Dzhariyat (4/5): Выходные в Нижнем - Рядом проходит трамвайная линия. И от реактивного грохота проезжающих трамваев не спасают даже окна с двойным стеклопакетом. Плохо убирают санузел: пыль на крышке мусорного контейнера и волосы на полу. От душевой кабины отлетают запчасти при открывании и закрывании дверцы. Плохая звукоизоляция между номерами. Входная дверь с щелью.
Olga (6/5): - Очень мешал спать шум трамваев, которые проходят в 3-х метрах от окна отеля. За полных 2 дня ни разу не было уборки. Завтрак вполне вкусный, но места очень мало. Все столики заняты.
Daria (10/5): Яркие впечатления - Нам все очень понравилось. Мы приехали на новогодние праздники. В отеле были рано утром и нас сразу заселили в номер. Внимательный обслуживающий персонал. Хорошие и теплые номера. Удобное месторасположение: метро, жд, автобус. Поездкой очень довольны.

Xuesong (6/5): - During World Cup time, we just stay one night. It is good price compared others. Hotel location near railway station but not in city center area need cross big river. Very good staff as we arrived very early and they found one room for us check in. Room is clean but very basic.

Unfortunately there is no air-conditioning in the hotel and In July the weather gets really hot. If there was air-conditioning the would have been the best hotel value for money
Verified traveler (4/5): What they advertise is not what you’ll get - The staff do not speak English. They are very unfriendly and the service is not deserving of a 3 star. We asked for our room to be cleaned, toilet paper and towels replaced. The only thing they did was just to replace the toilet paper. There was no elevator so you have to carry your luggage on the stairs to whatever floor your room is located The bed was very uncomfortable and the location is far from city center which means dependence on taxis to get to anywhere. Not recommended.

Darina (10/5): Прощай сон - Все было хорошо, кроме одного- ввспаться вам не удастся. Если Вам "повезет" оказаться в номере, который окнами выходит на трамвайные пути(а их большинство), попрощайтесь со спокойным сном. Все остальное понравилось.
Nataliya (10/5): Волшебное путешествие в отель! - Бывала в этом отеле несколько раз, и всегда получаю самые яркие и незабываемые впечатления! Отзывчивые администраторы, непринужденная обстановка... В общем все так и манит вернуться сюда снова и снова... Безумно вкусные завтраки! ТВ, кондиционер в номере... Ну одни положительные эмоции. Все отлично)
Verified traveler (4/5): Шум от трамваев, невозможно спать, ужасный отель - Ощущение, что спишь в трамвае. Номера неплохие. Чисто. Но ОЧЕНЬ (ОЧЕНЬ!) шумно из-за трамваев. Которые ездят даже ночью. Попросила поселить на другую сторону отеля, сказали там номеров нет. Это ужас. Была 2 ночи, если бы была поездке дольше, однозначно бы отменила остальные ночи. Это невыносимо спать. Ужасно. Отель не рекомендую. Даже пластиковые окна не спасают. Трамвай в 70 сантиметрах проезжает. Шум.
