Important Information

Extra beds and baby cots can only be accommodated in the suites. The standard occupancy for the Farmhouse Suite - Terrace with Garden View and Farmhouse Suite - Terrace with Pool View is for 2 people. If you wish to use the sofa bed as an extra bed, a EUR 30 extra fee will be charged per day. Guests must make reservations for the restaurant prior to arrival to guarantee a table. Small animals are admitted in the hotel free of charge, but they are not welcome in the restaurant. Pets are allowed in the hotel and restaurant, €15 supplement for the hotel. The Restaurant is closed on Mondays. Reservation is required before arrival. The spa is available only upon reservation and at an extra cost of €60 per hour.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Rudi (7/5): Verwachtingen niet ingevuld, culimair een grote teleurstelling - De omgeving, de ligging en het kasteel zijn heel mooi, prachtig uitzicht in een authentiek kader. Helaas was het eten een grote teleurstelling. De kwaliteit was heel slecht en het leek alsof de producten niet vers waren. Daarnaast stonden de prijzen absoluut niet in verhouding tot wat er werd aangeboden. Veel te duur voor de kwaliteit die je krijgt. Jammer, want door het slechte eten heeft dit toch een negatieve indruk achtergelaten op ons verblijf.

Pricey, but worth the experience. Minor issue, but although laundry service is available, it requires 24 hours notice. Since there's a pool, spa and river, it would make sense to at least have somewhere to dry clothes.

L'emplacement au cour des gorges du Tarn est parfait. Le restaurant est excellent. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La décoration des chambres ou suites de l'annexe pourrait être refaite pour être plus dans l'esprit du lieu.

Vin rouge du repas servi dans le verre à vin blanc pris pour l'apéritif!

Ingrid (8/5): Het was een prima verblijf maar prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopt niet. - De locatie is geweldig en natuurlijk het kasteel zelf, ruime kamers. Het was net opgestart en dat merkte je aan een aantal zaken. Nog volop werk in de tuin, personeel moest aan elkaar en nieuwe electronica wennen, restaurant was eerste avond chaotisch. Buitenterras nog niet klaar gemaakt voor seizoen en vieze oude gammele tafel, kussens bij zwembad waren erg vies. Helaas geen douche waar je normaal onder kan staan en je haar kan wassen, bad waar iemand van 1.80 niet in kan ! De prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopt niet. Jammer want er is zoveel meer van te maken

Ons zicht op de kamer op de Tarn was uniek! Heel mooie en rustige ligging. Spa, zwembad, Jacuzzi...we maakten er geen gebruik van maar ook dat is een luxe! Alles was uitstekend maar als we dan toch een opmerking moeten geven, in onze suite Jeanne was er toch 's nachts een licht storend geluid ( een soort moeilijk te definiëren gezoem)

Steve (10/5): Authentic "castle" experience! - Very cool location - the access road coming in was breathtaking. The facility is beautiful - preserving the antiquity of the original castle while seamlessly blending modern finishing into the staterooms. The bathroom was huge, and beautifully appointed and functional. With the notable exception of the huge freestanding tub. While the tub is a gorgeous throwback to the "original" fixtures, it is completely useless for bathing. Please consider adding a modern (stand-up) shower, with a glass enclosure. There is certainly enough room to do so.

Olivia Ray (7/5): - L’établissement est très beau, les chambres sont très jolies. Il est bien positionné. Nous avons demander pour la recharge électrique pour une voiture hybride, donc une recharge qui est rapide. Aucun tarif ne nous a été annoncé pour au final payer 15 euros ???? Une recharge habituelle dans n’importe quelle borne nous coûte au maximum 5 euros. Si nous avions su nous ne l’aurions pas recharger. Un petit déjeuner a 18 euros dans une salle toute petite ou il est difficile d’acceder quand il y as du monde pour le petit déjeuner, avec pas énormément de choix pour le prix. C’était OK et ca ne valais pas 18 euros.

elodie (9/5): Vivre une expérience de châtelain au cœur des Gorges - Le lieu est magique et vous plonge au cœur des Gorges. Le site vous fait voyager dans le temps. L'accueil est parfait et le personnel aux petits soins. Le restaurant sur place est excellent, cuisine raffinée avec une vue incroyable. Un seul bémol, la chambre manquait de luminosité et pas de climatisation mais ce sont les inconvénients d'être dans un VRAI château !
