Bryan (1/5): Do yourself a favor an be stay anywhere else! - It was closer to the hospital I had to go to in the morning. Literally walking distance. I actually went to walmart to buy a pillow to use. This was possibly the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in! I actually didn't even shower I think I was cleaner than the tub! See pics.

Rhiannon (1/5): left me with no home disrespect ghetto establishment - nothing everything is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful unprofessional and how they treat their very loyal customers stayed there for three months each month. I’ve paid over $1600 and then got told three months later when I had someone over that they couldn’t be on the premises without their ID but they’ve seen that person 1 million times have even spoke with them have even sat there in their office and showed us videos of other customers having fights in the parking lot and showing us the footage laughing about it which is extremely against protocols, but then they wanted to start going with protocols whenever they were running out of hot water and I asked for a discount not even a refund just a discount. They told me that the other person that was with me needed to have an id or we had to get our stuff off of the property mind you that was my home. I’ve been staying with them for three months. I have never been under the impression that he needed ID they ever tell me that I was gonna lose my place to stay until I was simply just asking for a discount for not having any hot water for four days and now I have nowhere to stay

Not only is it clean,quiet, and safe but the management and employees are excellent. Always very cheerful inviting as well as friendly. I also got the opportunity to meet the property manager for the first time, and she was full of life, smiling ear to ear Her personality and her attitude were just the greatest thank you guys

Melissa Lopez (2/5): - I just like the area its convenient for me I had to go to the office 3 times to switch my room .and still my microwave didnt work i couldn't heat up any of my food but they said if I complained again the for me just to get a refund and if I did that it would of took 5 business days to get back in to my card and I would of been stuck in the streets. One of the rooms they tried giving me the bath tub was full of dirt.so I just stuck it out and stayed ive stayed here plenty of times and never did i have a bad experience like this one .

Samantha (1/5): Doesn't look like the pictures...... - The smell in the room is moldy, musty and makes me nauseous as im writing this review. I am up because I'd rather let my mom rest than me, even though I have a procedure tomorrow because it is roach infested. There was one on the bed, multiple on floor of entire room. The restroom is filthy. The lady who checked me in was really nice, I was too tired to complain because I drove 7 hours to get here. 🙃

Previous tenant left dirty clothes and medicine behind example of housekeeping not cleaning room throughly. Sheets were stained had to ask for replacement.

MARY (3/5): Forget location, drive further to get a better motel. - The location The room was not clean. The amenities were poor. I ask for a room with a microwave when I called, didn't get one. The TV selection was very poor, did not even get all the free networks. The bed was very uncomfortable, felt like springs poking through. No soaps, or shampoo. Overall, it was ver5y run down and needs to be updated. I've never been to a motel with a kitchenette with nothing in it. I guess you have to bring your own pans, dinnerware, and silverware. Not enough towels for two people. If we hadn't been for a meeting, I would have tried to book somewhere else.

Keith (2/5): I am sending the same treatment to Motel 6 showed us - when I was contracting more regularly, motel 6 were great. some of other complaints I have heard is about professionalism of the staff other than that we have had decent experiences I’m deeply disappointed with how this Motel 6 handled our situation. A colleague of mine, visiting from out of town, prepaid for a room but was ultimately not allowed to stay—and the refund was significantly delayed. We walked from the hospital, and upon arrival, he was unexpectedly required to provide my information, despite the fact that I was not staying in the room. He asked me for my school ID, which I provided, and when he returned to the front desk, he was told he couldn’t stay because I didn’t have an ID. This left us confused and frustrated. Why collect my ID at all if it was going to be used as grounds to deny service? While we were discussing our next steps in what was clearly a private conversation outside, an employee approached us to say it wasn’t his fault and cited a vague “human trafficking policy.” That assumption was not only intrusive—it was offensive. I never received a clear explanation when I asked for clarification. Between the misleading communication, the refusal of service based on irrelevant ID requirements, and the fact that our conversation was monitored and interrupted by staff, I walked away feeling that this was less about safety and more about a serious lapse in professionalism and judgment.

Denisha (1/5): Never got to stay. My money was taken and I have yet to here from booking or the hotel. - I didn't get to stay there due to not getting through to anyone. Went there and it was closed. Called booking to let them know I need a refund or I need to be able yo stay there another night due to the circumstances and I've been waiting on a response from November 15th or 16th. Ramiro (2/5): It was disappointing. You get what you pay for. - Close to my destination Room smelled like smoke, no pillowcases, had to ask for toilet paper, no remote for the tv, dirty mattresses.
