- みそんちょ (7/5): こんなものかな？ - 両親の敬老祝で3家族で利用しました。 足の悪い父親に車椅子の貸出があって助かりました。温泉もとても良かったです。 食事の牛肉が美味しかった！ 外国人のスタッフの一生懸命な姿が微笑ましかったです。 ・事前に、家族旅行で人数の都合で2部屋に分けた旨お伝えしてあったのですが、 部屋のランクが違うせいか、置いてあるお菓子に差がありました。敬老記念とも伝えてありましたが、特にお祝いメッセージなどありませんでした。 ・色浴衣サービス、コーヒーサービス 、会食会場の説明など、こちらから問合せしてからの対応でした。 ・食事は、品数豊富でしたがもう少し温かい物を増やして欲しい。

- eri (8/5): ちょっとレトロで、気配りきいてるお宿 - ステンドグラスがレトロ感を醸し出してて、落ち着いいたお宿でした。 お食事も美味しかったし、お風呂の照明、温度、質、良かったです。露天風呂も風情があって良かったです。 10月だし、4階の部屋なのに、蚊がいた！ 良く眠れなかったのが残念です。

- Terada (10/5): - 非常に満足しています。最高のお宿でした。 戸倉上山田温泉全体は少し古い温泉街で、こちらも歴史のあるお宿ですが、至るところにリフォームが施されており全く古さを感じません。 何より掃除が行き届いています。歴史ある宿を「古びている」と感じるか「趣がある」と感じるかは掃除が大事だと実感しました。 従業員の教育もしっかりされており、温かいおもてなしを受けました。 食事の時にご挨拶に来ていただいたとても感じがよく美しいおかみさんが意欲的に頑張っていらっしゃるのだと思います。 応援したくなるお宿です。信州に再訪の際はまたぜひ利用したいと思います。

- よしか (8/5): - 夫婦で毎年別所温泉に来ていますが、今年は上山田温泉にしてみました。お部屋もお部屋にある露天風呂も良かったです。女性の露天風呂の薔薇も感激しました。暖かいおもてなしが良かったですが、残念だったのが、夜中まで騒いでいる別客の声が聞こえたりして、あまりのんびりと出来ず、貸風呂の廊下も雨の為とはいえ滑りやすく危険でした。温泉は最高だっただけに少し残念さが心残りです。
