• Ibrahim (8/5): - Ordentliches und sauberes Hotel mit ausreichenden Parkplätzen auf dem Grundstück. Die Lage ist super, ideal für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

• Eric (8/5): - The residence looks a bit old but is otherwise very functional. It does not have air conditioning, so it can be very hot in the summer, resulting in a lower quality of sleep. The EV charger on site is a joke, slow and very expensive near a Euro for kW/h. The kids really enjoyed the good-sized swimming pool in the evening.

• Stefanie (4/5): - Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einer gut befahrenen Straße. Die Familien-Apparments gehören dringend renoviert! Das Mobiliar ist alt und abgenutzt, riecht modrig und die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer für die Kinder/ mit dem Stockbett hat kein Fenster und ist somit sehr stickig und muffig. Das Schlafzimmer für die Eltern grenzt an einen Hotel-Flur, so dass direkte Frischluftzufuhr nur eingeschränkt möglich ist und man den "Lärm" der Hotelgäste mitbekommt, die zum oder vom Swimmingpool kommen. Das Frühstück ist Standard, kaum frisches Obst, nichts Besonderes, Rührei ist aus dem Tetrapack.

• Udo (6/5): - Für den Preis ein Klappbett, für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Abendessen gut mehr aber nicht. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und bemüht. Bad müsste neu gemacht werden. Im guten und ganzen passt es schon für den Urlaub, da die Möglichkeit besteht selber zu kochen. Für Busines fraglich.

• Fred Arne (10/5): A nice place to stay - I stayed 3 nights at Ramada Residences by Wyndham Saalfelden for a business trip in the region, and found it just perfect for my needs. Very friendly and helpful staff, the room/appartment was spacious and clean. In my opinion great value for money.

Strange that the rooms don't have an oven in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable, kids love the pool. Good parking with easy access. Ski and boot storage room. Great location if you have a car to drive to the ski hills. Rooms are more worn than the pictures on the website would have you think, but it is an inexpensive hotel for this location, so you get what you pay for. Strange that the restaurant was so expensive compared to others in the area and the food was not as good as other restaurants. Cheaper to eat at the Alms on the slopes.

• Carlos (10/5): Buen hotel a 11km de Zell am See - El hotel está situado a 11km de la ciudad de Zell am See, no tuvimos inconveniente porque íbamos en auto. El personal fue muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación es bastante cómoda. El desayuno buffet es de tipo continental, bastante bueno.
• Rasmus (10/5): Rigtig hyggeligt hotel - Rigtig fint sted. Vi var i et af de store værelser da vi var 2 voksne og 3 børn. Rigtig god modtagelse, sødt personale, styr på tingene og så var værelset pænt og rent. Pool området virkede rigtig lækkert, vi nåede desværre ikke at benytte, da vi kun kom for at overnatte og børnene var meget trætte. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen.

• Costa (8/5): Good stay, very outdated design. - On the positive side- great service at the front desk, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable location right on the highway, very nice and quiet pool area. On the negative side- restaurant service leaves much to be desired with a very long service time and an ok tasting dishes. Also the overall design of the hotel screams 70's. I don't think that anything has been changed in the rooms or the public areas since decades ago. At least this is how it feels. Still, the positives supersede the negatives so I would stay there again.
• Alexander (8/5): Nettes Hotel in einer wunderschönen Gegend. - Unser Appartement war sehr geräumig, das Bett bequem und das Frühstück lecker. Die Umgebucht des Hotels bietet sehr viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten.
• Steven (8/5): Dejligt roligt hotel. - Udmærket hotel til pengene. Svømmehallen er dog ikke den mest spændende for børn da den er ret kedelig. Personalet var imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Værelserne var store og passende til en familie på 4. Dog er de billige værelser placeret ved siden af køkkenet. Man mærker det dog kun hvis man skal ud på gangen.

• lisa (10/5): - Norbert and Agnes make this resort stand out above all others. We stayed at 6 different hotels during our visit to Austria and none of the other hotels had such helpful, kind, and informative staff. It was very hot temperatures during our stay, but we were able to request a fan which helped a lot. Upon arrival we were very tired, and did not want to leave the resort to eat. My son found Norbert and Inquired about delivery for dinner. Norbert was very helpful and went the extra mile assisting us.
