On the ground floor is a spacious living area with large-screen satellite TV, full equipped western kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, office / laundry room and bi-folding doors onto the pool terrace. The private swimming pool measures 6 x 9.8 feet and 4.6 feet deep. There is a BBQ which is free to use, plus outdoor shower. There is free wi-fi throughout. Tout est très bien entretenu et la personnel est disponible h24 si besoin (booking de taxis et excursions) 2 petits restaurants sur la route d’en face à 2minutes sont excellents. Petit point négatif, le wifi n’est pas top.

Appreciated being able to check in slightly earlier & helpful WhatsApp chat. Tuk Tuk service was fab, beds & pillows were really comfy. Washing machine was amazing to have! Overall we loved our stay. Nothing to not like our only small issue was that there was Building going on right next to our villa, drilling from around 9am on & off which is when we would have appreciated the quiet time around the pool. We wasn't aware of any work going to be happening before booking that's all. Like I say it didn't really affect us but it was slightly annoying.

• Cedtony (8/5): - Très grand logement, avec vraiment beaucoup d'espace. Petite piscine sur l'avant de la maison. Le service de tuk-tuk proposé est indispensable et bien appréciable. Climatisation efficace. Les vitres ont du simple vitrage seulement, et laissent passer beaucoup d'air. Même si les maisons sont éloignées du centre-ville, l'environnement reste trop bruyant, de jour comme de nuit. C'est dommage. Les climatiseurs ne sont pas tous bien placés, notamment dans la chambre parentale, et c'est difficile de les laisser tourner la nuit, malgré la chaleur. L'autre point noir c'est la situation du logement, à 10 minutes du bord de mer. Aucun problème pour y aller avec les tuk-tuks, mais on n'a droit qu'à deux allers-retours gratuits par jour, et jusqu'à 18h seulement. Au-delà de ça, il faut payer. Vu la localisation du logement, nous n'avons non plus jamais pu avoir un VTC.

• Amina (9/5): - L’hébergement est très calme, avec une véritable sensation de tranquillité et de paix. Le service est tout simplement exceptionnel. Le tuk-tuk mis à disposition est un énorme plus : 2 allers-retours gratuits par jour la plage. le soir également disponible pour 200 bahts. Il suffisait d’envoyer un message et le tuk-tuk arrivait rapidement, aussi bien pour nous déposer que pour venir nous rechercher. Dès notre arrivée, ils ont créé un groupe WhatsApp avec quatre personnes dédiées à notre séjour. Résultat : il y a toujours quelqu’un de disponible et les réponses arrivent très rapidement (en général dans les 5 minutes maximum). Un grand merci à Matteuw , qui a été adorable, attentionné et très professionnel. Le seul petit hic, totalement indépendant de leur volonté, est qu’il y avait un immeuble en construction à côté, ce qui a occasionné un peu de bruit. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait. Si je retourne à Krabi, je reviendrai sans hésiter ici. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement. Rien

Would highly recomend if you want to be away from hustle and bustle. *. Construction going on next door to our villa, no 4, which did start at 8am, slightly annoying, but we went out everyday. The staff were so helpful and attentive and met every single one of our needs, including booking a 90 minute minibus to our next destination. The daily tuk tuks were also fantastic. The property was spotless and so cosy! Nothing bad to stay, would stay again in a heartbeat!

The location is peaceful (except some construction noise next door but not the owner’s fault). It is v easy to get about using the TukTuk service and/or Grab/Bolt. The wifi is not perfect.
• Olga (10/5): - Tolle Villa, super gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Pool ist ein Traum, unsere Kinder liebtwn es! Sehr nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein Cafe mit leckerem Frühstück befindet sich ca. 5 Min. zu Fuss, bis zum Ao Nang Strand sind es ca. 10 Min. Fahrt mit Tuk-Tuk, ein tolles Restaurant mit Thai Gerichten um die Ecke. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Ao Nang im Oktober! Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

There was an ant problem on the kitchen island which the team tried to sort out a couple of times, worked for a while but they still came back....luckily we didn't cook in the villa.

• yael (10/5): - הוילה מטופחת ונקייה, כל יום נכנסים לנקות, לדאוג למילוי כל החסר ולהחליף מגבות לפי הצורך. הם חושבים על כל הפרטים הקטנים והשאירו מגבות נוספות גם לבריכה ולים, שטיח ותיק לים, ותיקים נגד מים למקרה הצורך. הבריכה מטופחת ונקייה ודואגים לבדוק את תקינותה מידי מספר ימים. כל הציוד מתוחזק ומטופל היטב. הצוות מאד נעים ועוזר, זמין בווטסאפ ועוזר לתאם את נסיעות הטוקטוק. המיקום מעט מרוחק מהעיר, ידענו זאת מראש אך בפועל זה בכל זאת מעט ביאס אותנו. כל דבר דורש נסיעה בטוקטוק, כך שכאשר רצינו לצאת למסאז' או לבר/ מסעדה אין שום דבר בסביבה וצריך לנסוע לעיר. אומנם יש את הנסיעות חינם בטוקטוק אך הן מוגבלות עד השעה 18, ומעבר לכך הן בתשלום נוסף.

