• Sinan (8/5): - I booked for one night, then i extended for another day, the apartment was good!, SALEM, was very helpful and an amazing person!! Overall all everything was good, but need some improving.

Due to following reasons Staff especially Egyptian, he is big liar, make fake promises, and cheaters, firstly room underneath it washroom lock broken, doors room lock broken, in Additionally they charged us 5 JOD, due to towel, the time we received towel we didn't checked, and not even used however once we are check-out they've asked we have to pay 5 JOD due to towel is bad condition. And there is nk kitchen in this apartment.

• Xulkarxon (2/5): Find another hotel - It was cold and we my toddler got sick. The power is very weak as ACs can not heat up the rooms. No warm water at all had to take shower in cold water in this winter as we stayed for 4 nights. There is one extension used for all our chargers and TV and water cooler.

The area is very calm at night and there is a mini-market nearby the receptionist doesn't speak any english but through whatsapp you can talk with the owner Mr. Wael who speaks it. the receptionist is a guy who works 24/7 ,prepares the breakfast, clean, check-in, check out...etc Be aware that there is a curfew daily from midnight 00:00 till 07:00 am you can awake the receptionist to open the door for you You can buy a SIM card at the reception or exchange money and you can pay by cash euro or JOD or by POS The hotel is a rundown hotel...old furniture , filthy, dirty apartment , i was on the 3rd floor flat 302 ( there is a lift ) , no internet, ( couldn't log in) , no tv sat,no bidet in the bathroom ...i moved to a smaller flat on the ground floor Flat 001...the tv works...but there were cockroaches, and the bathroom was filthy and dirty and tubes and pipes out of the walls everywhere, you can't take a shower and if you use the bidet the water leaks from almost everywhere the bed creaks, no socket near the bed, and to turn on or off the lights ,the switch is behind the wardrobe !!! the kitchen is filthy and the table in the living room was broken , the sensor for smoking or fire was wraped with a plastic bag.. There was a Holy Quran and carpet for prayer! and it is forbidden to bring any alcoholic drink !! as for hot water, the hotel has solar panels during the day.... it's weak at night ,unless you turn on the electric boiler switch which is located outside the flat.

• Mimercha (9/5): Wonderful stay - Great value!! Had a full suite for a very cheap price. The room was incredibly spacious and we'll equipped. My view was also pretty good. The furniture was comfortable and the furnishing clean. I would enjoy being there longer, I'm sure. The receptionist was very accommodating and kind. Kitchen had what I needed for a long stay. There was some minor issues that I wasn't staying long enough to even address (was only there for the night). So, I'm not going to bother naming them. The one heads up I'll give is that the bathroom was a bit on the older side. Everything was clean but I could see that there was a little repair work it could use. That said, I'd still recommend it to any friends who weren't super picky about that kind of thing.
• Ahmad (3/5): Poor - The master bedroom as it seemed a little bit new, the ac and the hot water availability. Receptionist is smiling all the time and cooperative. Many kind of bugs in the apartment "flies, cockroaches, spiders... etc", kitchen is smelly although we haven't used it at all and bathroom needs some serious remodeling and there's so much water leakage in the bathroom, the internet is bad most of the time as other reviewers mentioned and when I complained to the receptionist about it he told the hotel is fully occupied, When I got into the apartment I found the glass on the table in the living room was broken in half and there was another little table in other bedroom "kids room" which was also broken on the side and had sharp edge and when I told the receptionist about it he simply told me put it above the closet. the light in the elevator was working for the 1st week of my stay only (I stayed for almost 3 weeks) and when I told the receptionist about it he said he informed the electrician to come and fix it which it didn't get fixed for the rest of my stay. The water doesn't get swollen in the bathtub sewer properly and if there's even a small amount of hair gets stuck on that sewer it will take like 15-30 minutes until all the water goes through it, The washing machine and crib weren't available when I reached although I mentioned I want the crib but it wasn't stable and was falling apart most of the time but I didn't say a word about it because at that point I was feeling really disappointed. Charging more than a thousand dollars for such environment doesn't make any sense. By the way, There's only one guy handling the hotel who is working as a receptionist, guard and cleaner so most of the day time you won't find him at his reception desk.

• Josefina (10/5): Great stay! - The apartment was basic but had everything you need: Aircon, hot water and a kitchen. Best part of this trip was Salem who is always at reception. He will always welcome you with a smile and assist you in any way he can. If you can’t speak Arabic, don’t let this deter you, Salem will find a way to communicate with you between English and google translate. We appreciated being in a place where we felt like home and not staying at a hotel downtown where there is a lot of chaos during the evening. To move around, Uber is the best option (but choose to pay cash instead of credit card through the app). Thanks Salem for helping make our holidays amazing!

