Habitación amplia, cómoda y espaciosa con excelente señal de WiFi. Personal atento y servicial. Desayuno aceptable. En relación al desayuno había poca reposición de los alimentos. Deberían fiscalizar al personal de limpieza, la misma es muy superficial.

Evangelina (8/5): Evaluación - La ubicación del lugar porque está en un espacio muy céntrico, turístico y con muchos servicios y restaurantes cercanos. El personal era algo serio, para nada groseros, pero no se mostraban entusiasmados, empáticos o amables, simplemente parecía que hacían su trabajo, y eso se agradece obviamente, pero se agradece más que se entusiasmen ante tu estancia, sobre todo cuando visitas SLP como turista.

pascal (1/5): Hätte Potential. Aber leider aktuell nicht empfehlenswert - Ich bin Vielreisender. Aber so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Vor acht Jahren war ich für einen Monat in diesem Hotel. Damals sehr zufrieden mit den Umständen vor Ort. Allerdings war es diesmal das Gegenteil von Zufriedenstellend. Die Kopfkissen mit dem zu kleinen Kissenbezug nur zur Hälfte bedeckt. Die Gardinen zum Boden hin völlig verdreckt. Der Drehstuhl im Zimmer komplett abgewetzt. Sperrmüll. Die Teppiche in unserem Gang mit großen Flecken. Wirklich sehr schade was aus diesem Hotel geworden ist.

Nettoyage sommaire (beaucoup de poussière sous le lit, cheveux sur les tablettes). Stationnement sous terrain manque avertissement de la proximité des élévateurs de voiture : pneu crevé au contact d’une paroi durant la manoeuvre. Je n’étais pas le premier apparemment.

Lorena (9/5): We loved it! They met all our needs. - All the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel was clean, smelled so good, rooms were spacious and comfortable. The internet was great, we had a video conference and they allowed us to be in a private salon. Breakfast was great and the staff so friendly and they were so attentive to our needs, they even gave us coffee for our trip. Gym was great, the shower and towels, tv and overall service, we loved it!

El hotel es muy bueno, aunque las habitaciones me parecen demasiado pequeñas. Sin embargo, el personal es sumamente cortés y disponible. Aconsejado para una parada de trabajo.

Porras (9/5): Satisfacción con la atención del hotel y su personal - Me gusto muchisimo que derivado de una mala experiencia con el aire acondicionado en un hospedaje anterior, me recompensaron regalandome el desayuno buffete para mi y mi familia, eso habla muy bien del hotel por mantener contento a sus clientes. No me gustó que la iliminación que está detras del respaldo de la cama se refleja en la pantalla de la televisión, impidiendo ver con claridad la pantalla ya que se veía una raya de iluminación que era el reflejo de la luz detras del respaldo, y no habia manera de quitarlo.

Alexis Ceballos (8/5): Cómodo, pero con algo de ruido - Excelente ubicación e instalaciones cómodas En las habitaciones que dan a la calle se escucha mucho ruido del bar que está enfrente, donde cantan en vivo. Así que es difícil conciliar el sueño.
Arzate (8/5): Excelente habitación y desayuno - La habitación, amplia, limpia y fresca. El estacionamiento, no tiene la capacidad para tantos autos.

Tuve que bajar 3 veces en la noche para pedir refacción No dieron solución. Los empleados groseros. El estacionamiento una mierda. Me rayaron el auto. Cero recomendable. Hay muchos hoteles mejores en la ciudad.

david esau (7/5): - La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal En una de las habitaciones de mi reserva le fallaba el aire acondicionado, sin embargo amablemente nos cambiaron de habitación. Las toallas estaban percudidas y no hubo papel de baño en todo el hotel, cuando pedí que me dieran más papel me dieron residuos de rollos que le sobraron a la chica de limpieza.

Miguel (10/5): El check in fue malo. - La habitación esta espectacular y la vista inigualable. Mi check in era a las 3:00 y me entregaron habitación hasta 3:40 muy mal ahí nos tuvieron esperando y movieron nuestros horarios de itinerario.

Marcelino (5/5): no vuelvo a ese hotel - La Ubicacion recepción, negaron la reserva, hasta enseñar el aviso, lo aceptaron. Solicite dos camas y dijeron que hasta en dos meses habría esa opción. La recepcionista no sabe usar la computadora. Eramos dos personas y solo habia una pequeña botella de agua

OSCAR (8/5): - Service was not rhe greatest. Check in was very late. No bottles of water in the 6 rooms I got on the first day. Transportation was not available all the time. Miscommunication between the reception and other employees.
