He thoroughly explained the entire property and its amenities. He also gave us some helpful hints on getting around the city. He was excellent! The elevator size was a negative.

• Susan (6/5): Nice apartment in a busy area - We liked the apartment, it had lots of room and a great balcony. It was a bit too centrally located for us. it was noisy due to restaurants being open late and buses running by all the time. We prefer a quieter location.

• Aaron (9/5): - Georgeous and spacious apartment that was perfect for one-night work-related stay in Como. Ideal environment and location for exploring the town, getting some work done, and getting a good rest. Host was very friendly and met me to facilitate check-in. Guests should be aware of the split-floor arrangement in selected rooms (steep interior stairs separating living room/kitchen and bedroom/bathroom) which can be an issue for those with lots of luggage or with mobility issues. But not all rooms are set up this way, so you can just clarify when booking.

• Ian (10/5): Superb location, absolutely recommend this place. - No problem with the hosts, everything was explained to us on arrival. The apartment is in the historic part of town, just a 60m walk to the square, where there are restaurants, the main historic church. Out the door the other way, there are numerous cafes, small businesses and lots of narrow streets to explore. Also you’re only a 5 minute walk to the lake front, where the lake boats are. Absolutely brilliant location, this is where you want to stay! Can’t fault anything

Etwas teuer. - Organisation und Freundlichkeit der Wohnungsübergabe, Lage der Wohnung mitten in der Fußgängerzone, ruhige Lage, Sauberkeit der Wohnung Das Dach war undicht und durch den Starkregen in einer Nacht hatten wir morgens große Wasserpfützen im Schlafzimmer. Es wurde zum Glück nichts großes beschädigt, aber schön ist es nicht, vor allem weil es ein bekanntes Problem ist.

• claire (9/5): Très bon séjour - L’emplacement est parfait. L’appartement est fonctionnel et plutôt propre dans l’ensemble. La table dans le séjour n’avait pas été vraiment nettoyée et les chemins de table étaient vraiment très sales. Les éponges pour faire la vaisselle était sales elles aussi. C’est dommage, la bouteille de produits vaisselle était vide à notre arrivée, et il n’y avait pas de produit non plus pour faire une lessive. Une baguette sur un des côtés la table de la salle à manger était décollée sur une bonne longueur, ce qui n’était pas pratique…

• Laurel (4/5): Fantastic position. Friendly and helpful staff - Our juliette balcony was lovely sitting out there. The fridge was clean and good size. Plenty of storage in the bathroom. Good size studio. Sheets were a good quality and fresh. Fantastic position. Refreshing water. Air con was great. Comfortable pillows. Dull lighting. Dish cloths very dirty and worn. Table runners were both stained and dirty. Old towels ‘looked’ like they hadn’t been washed, although they were clean.

Die Möglichkeit, gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr ein Auto zu parken, ist ein wichtiger Bonus. Das Personal war sehr kompetent und freundlich. -

• Waldemar (9/5): Great location, clean and wonderful flat - Absolutely loved the location, in the middle of everything. You can reach everything on foot. Great views in each direction. The host was very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with, great welcoming. Supermarket, backery, restaurants, shopping, taxis around the corner. Elevator is a little bit slow, but should not influence your decision to stay here.

• yousuf (5/5): - المكان في وسط المدينه وهو ممتاز المرافق ممتازه وقت الوصول الساعه 3:30 والمغادرة الساعه 10:30 يعني السكن ليس ليوم ولا يسمح صاحب السكن بالدخول قبل الوقت ولا يسمح بالمغادرة بعد 10 يجب ان تغادر قبل هذا الوقت احسست بعدم التعاون واحسست بان صاحب المنزل مادي فقط وغير لطيف لم يعجبني بان بالسكن حمام واحد فقط لم يعجبني بانه لاتوجد مواقف وايضاً المواقف العامه بعيده عن السكن وكنت أنا وعائلتي وتعبت جدا في نقل الشنط رغم انه في اليوم الاول ساعدني في حمل شنطه من بين 6 شنط كانت تجربه جيده بالسكن ولكن لم أتعود على هذا النوع من الخدمات السيئه

• Michel (9/5): - - Amazing location with a direct view on the cathedral - the balcony where you can sit et enjoy the sparrows - the equipment (AC/dishwasher/washing machine/coffee machine ...) - the check-in and out were really fast and the staff very helpful - overall we had a wonderful time in Como and this apartment is really great for a family - the only negative point is that there wasnt a bathroom/toilet on the upper floor (we booked the duplex) which can be inconvenient during the night with young children. - there are noises (music, people talking) coming from the street but it didnt bother us at all and it's quite expected as the location is central.

The location is fantastic—right near the Duomo and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops, all within easy walking distance. We felt very safe in the area and appreciated how clean and well-kept the apartment was. The views from the property were beautiful, adding to the overall charm of the stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. There was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable, and we never felt cramped. It was a great home base for exploring Lake Como, and we would definitely stay here again. Nothing!