• Jeroen (9/5): Heerlijk huis. - Fijne ontvangst met duidelijke uitleg. Prachtig ruim huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. Hele mooie badkame r. Zwembad met banden en ligkussen. Zwembad is niet heel groot maar prima om even bij te komen.Er liggen zelfs drybags in het huis om mee te nemen als je gaat varen. De shuttle brengt je naar het stadje of naar het strand. Aanrader. Ook een leuk restaurant op enkele minuten lopen. De omgeving van het huis is niet erg gezellig. Ligt in nogal troosteloos straatje met veel vuil langs de weg. Huis maakt dit wel goed.

• Megala (10/5): - Absolutely loved our stay at Baan Santhiya Villa! The villa is spotless – even under the furniture, not a speck of dust. Beautiful interiors, fully furnished kitchen, private pool, and even a washing machine for extra convenience. Service was outstanding – every request was handled immediately, from replacing a pool float for the kids to arranging a tuk-tuk at 5 AM when I fell sick. The free tuk-tuk service to Ao Nang town was a great bonus. From the warm welcome with cold towels and drinks to the moment we left, everything was perfect. We’ll definitely be back!

• Kim (9/5): We had a lovely stay here. Would recommend! - Very spacious, comfortable, lots amenities and the free tuk tuk that’s included helps when going to the local town. The staff are very friendly too. The what’s app group they add you onto makes everything easier. It has no hot water in the kitchen, only in the main bathroom. The bathroom window fell out but was sorted very quickly and replaced by the evening.

• Laura (10/5): Excellently equipped villa with every luxury you could want. Brilliant staff that looked after our every need. We’ll be - Honestly can’t say enough good things about this villa! From the minute we booked the team reached out to arrange a private transfer from the airport and the service just got better and better each time we got in touch. Quick responsive and nothing was too much trouble. They organised a driver for the jungle tour and visited elephants which was the highlight of our trip! It’s only 10 minutes from ao nang and the tuktuk service is so much fun! Hotdog and coldcat definitely worth a visit just down the road for a breakfast and we also visited the last fisherman and pan beach from their recommendations. All excellent. And yes the pool pillow is the best bit in the pool! Thank you all for a wonderful memorable holiday for us all. Only the mosquitoes which they work tirelessly to reduce but we went in peak mosquito season so to be expected. They fumigated whilst we were there and there were lamps in every room. It didn’t detract from the stay so I wouldn’t deduct any points for this. I never saw one, but they found me!

• Erica (10/5): Fab villa, it won’t disappoint - Family of 6, loved this villa! All staff welcoming and friendly. Stayed 5 nights, Tuks tuks were good into beach or supermarket and only 10 min ride. Villa is big! Kids loved the floatys and huge pillow in pool, lots of fun. 100% recommend. We also ate at the nearby restaurant recommend by staff Yim just across road and it was by far the best Thai food and again lovely staff and fab price! Thank you we hope to return 😊

• Mireille (9/5): Beautiful villa. - The outdoor yard area was very beautiful and clean. The pool was warm and clean as well. We enjoyed the superb help from the staff. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and with great fresh fruit. The floors were not swept daily and it was very dusty upon arrival to the villa. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the house.

• Pc (10/5): Blown away by the high standard of everything - The accommodation and staff were fantastic. Couldn't do enough to help. The accommodation was superb value for money and beautifully decorated well kept and very clean. The In door and out door areas we lovely with plenty of seating. All explained on our arrival in detail. There was even a WhatsApp group that enabled us to communicate with ease. Everything was exactly what the pictures looked like. Pool was clean and a group of staff came every day to clean and tidy. Nothing was too much for the office staff. Organising and advising on excussions. And getting great deals. We wished we could have stayed longer and will be returning as well as recommending to friends and family. Just a little too far from Ao Nang beach front.... but made easy with the 2 free Tuk-Tuk trips per day. One little shop round the corner on the main road did amazing padthai for £1.50 ish..... But not much to walk to other wise. But even if you had to pay for a ride home from the beach it was 300baht which is £6 ish. These really are tiny things compared to the overall experience at this complex.
