Especially the reception: which was cooperative, patient, informative, and smiley. the reception man which was his name "Zaid" was remarkable. the breakfast was well rounded, there were tasty dishs and some not. the good ones were: the local white cheese, the "Makdoos", the bread, and turkey meat slices. the breakfasts hall is comfortable and relaxing. privacy was well respected. your requests were answered. bathroom's door needed to be fixed. the shower's water was warm, not hot.there could be roof shower not the old phone-like shower. furniture could be better by adding a tribble sofa instead of the doubled one for couples rooms. the isolation between rooms could be better.

Carpet was wet - some light switch not working properly - Room was dusty when we take it - breakfast poor and not tasty. Some days, there is no milk for the tea - there is no complimentary water in rooms - sometimws there is noise from cars midnight

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The room was spacious with 2 toilets and showers I don't think there were many people there though which is a same because its a nice building. Not much parking space in the car park but I think there is free parking on the street. The breakfast is too late and there is not western options. I would stay there again.

Unfortunately it got its downsides; it looked shiner in the image than the actual reality. Linens and towels are old , torn , wore out. bathrooms smelled stuffy a little. Breakfast starts at 8:30 AM and not all out there until 8:45!. And , same few choices every day , no juice or milk or coffee. Otherwise , its okay!

We then asked housekeeping for some towels and they got back to us with a small towel that is usually used to wipe the feet, because apparently their bath towels are still at the dry cleaners. Breakfast was dull as compared to other 3-star hotels in the area. Very disappointing experience.

• Ed (6/5): - The room was clean and the water was hot, the conditions were what one would hope for when paying over 60 USD. HOWEVER the workout room, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool are ALL only available for women. Additionally, there is no cafe or coffee shop as advertised. There was only a room where continental breakfast was served during typical breakfast hours. Long story short; if you're picturing yourself getting in a quick workout then a swim, maybe a quick 15 minutes in the finnish sauna and turkish hammam, forget about it, its only for women. Also no lattes in the coffee shop, because it doesnt exist. Staff did not say thank you for my business. Guests beware.
