Babar (8/5): Comfortable and enjoyable. - Breakfast had a variety of Continental and Asian dishes, and a number of healthy options such as fresh fruits and steamed vegetables. The staff were very professional, helpful and courteous. The hot water supply could be improved.

Muhammad (1/5): Poor customer service - Nothing They rigging the booking system, I made booking at a rate that was published and compared multiple properties. I spent fair bit of time to make sure I book one with best price, as soon as I booked my stay, after few minI received an email saying my booking is updated. Hotel changed the price of my stay without even discussing with me at the back end, almost 10x - When I saw that email, I contacted help and offered then someone called me and was very rude and illogical explaining me why they updated and didn’t have any authority to negotiate a fair deal even if they had it all wrong.

Hassan at guest relations was very polite and professional, dealing with all my queries. Problem wth the treadmill in the gym. It just stopped all of a sudden twice whilst I was walking on it and I nearly fell off. I told gym staff of this. Hope it has been sorted.

Room service calls were timely and efficient too. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that during my almost 11 day stay, my room key would stop working after every 2 days. I would have to get a new key. Otherwise everything was great.

The staff is great. Windows need to be cleaned and curtains need to be be washed. Otherwise everything is perfect.

She offered free coffee. I guess its good overall. But for two people stay they only place one pair of slippers. Which is a bit awkward.

Ofcourse we are all humans and we do have some limitations, even then the staff is very supportive The price is now hiked up.
