- MALI-MALI-64 (10/5): A business stay sweet and easy - I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and enjoyed the location next to the Andalus mall, including several coffee shops and a big food court. I picked up some groceries from Panda and enjoyed the walking distance back to my room nice and easy. Breakfast was very good with variety of cheese and hot platters in addition to the eggs cooking corner. People and service are great, always trying to help and smiling all the time. A very special thank you note for Mostafa at the concierge and Essam at the breakfast restaurant. I would come back in a heart beat on my next visit insha Allah.

- manelf596 (8/5): Pleasant stay at Andalus Mall hotel - My wife and I booked a room at the Andalus Mall hotel in Jeddah from 11 to 13 January 2025. However, we were surprised when we were given a handicapped room with very low bed and very inconvenient bathroom. The problem was fixed after our complaint and we were given a wonderful room. But the room was not safe as door could be opened without a key card. The staff is very professional and welcoming. The proximity of the Andalus Mall is a plus to the hotel. - Chavi_Amsterdam (6/5): In need of an upgrade to be called "Hilton" - This hotel has been recently (Dec. 2023) added to the 'Hilton Hotel-family', probably to have more Hilton hotels in Jeddah. It is an old(er) hotel that definitely needs an upgrade; the carpets in the hallways are dirty, the bathroom-furniture is outdated and old-fashioned. But the rooms are spacious and quiet. The location is not superb, allthough connected to the AlAndalus-mall and close to the more modern AlSalaam mall, located at the other side of the road. But if you want to be closer to the Corniche (coast), it's about 20-25min. away. The staff was very helpful and kind. Just accross the road is the Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib-hospital; since they are working on the exteriors of the hospital, (Uber/Bolt-)taxi-drivers may have difficulty finding the entrance of the hotel.

- dkhan319226 (10/5): Excellent location - Beautiful location, spacious parking with connection to mall. Nice clean rooms and beautiful view from rooms. Friendly staff and good amenities. Recommended for sure. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym and cafe with tennis court also.
- nm9674 (2/5): Diassapointed Stay @ Andalus Mall Hotel - Overall stay was disappointing, quality of services has gone down. Staff response is delayed, room cleanliness is not well maintained.The hotel was having much better services when it was called Staybridge Suits.

Rooms available with all amenities. Basement and ground floor parking available. King size rooms are more spacious. Food yummy and tasty
- tahir2023684 (8/5): Excellent - The ambience and service were exquisite. the rooms were spacious, clean and have all the amenities nneded. However, the tv service was not at par. the channels available were largely arabic and there was less content for Pakistani origin people.
- Monawar (6/5): - Room was nice and much bigger than expected. The hallways leading to the rooms were dirty and didnt give a good impression of the property. Staff was friendly and accommodating, but we arrived late and left early so big much opportunity for interactions.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Would stay again! - Stayed here just for an overnight while passing through Jeddah. Due to construction, the Google maps route led to the wrong entrance. However, check in was easy & we were upgraded without asking. The unit was spacious & very comfortable. Don't forget to check out in person - the 100 SAR deposit was refunded in cash.
- blackbird552023 (6/5): Good - Good not bad needs more improvements regarding the restaurant and the sleeping sheets and bed covers along with pillows and needs more improvements regarding the hotel Resturant boffeh for example I went yesterday to have dinner with my fiancé but the Resturant was empty and when I tried to call for anyone to come and help there was no one to answer so we left to dine outside the hotel.
- ops630 (2/5): Business - Bad management and poor staff trainings. Hotels need full Renovation. Tarbel front disc and bad phone operator. this is personal experience. not recommended for visitors unless Thay change staff and full hotel renovation.