• William Cubbon (8/5): Good central apartment near lots of catering and tourist attractions - Close to everything except railway station 12 minute walk from Como S Giovanni. Advised to get a Taxi but they seemed reluctant to take the fare saying it was only a short walk. Streets laid out on a grid formation just walk straight ahead down the steps through park. You can cut over one block to the right by small church and large trees and then walk to Cathedral The apartment off a small side lane by Cathedral main entrance. Has air conditioning . All Good.

• chris (9/5): Highly recommend just shame about the main bed, needs replacing. - Very spacious and well equipped and very well located. Unfortunately the main bed is not comfortable and extremely noisy when turning over in bed during the night or when just getting on/off the bed.

Some noise at night and early morning but not too much for busy town centre. Stairs dark and lower elevator lobby was dingy.

• Robyn (8/5): - Excellent location in the centre. Spacious and comfortable apartment and a comfortable bed. The lift made dealing with luggage easy. It is disappointing that this superior room with lake views is only relevant when the trees have lost their foliage. There are no lake views during summer. We were looking forward to relaxing on the balcony, looking at the lake, but this was not to be. For most bookings, I would imagine this would be the situation and I don't think it should be promoted as a room with lake views..
• Stefan (1/5): Impossible to sleep due to excessive noise, lakeviews entirely blocked! - Location as discribed, interiors as described, however appartment unfit for living due to unbearable traffic noise Owner advertised lakeview in winter and with small trees. Now however lakeview is fully blocked by mature trees. Coastline, promenade and plaza also fully blocked since the trees are close to the building. Major 24h traffic route directly below the bedroom windows. Roaring busses made sleeping impossible. Windows are so thin, you can hear people talking in the street. Even the noise from the bypass road on the opposit side of the plaza, beyond the trees is still quite imposing. Large construcion, which is not declared in owner's owner add, directly opposit the bedroom windows. In the morning, construction noise further adds to the excessive noise problem. This appartment is unfit for rental!
• Simone (9/5): - Die Lage ist super. Die Ausstattung war mehr als genügend. Das Airconditioning war super und hatte keine Geräusche gemacht. Ebenfalls war die Schlüsselübergabe äusserst unkompliziert und sehr nett. Jemand hat um 7 Uhr am Morgen während einer halben Stunde gebohrt und uns aufgeweckt. Etwas ringhörig.

• S (9/5): - The place was clean, the host greeted us and he was Friendly. Center of town good location. No issues, gave us a place to store luggage after check out to walk around until our train arrived.

• Stefan (9/5): Tolles Studio, alles hervorragend - sehr zentral, alles sehr gepflegt, tadellos eingerichtet, gut isolierende Fenster aufgrund der tollen Lage ist man auch den manchmal störend und laut sprechenden Nachtschwärmern ausgesetzt

• Uwe (8/5): Wer schnell in Como alles zu Fuß erreichen möchte ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben (aber sehr laut) - Die Unterkunft in Como am Comer See war angenehm und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, und der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Die Lage ist gut, nicht direkt am Wasser, aber dennoch alles zu Fuß und gut erreichbar. Leider ist die Innenstadtlage sehr laut und die Fenster nicht Schallgeschütz. Da an dem Wochenende ein Fußballspiel stattgefunden hat war die Innenstadtlage entsprechend laut. Denke das relativiert sich wenn der Como kein Ligaspiel hat.

• Antonina (7/5): Gut - Wunderschön renoviertes Appartment mit 2 DZ und 2 Bäder an perfekter Lage - sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal - alles TOP. Einzig die Fenster sind sehr alt, man hört alles, von der Abfallsammlung/LKW um 05:50 frümorgens, Strassenreinigung, vorbeigehende Menschen bis zur Taube, die auf dem Balkon gurrt ;-) schade, einziges Makel, was den Preis nicht rechtfertigt.

• Homayoun Homampour (8/5): It is a good choice. Do not hedge. - Location. Easy access to everywhere and everything. Clean. Utterly frugal in terms “things” one needs in an Apt.
• Princez (9/5): Superb. - They have the split level room, the house theme was cute and the place was clean and comfortable. Easy access to everything. Shoutout to Alessandro for his hospitality everything went well. The lift was small ony 1 person and a luggage only and very small. If you have a lot of luggages you count how many times you have to do it! It’s tiring though but the place was cute and will take away your tiredness.
• Federica Morosi (10/5): Meraviglioso! - Casa bellissima! La posizione è veramente ottima, praticamente nella struttura davanti al duomo (che uscendo dalla terrazzina si vede a sinistra).. possibilità di parcheggio privato a pagamento. Inoltre in 5 min a piedi si raggiunge facilmente il lungo lago. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto ci ha consigliato dove vedere i fuochi d’artificio ed è stato magnifico! Ottimo consiglio! Molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile! Struttura consigliatissima! unica piccola pecca, un unico bagno al piano inferiore e nessuno al piano superiore, ma niente di insormontabile per qualche giorno.. basta solo organizzarsi un po’ quando si è in gruppo.

• Sandra (7/5): - Super ruhige idyllische Lage Badezimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Fliesenfugen kaputt und aus der Dusche ist Wasser gelaufen. Haben leider erst beim letzten Frühstück durch Zufall erfahren dass man Eispeisen hätte bestellen können. Schade dass es nicht angeboten bzw man gefragt wurde.
