• Teresa (6/5): Good location but best views only from beachfront stays. - Good location and a nice, relaxed vibe, but the area is still under development. Unless you’re staying in a beachfront bungalow, the views aren’t particularly special yet and can feel a bit unfinished. Booked Seaview but got a bungalow at the very end of the resort.

• Chad (1/5): Will scam you out of money! Be careful. - Location is amazing as it is on a magical beach. Used the toilet in the bungalow when I was checking out and the toilet fell over due to bad workmanship. This also cut my arm open in the process. Informed staff immediately and without offering first aid, they straight away wanted 10,000 baht for a new toilet. I explained to them that it wasn’t my fault but, they stop my boat rode, taxi and refused to accept responsibility. At no time did they offer first aid. Absolutely disgraceful and a scam to get money from guest. Police were called and in the end I had to pay 5000 baht for dodgy bathroom facilities, no first aid for a open wound and because I had a boat to another island booked, I had no choice but the pay. Also charged me a lot of money for food and drinks. Wouldn’t show items I ordered. 1700 baht for two breakfast, and a few beers. Again dodgy. Be very careful with this property. I would never stay again after they showed how corrupt they are to get extra money from you.

• Everett (6/5): Chilling with friends; long swims - up early due to work noise. - Nice folks. Good space. Great beach. Grounds swept once a week (needs daily attention because of leaves and tiny killer pinecones). Burning trash right in front of bungalow on beach. Workmen: banging on a construction project early morn and evening (work should be done in off season); smoking in close proximity to bungalow; walking right through our bungalow space, instead of on designated paths. Very poor drive/approach to property.

• Anders (10/5): Somna till vågbruset i paradiset - Liten hydda utan AC och varmvatten. Ingen städning. Gott om mygg och sandflugor. Ändå är man salig av lycka! Inga bilar (bara moppar på de smala "vägarna". Stränderna är ganska tomma men ändå finns flera barer och restauranger. På Coconut är personalen mkt trevlig och maten god. Kopplar av gör du på trädäck i skuggan under stora träd, där det finns "roomservice" när du blir sugen på öl, kaffe, smoothie eller mat. El finns dygnet runt (bra om man vill ha fläkten igång på natten). Hyfsad WiFi i restaurangen/receptionen.
• Andi&Angelika (8/5): direkte und ruhige Strandlage - Freundliches+zuvorkommendes Personal, organisiert auch zuvorkommend den Roller-Verleih. Leckeres Essen im eigenen Restaurant, man speist direkt am Strand. Ein Minus: Die Matratze im Bungalow hätte ausgetauscht werden müssen, hatte grössere Flecken. Auch das Badezimmer (vor Allem die Wände) wurde wohl schon längere Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt. Durch die versetzte Anordnung der Bungalows hat fast Jeder einen Meerblick, wenn auch etwas entfernt. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und werden wieder kommen.
• Christiane (8/5): Hübsche Bungalows direkt am Strand - Wir hatten ein paar sehr entspannte Tage im Phayam Coconut. Die Familie, die das Resort betreibt ist super nett und hilft bei allen Anliegen gerne weiter. Eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, die nicht so touristisch ist, wie in anderen Beach Resorts. Wir hatten den Beach Bungalow, der wie beschrieben, sehr basic ist, aber alles hat, was man braucht, inkl. Moskitonetz. Natürlich hat man im Bad durchaus mal Besuch der örtlichen Tierwelt. :) Wenn man das weiß und sich nicht daran stört, ist alles top. Oder man wählt die etwas komfortableren Bungalows weiter hinten. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker und der Abschnitt am Strand einer der schönsten und ruhigsten. Es gibt einen hübsch angelegten Garten und mehrere Sitz-/Liegegelegenheiten unter den Bäumen, an denen man herrlich relaxen kann. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung!
