- Irene (8/5): alles in allem ein positives Erlebnis an einem schönen Ort in einem sehr schönen Apartment. - Lage hervorragend, ideal mit Hunden, da gleich bei der Maggia Frühstück excellent, vielfältig und mit frischen Früchten und Beeren Personal nett und freundlich Villa war sehr grosszügig Innenschwimmbad, vermisse Toilette und Dusche Sauna erst ziemlich spät geöffnet - also keine Morgen-Kombi - schwimmen mit Sauna möglich Villa, ein paar winzige Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden. Kleines Ablagetablar und Aufhängehaken im Gäste-WC Erstes Abendessen perfekt. Zweites nicht. Filet war medium-well anstatt medium-rare, Trüffel-Sauce sehr dünn, anstatt wie auf dem Menue erwähnt Kartoffel-Gratin gab es Backofen-Kartoffeln. Service war sehr langsam und mühsam. Zwei sehr unterschiedliche Abende.
- Markus (7/5): Tolles Angebot und ruhig gelegen, leider nicht ganz optimal Präsentiert - Resort hat ein grosses Angebot und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Hunde sind willkommen. Frühstücksbuffet war super. Der Empfang beim einchecken war nicht 5 Sterne gerecht. Keine Erklärungen des Angebots oder wo was zu finden ist oder funktioniert. Da habe ich schon 2 Sterne Hotels gehsbt, die das viel besser gemacht haben. Die Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals passte auch nicht zu einem 5 Sterne Resort.

- Celina (9/5): Super Adresse! - Wunderschöne Gartenanlage und sehr feines Frühstück! Die Wohnungen sind grosszügig und hell. Mit der Ticino Card fährt man gratis ÖV und ist sehr schnell in Locarno und Ascona, ebenso kann diese Strecke zu Fuss gemacht werden. Dass die Nutzung vom Welleness am Abreisetag Zusatzkosten verursacht.

- Jacqueline (10/5): Pause vom Alltag voll umgesetzt, perfekte Wohnung ;)) - Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles was man wünscht ist da. Der Spa Bereich ist top und die Massage perfekt. Die Lage ist genial und die Fahrräder können unkompliziert gebraucht werden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Eine Beschreibung für den sprachgesteuerten TV wäre hilfreich.

Die Music in der Bar am Abend sehr angenehm. Das Hotel ist hundefreundlich. Das Personal im Hauptrestaurant war nicht sehr nett. Keine warme Verbindung zum Pool, Spa Bereich öffnet erst um 11 Uhr.

- Gerd (7/5): - Lovely grounds with many activities. Mini golf, table tennis, fitness room is exceptional. Great breakfast. Bicycles are available for guests. Apartments were small and faced toward highway, so when the windows/doors are open you hear the traffic, only 1 bathroom for 2 bedroom apartments. Resort charges extra for using kitchen.
- Yuri (9/5): Prima! - Zeer mooie accommodatie met nette kamers en een mooie sportschool op het terrein. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid. Het appartement had een privé parkeerplaats in de garage. De kamer had geen airco (wel een klimaatsysteem) waardoor het bij aankomst warm was in het appartement. Voor elk raam zaten automatische rolluiken, waardoor het appartement goed koel te houden was.

- Allison (10/5): Very peaceful, beautiful and spacious setting with very friendly staff. - The setting of this hotel is so beautiful and peaceful. We loved our breakfast here every morning and the dinner was fantastic as well especially with singer and guitarist and view of the mountains all around. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved the shuttle service pick up and drop off from the train station. Nothing.