• Amer (8/5): Very good value for the price, location and space - It was a budget flat as I thought, I booked it for 3 nights only to sleep as I was busy during the day. Great and very friendly staff, Salem, and very helpful. The flat I had got one bedroom, twins beds, despite requesting a double bed, a kitchen, lounge, and bathroom. The single mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but okay ish. Location was good for me, close to where I needed to go, parking was easy outside but was coming back between 12.00am and 1am. But I could see parking was very busy when I leave in the morning so I’m not sure if any available during the day. I would book again if I was visiting on my own. I used the kettle to make a cuppa in the morning and the fridge for water bottles. The only thing I’d suggest is to provide a small hand towel and a bath towel as there was none when I had my first shower after a long trip. Thanks

I would stay again! - the property is extremely spacious , clean and in a central location. close to Adali bus station, shopping centre and not too far from down town. if I was going to improve my stay the only things I’d ask for are cleaning products for dishes in the kitchen and the shower could be more powerful.

The price is quite good compared to all the other options in this central area. The receptionist, Salem, is a nice and funny guy who takes care of the cleanliness and any help you might need. Both location and tidiness are the main aspects for me to stay here for months ☺️

• Nuh (1/5): So awful that wasting 400$ as a student with a tight budget was a better option - There's instant hot water for coffee, because there's the water thing No tap water for a whole day. Hot water takes ages, and in the first floor never arrives. I arrived during a heat wave, the air conditioning was broken for a whole day, until a technician "fixed" it. It was like a not warm breeze if i was standing in front of it. There were cockroaches in the apartment, kitchen didn't utensils, i kept needing to go the lobby to request them because i also didn't have an apartment phone. Then i was moved to another room, warm water in the shower, but the showerhead was too busy scattering the water everywhere, the air conditioning is only available in the bedroom for both apartments. This new one had good sunlight unlike the last one. The air conditioner was pouring water, no not dripping, pouring. I had to empty a 3 litre container every 3-4 hours until I stopped using the air conditioner. The bedroom didn't have a working lamp, when i notified reception they gave me the new one to replace it myself. It still didn't work, i notified reception and the did nothing about it. My reservation was for 26 nights. Of those i only stayed 10. Then it was unbearable to the point where i moved in with a friend and slept on his couch. It was a lot better. Also, the 16 other nights were wasted because the facility had a full-advance payment policy and no refunds. You can probably guess why. Nothing in both kitchens was inviting or clean. the washing machine is semi auto, and the dryer part was broken, so my clothes were dripping wet when i hanged them. In the kitchen there's about a meter square of ground with no tiles, the cement under is exposed and you can't walk on it because anything it touches will get dirty

The wifi on our floor was switched off so we had to use the bottom floors wifi which worked for about 3 minutes and they said we couldn’t move. the place seems like it was cleaned once a month. the bathroom looked like it had been cleaned in 2018. there was no door handle on the bathroom. both the beds were broken. the shower flooded on the floor and we put a spare towel down and then got told off. the staff hardly spoke English so it was hard to communicate, however that is understandable

• Artur (4/5): Unfortunately it was the worst accomodation out of the five we had in Jordan. - The location was great - within a walking distance to the centre of the city. Quiet neighbourhood. The beds were ok, wifi was ok. It is a place which definitely needs renovation. However this is not the biggest problem. The biggest problem is that nobody seems to clean it. The bathroom looks disgusting and so does the kitchen. We requested a different flat but when we saw the second option, it was not better at all (again - the bathroom and kitchen were horrible).

Imagine no light to be able to take a shower or eat or walk without tripping or hitting something! We used our phone flashlight to avoid injuring ourselves. But no power to charge phones. We left at 5:30 am as soon as the sun rose. I contacted hotels.com to inform about it. Unacceptable. I expect to be fully refunded. They blackmail you to give more money for your stay. When arrived we paid extra for the two nights booked. We were shocked of this but had no choice. Beware!

Amman ist eine faszinierende, beinahe europäische Stadt mit wundervollen, schönen und freundlichen Menschen, dennoch mit einer eigenen unverwechselbaren orientalischen Note, die diese Stadt so anziehend und attraktiv macht. • Verified traveler (4/5): - The Staff were nice,The location was good. however the condition of the hotel was very bad water leaking, plumbing and drainage problems in the bathroom, the price was reasonable but there were many safety issues water was leaking in the strairway ,the the drainage of dirty water from the sewage in the bathroom, the kitchenette had a very old washer,the cooking gas stove was extremely old rotted iron .This hotel needs proper maintenance and removal of old and dangerous appliances, and placement of safe and updated appliances, plumbing and cleaning

