I went to the room open the door and the smell.was so bad.i covered my.mouth to look around and sure enough the bed looked like the sheets were stained yellow. The room was dirty it self.

- Priscilla (8/5): More towels and trash cans - Like the bright lights to see out into parking lot gated parking lot Didn’t leave enough towels to use and some lights weren’t working
- Lott (1/5): I left, I never even made it to the room. - I didn't like anything about this property, the pictures were false advertisements, they wouldn't let me early check-in. They had shopping cart in front of the building and a lady asked me if I needed drugs. Everything, yall should take that location down. Im a travel nurse and this location is horrible. Unsafe for women.
- Agnel Perez (1/5): - Homeless walking around all day/night we travel for work, they do not provide two bed room even if I pay for, work truck on a facility like that is on risk,
- Leandra (1/5): We checked in and immediately checked back out! - So dirty!
- Gabriel (1/5): No - No No

- Allysia (3/5): You get what you pay for, but still wanted a clean room. - The price was good and the woman working was nice The floors were sticky, the shower had hair on the walls, the towels were dirty and found hair inside the folded towels, the bathroom light was very dim, I had to use my phone light. The toilet had urine stains on the seat. The table had some sticky spots, the microwave was dirty and had finger prints and sticky stuff all over it. The bed itself moved around with very little effort. The bedding had burn holes about one and half inch diameter.
- Miguel (4/5): Dirty and not welcom - Dirty
- EliJah (3/5): Despite the abundance of meth and questionable characters, nobody bothered me and I generally felt pretty safe all thing - It was cheap People smoking meth in the stairwell
- Blanca (5/5): Location was good. - I liked the location and the kitchenette The bed was too noisy. Every time we turn on the side or sat on it, it would make a lot of squeaky noise. At the time of leaving we look under the bed to make sure nothing was being left behind and notice that one of the bed's legs was broken.
- Debbie (1/5): - In our room we had a walk-in shower and when I was leaving the restroom and entered the kitchenette I slipped on the floor and fell. I reported it to the front office and the girl asked how I fell but NEVER expressed how sorry she was or had me fill out an accident report. I went to the ER and my hand was broken. I couldn’t even get an email or phone number for the corporate office so I could report it. I WILL NEVER SRAY AT ANOTHER STUDIO-6!!!
- Frederick (9/5): Secure property, good location & rooms were maintained. - Location & maintained rooms.
- Jennifer (1/5): -
- Guest (1/5): Worst experience I’ve ever had - Nothing but the location Nothing, it was very disheveled
- hull (1/5): Not good - Nothin Burnt blankets, smoke room with no ashtray went to ask the said they will bring it and didn't, ask for pillows the didn't bring it but said they was dirty place needed a shower but didn't get in. Had to go get toilet paper
- Victoria (1/5): -
- Garcia (3/5): Place is a dump - Washer and dryer were nice Security was constantly harassing me about bringing friends over. No one stayed the night.
- Garcia (3/5): -
- Anita (1/5): We didn’t stay - We didn’t end up staying due to our room being canceled with no knowledge. Not handicap accessible even though I asked multiple times prior to arrival
- Isaac (3/5): -
- dana tortalita (5/5): - The room was still messy microwave was not clean the beds stained and i found a few rouches
- shane (3/5): - On the sides of the room The cockroaches.
- Irving (6/5): - Heater made terrible noise had a cold night. No coffee maker or iron. Had to buy a blanket didn't want to leave at midnight to find another hotel. Office check in took like 25 minutes since the printer was broken. Dirty with dog poop and cigarettes outside facility. House flies in room
- Luis (3/5): - El servicio brindado por el hotel y por booking, jamás me respondieron, la reservación no la aceptaban tal.como lo había hecho, fue una mala experiencia
- Cathy (6/5): - Old, needs renovation but clean, front desk could use some improvement
- Missy (3/5): - Location is great Lots of homeless hanging around and sleeping on the stairs and roaches in the room
- Robert (2/5): Overall for how much I dumped into this place it needs a lot of work on the inside the rooms not outside where the they - Convenient to the bus stop. I had to wait 6days for towels to be delivered to the room. Because the young ladies at the
front desk refused to look for towels and lied about not have any towels for the entire hotel complex day in and day out!
No ice machine. Laundry is $3.50/wash & $3.50/dry. This isn’t the Ritz!!
The security guard constantly asked if I was a guest during my 3 week stay. When he saw me everyday!
