- ICHIRO (8/5): - 【良い点】交通の便が良い。部屋が広くて清潔。朝ごはんの種類が多く、野菜が新鮮、麺類が美味しい。日本語のNHK放送が見れる。バスタブがありお湯もよく出て気持ち良い。ベッドが固めで自分にはちょうど良い。空港無料送迎。【残念な点】エアコンの操作が難しい。タオルが重くて硬い。バスタブが滑りやすい。

- Ryan (10/5): - I didn’t know how to make domestic phone calls in Laos. Mr. Bounmy was very helpful in calling for me and arranging taxi ride to the airport. The hotel is a very nice hotel, breakfast is well made and served, the gym, the pool and pool deck were beautifully done.

- Stephan (10/5): - Pleasant, honest staff (I left about US$50 in my pants and brought my clothes to the laundry - the $ was returned the next day with a smile). Had breakfast buffet every day while I was there dinner 2x and laundry = US$59, a bargain by any standard. The hotel is in a great part of town, close to the river and many shops and small, delicious restaurants, and local massage. Highly recommended.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 高級ホテルとして期待以上の設備とサービス - 日系ホテル以外では珍しい、日本式のシャワートイレ（東南アジア式のシャワーの蛇口を自分で下に運ぶタイプでなく、TOTOのウォシュレット）が付いていたのが特に良かったです。その他のサービスや設備も、空港送迎があり、朝食のビュッフェは種類が多く味も良く、衛生や外観も良く、高級ホテルにふさわしいものでした。ただ石鹸やトイレットペーパーのような消耗品は、日本のビジネスホテル並みに、余裕を持って予備を置いてもらった方がよいと思いました（海外のホテルでは、少なめにしか置いてないことは時々あるので、私は予備を持参していましたが）。

- Makoto (6/5): - バスルームのお湯の温度が低すぎて、風邪をひくレベル！ フロントに何度も苦情を入れたが、全く改善されないままの10泊だった。 スタッフの応対は悪くなかったが、10日間も生温い水のバスタブ&シャワーは、施設としては問題だと思う。 それ以外は快適だったので、本当に残念。ホテル代の一部を返金してもらいたいくらいだ。
- Ichiro (8/5): - ・何よりこのホテルの特徴はロケーションの良さ。旧市街や夜店街に歩いて行ける。 ・街中なのに正面玄関前にたっぷりスペースがあるので、駐車や出迎えが大変便利だし、不用な人の出入りがなく、館内がとても静か。 ・改修工事によりロビーやレストランが明るく清潔な感じになった。 ・仕事用のデスク、キングサイズのベッドがあり、居心地の良い部屋。バスはシャワー兼用。 ・朝食（ビュッフェ）は、おかずの品数はとても多いわけではないが、食材の品質が良く十分満足できる。 ・帰りの日は午後３時まで無料で部屋を使えた。 ・スタッフはとても親切。

- SARUWATARI (10/5): 最高級ホテル - ラオスでは昔からある最高級のホテルだけあって、サービスや雰囲気は非常に良かったです。 ラオスにもクラウンプラザとかの新しいホテルもできていて、それらと比べると古くは感じますが、ロビーや廊下等も広くて重厚感と高級感では、一番という感じがします。
- Verified traveler (10/5): ビエンチャン随一のホテル - 各国首脳・閣僚が宿泊するクラスのホテルと言えば、それで十分伝わると思う。部屋は清潔。食事も（ラオス基準からすれば）かなり美味しい。wifiもちゃんと繋がる。徒歩圏内にコンビニ、有名なラオス料理のレストランあり。ビジネスでも、プライベートでも、どちらで宿泊しても満足できると思う。地下には和食レストランも入っている。魚介関係は鮮度の維持に苦労している感じではあるが、格式は十分。日本語ができるスタッフもいる。

- Nobuaki (8/5): 1流ホテルにタオル掛けがない - 5つ星だけあって清潔感は1級だ。スタッフの対応や語学力もまあまあ。しかし人によっては致命的なことがある。それはタオル掛けが小さなフック１つだけで全くなかったことだ。これは何とか改善して欲しい。

- Daniel (8/5): Kansainvälisen tason hotelli ihan keskustassa - Hyvä sijainti Vientianen keskustassa, 10 min lentoasemalta. Maksuton lentokenttäkuljetus (varaa etukäteen!). Kansainvälisen tason persoonaton, pikemminkin neljän kuin viiden hotelli, joka voisi sijaita ihan missä päin maailmaa tahansa. Henkilökunta oli hyväntahtoista, mutta ei kovin hyvin koulutettua. Siistit ja tilavat huoneet, pieni kylpyhuone muovisella kylpyammeella, toimiva maksuton wifi, runsas aamiainen, sekä eurooppalaisia että paikallisia ruokia. Iso uima-allas. Tämä hotelli vastasi odotuksia ja täytti toiveet, mutta ei tule sen kummemmin jäämään mieleen.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not really a Plaza Hotel - Was made very uncomfortable at check in by female senior hotel staff because my booking date 31/3/18 did not match my actual check in date 24/3/18. Not sure what happened with electronic booking page but pretty sure i put in correct dates. Was instructed to correct the the error by this very severe woman. Went to room WiFi did not work. Staff came to room. had no idea what he was doing to fix. Tokenism! Eventually problem was solved by the Hotel Mgr. I then told him what he could do with the woman's instructions to correct my booking error. On check out reception was sleeping at his post. Would be shot at dawn if in the Army. Took them 15 min to make up my bill and i nearly missed my company transport to work some 5 hours by bus up country. Did not want to give them credit card (and they never asked for one) because i thought they would charge me for a room i had already paid for due to booking error. They told me they had nothing to do with Plaza Hotels organisation . Just using brand name. Will try Crown Plaza VTE next time. Cheaper and looks better.
- Michael (8/5): Not bad - Not bad although I would have been disappointed if I'd paid full price. We got moved here from another hotel and I'm not particularly a fan of posh hotels. The breakfast was a mediocre buffet. The steam room and sauna were not meant to be included with the room although they had made a mistake and stamped it on our room card so we got it for free. Wouldn't be impressed if I'd paid $200 and didn't get all the facilities included! I enquired about buses but the staff didn't know anything about public transport and kept offering me a car or taxi. Room was nice.

- Albert (8/5): 靠近市中心、開會、洽商皆宜。整體來說很乾淨舒適。浴室設備以及網路設備不足。 - 浴室非常狹窄、玻璃屏只有浴缸的一半、可能是因為這個原因、蓮蓬頭水量極小、小到無法洗頭、只能湊合滴水勉々強々抹身體。 WiFI網路很弱、速度只有0.8～1.8Mbps、而且只能同時使用2台手機、電腦、LINE無法使用。
- GTI Japan (8/5): Good hotel for international convension - Held Int'i congress at Lao Plaza. Well organized assistance and well trained staff. Hotel air conditioning is old and somewhat noisy but room is clean and all in all satisfactory.