• quentin (10/5): Hôtel sympathique - Bon hôtel situé un peu à la périphérie de la ville, facilité de se garer, bon accueil, bon petit déjeuner.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Not very clean - I guess you get what you pay for. However it’s unfortunate that very little cleaning is done before you enter the room. Under my bed was caked in dust, I had ants in the lounge area because of food that hadn’t been cleaned up, and a dead roach in the bathroom. The mattress was also uncomfortable and although the bed was very large, it was like i was sleeping on the wooden base of the bed. That being said, the hotel staff were very friendly, they served a nice breakfast from an outside cafe/shop etc. It was also minutes walking distance to the Abdali Mall (which is beautiful) and the JETT bus station for trips to Petra. Which is the main reason I picked this area. I wouldn’t stay at the apartments again though. Despite trying to think of this as part of the experience I would give this a wide berth in future. I’m sorry.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - L'appartamento era vecchissimo, con i divani sporchi e il bagno veramente pessimo. In compenso il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e se si deve solo dormire come ho fatto io, può essere una buona soluzione economica.
• JesperTravel24 (4/5): Cheap and very basic - Very friendly staff, warm welcome and good checking in procedure. Central location. The stay for one night was very cheap , which was an okay value for money. The apartment block looks very old and dirty from the outside, and inside it looks about the same. Very old and rusty equipment in the kitchen and bathroom, very dirty bath (which was described in the advertisement as an jacuzzi, which it was not) , but the shower worked good. Very much noise from the street, and the bed linnen were not very clean. Even for only 24 euros a night, this apartment lacked some basics you would expect in the hospitality industry.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Location was ok! The apartment building is a bit old! The apartment was generally ok, the toilet smelled, the bedroom was quite small compared to the living room! Breakfast was not worth and you have to pick a time to get it delivered to the apartment!
• Verified traveler (2/5): Le pire séjour jamais fait de ma vie - J'ai été très déçue de mon séjour à l'établissement Aljazeera à Amman: Etat catastrophique de l'appartement et les photos disponibles sur le site de l'hôtel ne représentent pas de tout la vérité. Pour décrire la situation: meubles cassés, outils de cuisine usés, non propreté, insectes et cafards, non confort, mauvais accueil, mal traitance par le personnel... Finalement, j'ai été forcé de quitter l'appartement deux jours en avance car ils ont coupé l'électricité de mon appartement sans prévenir après avoir m'accusé de casser un miroir dans la salle de bains, tombé tout seul en plein nuit pour me terroriser!, alors qu'apparemment ce miroir a été mal accroché comme d'ailleurs toutes les choses dans ce terrible appartement... De plus, au départ ils m'ont rien remboursé sur le reste de jours que j'ai déjà payé !!! Que dommage que j'ai oublié de prendre des photos! Bref, je ne recommande cet établissement à personne!!!
• Cécile (10/5): on recommande! - Nous avons apprécié l'atmosphère du lieu, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel de l'hôtel, toujours disponible. Ils ont été de précieux conseil pour organiser notre séjour sur place et trouver des moyens de transport.

• M.D. (6/5): - Liked: Location is very good. Staff are excellent, they respond almost immediately and are helpful and warmly welcoming. Rooms are very spacious for a family, Bed is very comfy. Kitchen has basic tools. Service was fast. Breakfast was mediocre but almost sufficient for a person. Hated: Requires serious renovation almost everything is outdated, Kitchen is dirty, hot water too slow to heat up. Bathroom was not comfortable and showering was too difficult due to bad bathtub placement and too difficult to mix hot and cold water. There was a serious problem with ventilation, tried to open windows but got small lizard entering which scared my wife and was dangerous for my baby. Smell can easily build up inside the room as we had to keep windows closed.

• Aleksandr (8/5): Удобное расположение, рядом с автостанцией. - Очень удобное расположение, в центре города, рядом в 200 м автобусная станция Jett Bus, откуда уходят автобусы на Петру. Место для парковки перед отелем есть. Сами апартаменты, те что достались нам, вполне нормальные по соотношению цена/качество, но явно нуждаются в ремонте. Для ночевки на день-два пойдет.
• Verified traveler (2/5): 最悪 - シャワーは水しか出ない。キッチンの食器は汚れてる。２泊予約したのに1日分別のホテルで泊まらされ朝荷物もってチェックアウトしてまた夜にチェックイン。荷物も自分で運ばされた。最悪。バス乗り場に近いだけが良いところ。
• spockmohit (8/5): Central location and friendly staff - We loved the hospitable environment here. Musab at the reception was always helpful and always went out of his way to help make our stay much more comfortable than we expected. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was very good. Musab also helped us get the sim card at cheap price and was also responsive about our queries related to public transport in Amman. The apartment was neat and clean. It was very big and can easily accommodate 4 people. Bathroom and kitchen were clean. Kitchen was big and stuffed with all the amenities including utensils, microwave, refrigerator, stove with cylinder, etc. We used the oven and refrigerator without any issues. There is a big sofa in the hall which is helpful if you are a large group and just want to have chitchat or have your breakfast or dinner in the hall. There was a TV as well which we did not use. They provided us water dispenser of 20L for 3 JD which was enough for us for 3 days. One room had a double bed which was very comfortable and the second room had 3 separate beds. Unfortunately, those beds were not that comfortable. The reason being, large and thick mattresses placed on beds which have hollow bottoms. I suggest them to get new beds which have covered bottoms so that mattresses do not sink in when you are sleeping. The location is the best part of this hotel. It's in the centre of Al-Abdali and Abdali mall is at the walking distance. There is also a big market at walking distance from here and you can get everything at Dakhliya circle which is around 1.5 KMs from here. Taxis are very easily available here and going to North bus station costs 2 JD in the taxi. JETT bus station from where buses leave for Petra in the morning is at 500m from here. Overall, it was a great stay there. 4 stars is because of the beds in the second room. We were really blown away with the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Would definitely give them another try if we are in Amman again.