- Robert (2/5): -
- Margaret M (8/5): - price and convient location
- Loren (2/5): - The lady at the desk was nice and tried to be helpful, but was limited by a budget I am guessing. The room was not ready when we arrived and had to wait 65 minutes to get in the roof after paying; one of 2 towel rods was missing, no towels or wash clothes in the room, crusty "something" on the other towel rod, no remote control for the TV even after we asked for one, so could not use the TV. Bed cover had a 3-4" burn hole in it, sheets had active stains on them, connecting door between our room and the next one was duct-taped for sound deadening and missing one door hinge. Toilet seat (not cover) was broken and duct taped together, toilet bowl was not clean and had "poo" in it. Overall it was a very disgusting room.
- Brandee (2/5): - Just no. The room was filthy. My socks were black on the bottom. Burn holes in the bedspread and huge stains on the sheets in places you do not want to see stains. There was no toilet paper and the remote for the TV had no batteries. I was in the room for two hours and booked somewhere else. THE most disgusting room I have ever seen.
- Darlene (8/5): - I liked the quiet and darkness at night. I needed to buy a fry pan because there was none there. I didn't know that the total bill would be charged at check-in, and that really messed with my financial planning. When there are 2 people staying in a room, it makes sense to me that 2 chairs (for dining) would be provided. Only 1 chair was provided, and when we asked for a 2nd one, we were told that there weren't any.
- Maria (1/5): -
- Iris (6/5): - Cockroaches!!!!
- Gary (10/5): - The refrigerator worked fine but no dish soap, paper towels, or utensils. Room seemed clean but very run down! Heater worked fine!
- Natalia (2/5): - Not sanitary. Uncomfortable. Smoke detector removrd, tv no operational. Flimsy bed and bedding. Dirt everywhere.
- Mohammad Rejaul (4/5): - Front desk not good
- Kathleen (2/5): Won't stay there again. - Big refrigerator, with freezer. Nice fan to drown out the noisy neighbors and barking dogs in other rooms. Dirty floors. Missing weather stripping on the door, so bugs, dirt, and marijuana and cigarette smell from neighbors could get in. Bathtub drain did not work well. Most of all, we turned in our dirty towels and new ones were not replaced in our room.
- Happy Patu (8/5): - The non-smoking room still smells smoke
- Daniel (2/5): - I've traveled for over 20 years and this was the worst hotel ever. I arrived a bit past midnight and there were 2 people doing hard drugs on the stairs in front of the room. They were there for hours until they left. The room was infested by all kind of bugs and insects. the bed blanket had holes in it. There were homeless people all over the place making the place feel insecure. When arriving the second night, the police and a CSI vehicle was parked by our room. I rather stay in my car next time or 50 miles away from Albuquerque. Do yourself a favor, do NOT stay here
- Annick (2/5): - THIS HOTEL IS THE WORSE HOTEL I HAVE EVER EVER STAYED AT....DISGUSTING : FIRST OF ALL I GOT BIT BY BED BUGS, SO I WILL HAVE TO REPORT THEM TO THE HEALTH OFFICIALS, IT STUNK LIKE HELL INCLUDING MOLD AND CIGARETTES, AND THERE WAS CRAP ALL OVER THE TOILET..... JUST UNBELIEVABLE DISGUSTING. THE MATTRESS WAS SO STAINED AND STINKY AND FULL OF BEDBUG DROPPING... THE FLOOR STICKY AND DIRTY, THE WALLS HORRIBLY DIRTY AND A HOLE IN THE CEILING
DOG CRAP ALL OVER THE SURROUNDINGS AS WELL, I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS HOTEL I STILL STANDING, IT ACTUALLY LOOKS NICE FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT SICKENING IN THE INSIDE.
I HAD TO PUT ALL MY BELONGINGS IN A BAG AND WILL KEEP IT ALL FOR ONE MONTH TO HOPEFULLY KILL THE BEDBUGS IN MY LUGGAGE
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHOSE A DIFFERENT HOTEL, WHATEVER THE COST MAY BE
- Michael (2/5): - Dirty A/C filter
Very Dirty Toilet Bowl
Refrigerator door gasket is detached and makes door stay open
- Rachel (1/5): -
- martin w (4/5): - Overall a shabby room; laminate flooring peeling up in the entryway. The toilet had some disgusting grunge in the bottom that looked like someone cleaned out their backhoe in it. The floor was the worst; laminate and tile flooring that I had to mop myself, as it was so dirty I wrecked two towels mopping it up myself. Even then me feet still were dirty after walking on it. The stairway leading up to the second floor. I was utterly pitch black; I had to use my iPhone to make sure I didn’t trip and break my neck.
I mean, I know it’s motel six, I know you get what you pay for. But most Motel sixes that I have stayed at before, were not as decrepit as this one. Avoid.
- stephanie (2/5): - The entire place was filthy. Parking lot was very rough. Building was in very bad condition. Front desk was behind a wall with bullet proof glass. Room reaked of smoke and urine. Homeless outside rooms and in parking lot. Very dangerous feel to location.
