• Paul (8/5): Great value with clean room. Perfect for 1~2 night stay - Room: Extremely clean and huge. Loved it 😍. Bathroom was huge as well with spacious shower room. It even has the latest big screen TV (internet capable). A great value! Location: Only a few steps from Napoli Centrale train station. Perfect for overnight stay. Metro station and Ali Bus (Airport-Train Station-Ferry Terminal) station are also nearby. Staff: Usama was OUTSTANDING! He’s a true professional and very courteous and kind as well. He communicates promptly and tries his best to resolve issues. I give him 12 out of 10. Neighborhood: Nothing much to do or see. Chaotic (typical downtown Naples scene) Unstable / Zero Internet 🛜: It was not working properly. There are dead zones in your room. Check-in: We had to wait outside in the darkness for about 20 minutes due to the malfunctioning entrance keypad. If the guest didn’t open the door, we would’ve been stuck outside for 40 more minutes. Under staffed: One person manages properties at three locations, which causes delays or other service problems.

De la habitación todo bien. El entorno. Llegar fue un shock, me dió mucho miedo. Ideal se llegas de día con luz, de noche puede ser peligroso.

Már az nem tetszett, hogy miután 2 héttel előre ki volt fizetve a szállás a szállásadó azonnal legombolt még 18 EUR-val TAX címszóval, persze számla nélkül kérte, kézpénzben. Magyarán neki nem kell adót fizetnie mert duplán fizetteti ki a vendéggel. Több helyen is megszálltam Nápolyban és sehol nem volt ilyen tapasztalatom. A szállás bejárata előtt van a bevándorlók törzshelye, ki se lép az ember a küszöbön és már lépkedhet át a fekvő embereken. A bejáratot egy portás őrzi nappal, nem hiába. Nagyon veszélyes környék. Az utcára kilépve mindenhol patkányok futkosnak. A szállásunk ablaka egy beltéri getto udvarra nézett ahol minden tele volt szeméttel. A tisztaság csak felületes, ahogy befeküdtünk az ágyba azonnal viszkedni kezdtünk, páromon csípések is megjelentek. A zuhanyzó is csak felületesen tiszta, ha az ember jobban megnézni, látja, hogy penészes. Sok helyen idegen hajszálakat találtam. A burkolás miatt tűnhet tisztának, mert azon nehezen látszik meg a kosz. Reggelire kaptunk egy kártyát amit a lenti kávézóban lehetett beváltani, de csak 1 croissant-ot meg egy cappucinot tartalmazott ami nem volt túl laktató.

I totally recommend the place and when I return to Napoli I will book this place again, without hesitation. For someone who considers booking: You might worry about the area, but don't worry, it's totally safe. Also you read in comments the elevator is 20 cents. It was weird for me too, but it happens sometimes in old buildings in Southern Italy. It's not on the owner of the B&B, but on the building itself. Everything was great

• c6d338cae87670fb28a44a8fec8d5818 (7/5): Ottimo appoggio senza alte pretese - Struttura comoda per i viaggiatori che amano camminare. Abbastanza ampia e pulita. Tutto abbastanza vicino dai 15 minuti ai massimo 50 a piedi. La zona pur non essendo splendida (a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale) è pattugliata h24 da polizia e militari quindi direi abbastanza sicura. Dotata di vicinanza di taxi e metro. Ci sono anche autobus ma sinceramente ne abbiamo visti passare molto pochi. Il prezzo sicuramente (80 € circa a notte + tasse di soggiorno ad Aprile) è un pochino altimo per questa struttura. Pulita, minimal, letto a mio avviso molto comodo ed abbastanza rumorosa. Qualche piccola pecca: la televisione era sostenuta per miracolo al muro ed il cavo non prendeva bene, la doccia funzionava solo con il soffione piccino perchè quello grande era incrostato di calcare ed aveva il bottone forse rotto inoltre parecchio calda senza possibilità di regolare con il calore con un termostato. Colazione al bar sotto con possibilità di caffè o cappuccino e cornetto abbastanza buono.

• Marcel (9/5): Heel prettig en comfortabel verblijf en super locatie om uitstapjes te maken naar Vesuvius, Pompeii, Capri etc… en zeer - Heel goede locatie, dicht bij het stadscentrum en het centraal station. Super goede busverbinding met luchthaven. Er was bij ons niets dat niet beviel.

