once during the entire stay.

Only minuses about the place is that there is no AC and the tv is really old so you can’t watch netflix or youtube but thats not that big of a deal.

• MAGDALINI (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή. 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο αλλά κ στάση τραμ σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών Ηταν σχετικά καθαρά. Θα μπορούσε να είναι και καλύτερα. Επίσης το υπόγειο parking του ξενοδοχείου το οποίο είχε και 15€ χρέωση την ημέρα, ήταν απίστευτα μικρό. Ήταν πολύ δύσκολο να μπει και να βγει το αυτοκίνητο μας με κίνδυνο να του κάνουμε και ζημιά.

• Emil (5/5): Nice hotel with big clean room, but noisy HVAC fans and uncomfortable bathroom affected our rest - On the positive side, the room itself was big, spotless, and had very effective blackout curtains. It could have been very quiet if not for the noise from the HVAC fans. Breakfast was surprisingly good — I was actually impressed. Advice for future guests: Ask to avoid rooms facing the HVAC units, and confirm you’re not placed in a room for disabled guests unless needed. We stayed here for one night, and while there were several good points, a few things unfortunately made our stay less comfortable than expected. We were assigned a room adapted for disabled guests without being informed beforehand. While I completely understand the need for such rooms, the toilet seat was unusually high and made it quite uncomfortable to use. Another issue was the HVAC outdoor fans, which were located directly below our bedroom windows. Around 5:30 a.m. they started running on and off every 15 minutes, waking both me and my wife — after that, we couldn’t get back to sleep. Also, there was no soap provided in the bathroom. It’s not a big deal, but since we arrived close to midnight after a long trip, it would’ve been nice not to have to ask for it. Overall, it’s a nice place with potential, but a few small details really affected the comfort of our stay.

• Karin (10/5): - Everything about this apartment hotel was amazing. The staff were absolutely lovely, very helpful, and truly service-oriented. The breakfast was fantastic, with fluffy pancakes, a wide variety of meats, and delicious salmon — everything was very fresh and tasty. The hotel is very clean and well put together, with all the utensils you could possibly need during your stay in Sofia. We were also pleasantly upgraded to a spacious and stylish room, which made us very happy. The location is excellent, with a supermarket right across the street, just a five-minute walk from the Grand Millennium Hotel (which has a casino), and many great restaurants and shops within 10–15 minutes walking distance. Overall, a very, very nice experience that we highly recommend.

O café da manhã é variado e saboroso, com boas opções locais e internacionais. A localização é central e facilita o acesso às principais atrações de Sófia. No entanto, o preço é um pouco elevado para o que oferece, e a vizinhança não é das mais atrativas à noite. A academia é pequena e com poucos equipamentos, servindo apenas para exercícios básicos. Ainda assim, uma boa escolha para estadias curtas.

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to assist with a number of enquiries we had. Quiet location, easy walk or tram into main centre. Rooms were huge and amazing. Highly recommend.

I didn't like when the only responsible person present disturbed us during breakfast saying that he doesn't think that we paid for breakfast. Later one he went to reception to confirm and then he came back saying it is OK!!! This never happened to us!
• Christodoulos (9/5): My stay was perfect thanks to the hotel’s quiet location, polite staff, and a spacious, comfortable room. i will definit - I really enjoyed my stay—the room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, the walk-in shower was fantastic, and I loved relaxing on the balcony. The breakfast eas also very good! The only thing it was that the pillow was a bit too soft for my preference, but this is really just a matter of perspective and didn’t ruin my stay at all.
• Uday (9/5): Viko is a super option in Sofia and I would recommend it highly - Viko is a great option in Sofia. It is an easy 15min walk to Vitosha Boulevard and also has a few eating options nearby. Located in a side street and is therefore relatively quiet. The apartment itself was huge.. we were 3 of us and the unit had ample space for 4 to sleep comfortably. The balcony is a bonus, especially if one is smoker. Good wifi. Very friendly and helpful staff. The previous occupant had left the kettle in a disgusting state - this was immediately replaced with a fresh, clean one.