- Katherine (2/5): - Plenty of space for a long-term stay including a kitchen table, albeit the room amenities were a little run down, but not suitable for an overnight stay. Very poorly maintained room. I arrived at night and only two of the lightbulbs were working - one in the bathroom and one in the main room. For the big kitchen light, it looked like the timer-switch was broken had been broken for a long time.
The desk said they had no spare bulbs and would be unable to do anything about the lights until the morning, which was very disappointing because I was only there for a one night stay.
- Roy (2/5): - Very unkempt room. Bullet holes in walls. Bathroom door had huge holes on it. Kille about 40 cockroaches before checking out 4 night early due to conditions. Felt unsafe. Saw a gun being sold in parking lot and drug deals and homeless people all around the grounds
- Raymond (2/5): - It smelled like stale cigarettes, made me wheez. Asked for pillow and blanket, they couldn’t find any. Floors were dirty, ceilings were filthy
- Jeffrey (2/5): - The room was filthy with bugs. The soles of my feet turned black from the door mate. I found pubic hair in the sink.
- Terry (2/5): - Reserved 3 non-smoking rooms. Arrived and they said hotels.com cancelled 2 of my rooms and changed me to a smoking room. Horrible place - room was so disgusting. The hotels.com team made it right with me!
- Jacob (4/5): - Here is what I found when I checked out the room.
- The floor was dirty like it hadn’t been recently wet mopped with a pad.
- I found an unwrapped dry soap bar behind the raised sink in the bathroom as if no one had cleaned back there in awhile.
- The bathtub was dirty and there were strands of ling hair on the shower walls.
- The sink had a refrigerator shelf in it
- The microwave glass turnstile was dirty with dried food on it.
- There was broken glass outside my hotel doorway.
- The phone in the room doesn’t work and the wire coming out of the wall doesn’t have a connector plug to plug into the phone.
- The box spring that the mattress rests on has the stuffing coming out of it by the headboard hidden by the nightstand.
- There was toilet bowl cleaner blue streaks on the bathroom floor by the toilet.
- The toilet seat caps are broken and dirty.
- There is no cookware/utensils in the room.
- There is no trash can with trash liner in the room.
- James (4/5): - There were always around 5 to 7 homeless persons outside our building. I witnessed large amounts of cash being exchanged for drugs in the parking lot. When we were leaving in the morning we had to maneuver around 2 people in the stairway sorting 3 large buckets of freshly cut Marijuana leaves. I reported this to the front desk but they didn't care to do anything about it.
When we first checked into our room there was no TV. They switched us to another room with a TV but no remote to turn it on with and no coffee maker. We eventually were given access to a third room to rob it of its coffee maker and remote. Also had to return to the front desk to get some soap and shampoo which were also missing. Half the light bulbs in the room were missing and they were never replaced even though they assured us they would. Very dirty and our bed had food crumbs in it from the prior guests. I hope you can visualize what this place was like. I looked at the reviews and there are a number of 10/10 reviews given over the past 8 months by the same person. Don't believe it!
- Elizabeth (7/5): Beware - Availability. Staff was rude and hostile .
- Annette Abelardo (6/5): - Slow check in. Room was not ready. Old and dirty
- Mary Faye Ezzell (2/5): - Although Travelocity and I contacted the property well in advance of the deadline to change the reservation, Studio 6 refused to work with me or the representative from Travelicity. I left one day early and the hotel would not change the bill, even though the advertised on YOUR website that the reservation was changable and cancelable up to day of the stay!!
- David (4/5): - This is basically a motel six with a sad little kitchen. No garbage can in the room. Sketchy people hanging out in parking lot at all hours. No light in the stairway.
- Robert (2/5): - Lots of cockroaches in the bathroom with moldy bathroom, cracks in the baseboard and dry wall where the bugs are. I know this is motel 6 but usually they are at least clean and bug free. We checked out early as it’s just plainly unsanitary
- Del (2/5): - Tile in the shower/bathtub falling out, coffee pot still had coffee, hair in the refrigerator, remote for tv not up to channels, only hand towels available n one wash cloth. Bathroom faucet was not at pressure & drain was not draining properly!!! YES A S * * THOLE!!!
- Colleen (6/5): - Nice features with a kitchenette set up. A lot of hair, dust, and bugs in the unit.
- Blase (4/5): - My own fault. Knowing that I'm only staying overnight, I generally don't mind going down several notches. I'll have to revisit my thinking before doing it, again...especially in New Mexico. While the room was as clean as they could get it, I suppose, they should consider knocking it down and starting over. Long time for check-in, standing in a doorway with them behind plastic window was a little disconcerting, to start. Lack of communication upon check-in (they speak Spanish, I do not), ended up in a smoking room. My throat is sore waking up. All I can smell is smoke. The people walking around out there looking like crackheads and the lowest form of Walmart shopper. Never again. This might be the worst review I've ever left.