Era còmode com a punt d’inici i final d’excursions i viatges a l’aeroport. Habitació molt lluminosa i neta amb un bon bany amb dutxa i algunes amenities. Mobles funcionals. Bones indicacions. Esmorzar suficient i bona qualitat. El llit malgrat era molt gran i espaiós, era una mica massa tou. Una mica curiós el funcionament de l’ascensor amb monedes de 20 cents. En general però tot súper positiu.

• Petra (10/5): Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással: kiváló elhelyezkedés, kedves személyzet, finom reggeli. - Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat a szálláson, összességében teljes mértékben elégedettek voltunk. A reggeli az alatta lévő kávézóban volt, ahol finom péksüteményekből és kávéból lehetett választani. Az ott dolgozók rendkívül kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, ami külön pozitív élményt jelentett. A lift 20 centes érmével működik, ami elsőre kicsit szokatlan, de a szobákban, illetve a szállás postaládájában is hagynak érmét, és minden szükséges információt részletesen leírnak üzenetben, így ez sem okozott problémát. A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló: központi helyen van, szinte mindent könnyedén és gyorsan el lehetett érni tömegközlekedéssel és gyalogosan is. Maga a környék nem a legszebb, az utcában árusok is voltak, de egyáltalán nem voltak zavaróak, nem tukmáltak semmit. Ha valaki esetleg hallott az interneten keringő pletykákról, hogy a környék veszélyes, ettől egyáltalán nem kell tartani. Sok rendőr és katona járőrözik a környéken, így végig biztonságban éreztük magunkat. Szívesen visszatérnénk 😊

Además, la habitación era de buen tamaño, cómoda, con ventana y ventilación natural. Incluye un desayuno pequeño que permite iniciar el día con un café y un cornetto, típico italiano. La comunicación con el alojamiento excelente, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y responder las dudas. Muy recomendable. Los alrededores no son muy bonitos, pero no nos sentimos inseguros.

Csinos, kényelmes és jól felszerelt szobát kaptunk, Usama pedig mindenben segített, amire szükségünk volt. A földszinti kávézóban igénybe vehető olasz reggeli (finom cornetto és kávé) desszertnek pont jó volt a közeli szupermarketben beszerzett kiadósabb magyaros reggeli után. Minden rendben volt.

Despite staying in January, the room was pleasantly warm, even during the night. The bed was wide and very comfortable, with a soft mattress that ensured a good night’s sleep. The room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including a coffee machine, kettle, and cups. The bathroom also provided a complimentary set of personal hygiene items, including a razor, which was a thoughtful touch. We were even provided with 20-cent coins for elevator use, which was greatly appreciated. The stay included a delicious breakfast — a cappuccino with a cornetto — served in the restaurant located in the same building, where we were welcomed by friendly and attentive staff. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the central railway station and Garibaldi metro station. Municipio station can be reached in approximately 30–35 minutes on foot at a relaxed pace. Overall, an excellent value for money with a perfect balance between quality and price.

• Angelique (7/5): Clean nicely appointed room, a little noisy. - The room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the hotel is well located near the main train station. The street noise started at 5:30am - one morning with a heated argument outside, another with dogs barking - and it could be heard easily inside our room. But, my sense is that there aren't many quiet streets in Naples! Also, the AC output was pretty weak - it took quite a while to cool the room down, and people who like strong AC would have had a real problem. It was good enough for us.

Camera silenziosa. Asciugamani ok; phon ok. Vista Vesuvio fantastica!! Proprio davanti alla stazione per cui ideale x chi prevede di spostarsi anche fuori Napoli. Arrivo/partenze Alibus x aeroporto proprio davanti; . Metro per il centro davanti alla struttura. Colazione inclusa nel bar di fianco. Staff molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Il bagno aveva la doccia rotta x cui abbiamo utilizzato il doccino. Il lavandino era intasato. In inverno farei trovare la camera un po' più calda (abbiamo acceso il diffusore di aria calda). La zona è in mano a stranieri per cui tutti i ristoranti sono pachistani/arabi nessun locale tipico napoletano su piazza Garibaldi. La piazza è presidiata giorno e notte da polizia e militari.

• MIKI (10/5): とっても良かった！部屋は広くシャワーも問題なく清潔でまたこちらにお世話になりたいです。 - 初めてお世話になって到着時はホテルの前によくある出店が沢山出て治安悪いんじゃないかと不安になりましたがフロントの方にも聞いたら安全と言う事で滞在時不安はなかったです。 ホテルの方もとっても親切で安心できました。 鍵の開け方やエレベーターなど色々覚える事があった。
