Als je alleen gaat slapen prima plek. Veel etensgeuren in de kamer, kleine badkamer waar alles nat wordt als je doucht. Bed niet groot. Ongezellige verlichting. Wel wat duur voor wat je krijgt.

- Diana (10/5): Excelente hotel calidad-precio - El hotel esta ubicado en calles tranquilas, si bien esta alejado de las atracciones principales, es fácil de llegar a los puntos de interes caminando o tomando transporte. Mención especial para la cama, estaba demasiado deliciosa, pude dormir muy agusto. Para bañarse sale buen chorro de agua, calientita y el personal es amable. Ojo no es una habitación grande, apenas cabe la cama matrimonial y queda muy poco espacio para moverse, pero en serio la cama estaba muy rica. Si vuelvo a Ámsterdam, me volveré a quedar en ese hotel.

So everyone woke up when one person moved. There were no facilities to speak of including access to any water outside of the bathroom tap. Bathroom door handle kept falling off and the hairdryer was broken. Staff knew nothing about the bike hire service they promote and only served to ask people to use a button to open the door

- Fenugreek12 (4/5): rip-off - This is what you get for 200.-€ a night at Heye 130: no fridge and no amenities like a kettle to heat water or small coffee machine, no table in the room, tv not working half of the time because of lost internet access, some unfriendly and rude staff (not all, just two of them as the others were nice) so you‘re almost scared to ask for anything and the worst was the very small bathroom with a tiny shower with no door so you can‘t but splash the water all over everything and so the first thing you have to do is not drying yourself but dry the floor because otherwise you won‘t have a dry spot to stand on. SKIP!

- GEORGIA (4/5): Too small and basic for its price. Clean, kind reception. Great location. - The location was great. Vibrant, normal, non touristic neighborhood with nice shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Close to the beautiful Vondelpark and very well connected via public transport to the center. Also, the room was clean and they had a sweep in the bathroom for the shower water. The ladies in the reception were super nice and kind. It was ridiculously small for the price per night. We barely could fit the three suitcases closed and walk around the room. There was no desk to leave your stuff, toiletries etc and the only mirror was in the bathroom where there was no counter however to place hair and makeup products so i was lucky to have a small mirror to do makeup on the window sill. The shower in the bathroom was a walk-in type but not correctly constructed so the water gathered at the center of the bathroom instead for the drain. Hence the sweep. In general, I would strongly not recommend it for 280 euros/night. I would pay an extra 40 euros and go to a luxurious hotel.

- Loly (3/5): Hotel pequeño e instalaciones incomodas - Que había ascensor porque las escaleras eran súper inclinadas y tenías que tener cuidado para subir y bajar por ellas. El colchón y los cojines que se utilizaban como almohadas muy incómodos. Ningún día nos hicieron las habitaciones ni cambiaron toallas. En la cafetería unas veces nos cobraban una cosa y otras otra cosa por lo mismo. Y algunos trabajadores eran poco amables ( algunos ). La habitación de cortesía eran unas estanterías en el bajo de las escaleras que subían al resto de plantas( por cierto muy inclinadas , aunque en positivo decir que había ascensor ), y eso estaba al alcance de cualquier persona que pasara por allí. En el baño el plato de ducha estaba en el mismo suelo pero sin puerta de cristal completa y cuando te duchabas todo se llenaba de agua.

Was am meisten stört, ist die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. In den alten Häusern hört man immer was, doch dir Zimmerüren sind hier einfach ausgesprochen schlecht, sodass man alles hört.

- Lazaros (10/5): Nice, quiet place. Great for couples. Close to the city center (15' away via tram). - A good, clean and quiet place for couples. Having central heating was necessary and fantastic to have during the winter, but there's always the option of using the A/C unit for extra heat, which was great. There's also the option to head down for breakfast, at an extra cost of course. Tram stations are nearby. The city center is about 15' away, and the airport is reachable via tram + train, about 30' away in total (depends on tram/train availability of course). The room has a nice view outside, and it's close to Vondelpark, too, should you want to go for a walk. Little to no cutlery or plates in the room, but the staff was happy to help and gave us what we needed from the shop below, so not really a negative after all. The room is cleaned daily, but you have to specifically ask for new towels if you want - they are not changed otherwise. Again, the staff was really helpful and we had no trouble whatsoever with getting fresh towels.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly, which made the stay very pleasant. There are many restaurants nearby; Cannibale Royale is a great option and only about a 15-minute walk away. Vondelpark is also close by and it is a beautiful place to relax or go for a walk. Look something else - The room was pretty clean and cleaned frequently I’ll start by noting that my experience is shaped by the price I paid: nearly €300 for three nights—€100 per night for a single room. I understand Amsterdam is getting expensive, but this still feels overrated and overpriced. The hotel isn’t even in the center, there’s no elevator, and there are lots of stairs to reach the top floor. On top of that, the whole bathroom flooded every time I took a shower due to poor maintenance and inadequate drainage in the shower. You’d think a higher price would deter noisy budget travelers and keep the floor quiet, but that wasn’t the case. During my three-night stay, the triple room next to mine was occupied by loud, screaming guests who kept me awake. And just when you think it can’t get worse, housekeeping started vacuuming at 6:00 a.m. In short, it’s impossible to sleep here. It’s easy to see why Amsterdam is filling up with capsule hotels and hostels: the service level here feels just as poor as in budget places, yet you pay much more—so what’s the point? My advice is to look elsewhere and avoid this hotel.