- Charles (2/5): - We arrived before our 6:00 PM cutoff to cancel. We did not stay there after getting room key and got a look at room. 1st room not cleaned, same with 2-4th room. Motel was dirty, unsafe appearance, one room had blood stains on side of box springs. Homeless appearing around all buildings. Blankets, tarps, etc under stairwells. I wouldn’t trust my vehicle to be in parking space if I had stayed there. This is not a safe space to stay.
- Joshua (1/5): Terrible - othing I felt catfished, this property is in a drug den and the pictures are not what they seem, mould in the bathroom the room smelt terrible, not clean they changed the locks and didn’t tell us. Doing drug deal staff don’t care , we had 2 chairs up against the door as we felt scared for our lives. We left after the first night
- Kathleen (2/5): - The room was very dirty. The floor had not been cleaned in some time. I asked for a mop to clean it myself! No mop available.Cleaninbg personnel had no floor cleaning brooms, mops etc. It was so dirty I had to use a towel to clean the floor before unpacking. The room didn't have a table and chair as in the pictures. The staff was very unfriendly. Don't stay here.
- Ken (1/5): Beware - the security fee was charged for damage that was pre existing. - They would not return my inquiry after check out. They put me in a room that had damage in it, the front desk did not answer the phone. I have called and messaged through the Booking.com app and the reply I got was not related or helpful in any way.
- John (4/5): - Dirty room, old property that couldn’t really be cleaned by the daily staff, missing smoke detector, missing painting from the wall, missing pain, broken bathroom tiles, broken electrical outlet, missing hangers in closet, missing closet door.
- Lynn (2/5): - It smelled like smoke upon entry and it was super dirty and vagrants were living in the rooms
- Sumantha (2/5): - Irrespective of the amount paid, everyone expects a good place to take rest and sleep after a long day, which we can not get in this place due to constant activities going in and around the property.
- rudolph (2/5): - The 1st room we were given was infested with roaches. We complained, they did move us but the 2nd room had just 1 double bed in it.
I would love to get my money back
- Mary Faye Ezzell (2/5): - Travelocity and I contacted the hotel and gave this hotel plenty of notice that I needed my room for only one night. They refused to refund the amount for the second night.
Room was dirty, I had to remake the bed, there was no coffeemaker or toaster.
VERY poor experience.
- Marjorie (2/5): - It was a dump. No WiFi code given (to start). The stairwell was filled with garbage and drug paraphernalia. Not toilet paper at all in the room. No bed sheet. Sticky, dirty floor. Toilet bowl was brown and disgusting. So much dust. Hair on shelf in fridge. I - yes I - got cleaning supplies from staff and cleaned the room myself. SO disgusting!
- Charles (2/5): - Clean rooms & nice staff but there are gangster type characters & homeless folks hanging out outside.
Save your money. Don’t stay here.
- Cindy (2/5): - They canceled our reservation. Said they overbooked and are charging more than twice for rooms for tonight.
- Margaret (10/5): - The room was nice
- Melanie (2/5): - Filthy rooms!
- Anchal (10/5): - Staff was very helpful
- Margret (2/5): - Soo many roaches! And nightly fights in the parking lot from drug addicts and drunk people. Along with the broken glass pipes and fresh garbage on the stairs. No maintance to pick up trash and all the residents just throw their bags under the stairs where it stays for days til somone gets it. I had at least 6 people approach me and my husband asking if we "needed anything" crepy place, over priced and full of roaches. GROSS!
- Jeff (2/5): - At least there were no bed bugs.Bathroom sink broken, What looked like a bullet hole in bathroom door. Cock roaches. Bathroom sink broken, deadbolt broken off of the door, guy selling drugs out of his car in parking lot. I accidentally booked a non-refundable room and on a very tight travel budget and it wasn't late, i would have just eaten the cost and gone somewhere else. So im strongly advising everyone to look elsewhere. This place is cheap for a reason. This is NOT in a good area.
- Jazimond (4/5): - Got what I paid for thank you
- Jazimond (6/5): - Got what I paid for.
- Rok (1/5): Do not go to this location. Terrible experience - The staff were not helpful, knowing we got a room that was dirty (the floor was never vacuumed, the sheets had dog paw prints on them, the cover had cigarette burn marks, , the pillows had stains and the bathroomlooked gross).. The place was barely livable. We got through 1 night and drove away as soon as possible. I can't believe they haven't given back our deposit after 4 nights even though our room shouldn't even be avalible to rent out....
- Jason (10/5): Staff was great had everything I need - Everything was great Nothing everything was great
