The breakfast was lacking and I have allergies (gluten and dairy) and had no options. Usually hotels at least have some time of dairy-free milk/creamer. It was very loud at night, which isn't your fault, it's the location.

• Anne-Marie (8/5): Would definitely stay again! - Location was perfect for my event at the MassMutual Center. The staff were friendly and helpful and hotel was clean and comfortable and close to everything I needed. Hot water modulation in my room was VERY off... went from scalding to ice cold and not easily adjusted. Parking is a little wonky but definitely manageable and you can walk to so many places it's not bad once you've parked.

Across the street from the sports center, a block away from the casino, and Roses Pizza (the best place to eat ) free parking, free breakfast. Really comfortable beds. 👍👍👍 That I could stay longer, we had to get home after our weekend conference over at the Sheraton…we stayed here and enjoyed the 3 block walk to the Sheraton each morning.

Gym and pool looked nice- though did not use them. There was a funky smell in hallways and elevator-- almost like bad bleach or something. Need to have extra TP for rooms in the bathroom. Elevators very small and hotel not in the best of areas. little expensive- especially for the area

This hotel was booked due to day stay surgery that I had Friday so walking was supposed to be a no. Getting dropped off to then find parking was also a ni since I needed help to walk. Horrible experience.

Embarrass. However the lady at the front desk was very apologetic. And did upgrade our room for our stay. The room was very nice and clean. The only issue we had was it was noisy due to being by Main Street. And parking was a bit of a problem.

Lots of light in room including reading lights positioned over bed. Breakfast was a nice surprise including a variety of hot and cold options. Hot options changed daily during our stay. Easy access to highway. And, if visiting the casino is on your list, it is a five minute walk. Very helpful staff.

• Pamela (10/5): My stay was great, I would stay at this hotel again. - The staff were pleasant, helpful and accommodating. My room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I requested an early check-in and a quiet area and my requests were granted. Thank you! There was no covered parking, it was in a separate parking lot, it was cool and raining during my visit so it was a challenge with going out. Breakfast was available, but there was not a good selection of healthy options and the coffee was not good.

• Siobhan (5/5): - My room wasn't cleaned the first day. I had to REQUEST that my room be cleaned. This is not ok--it's a hotel--the room should be tidied every day.

• Timothy (10/5): Great stay. Friendly staff. - Hot breakfast. Nice clean room. Helpful staff. Rear parking lot felt rundown. Kind of a hike to the hotel entrance. The lot was not well identified either.

• Kalina (9/5): The hotel was good, the staff was exceptional - Staff was great. Location in downtown Springfield was what we expected, and we needed to be close to our purpose for traveling, but it was still gritty.
