FEDERICO (10/5): Napoli città scacciapensieri - Il b&b mette a disposizione, nell'atrio di ingresso, una macchinetta da caffè a cialde. Per la colazione basta che esci dalla struttura e trovi diversi bar. La posizione è ottimale per la presenza di fermate di mezzi pubblici tra cui quella della metro. Zona ben servita. Faccio fatica a trovare particolari difetti. D'altronde ho trovato meglio di come me lo aspettavo. Forse qualche rumore del traffico circostante. Per il resto non posso che dire bene.

Domenico (9/5): Ottimo. - Il B& B consente di visitare comodamente il centro e di raggiungere facilmente la stazione centrale e il porto per le eventuali gite fuori porta (Pompei, Caserta, Sorrento e le isole). Molto disponibile e cordiale il titolare presente alla reception che ci ha fornito utili informazioni per la visita. Stanza pulita. Flessibilità nel check out camera. Assenza della porta all'area doccia per garantirne la privacy. Il mancato cambio degli asciugamani dopo il quarto giorno.
William (9/5): Very good value with a great location, comfortable accomodations, and very nice and responsive host - We were very happy with this B & B. The host was very friendly, responsive and accomodating. He responded to our text communication very quickly and usually immediately. He allowed us to drop our bags off in the morning and then we were able to check in at 12 noon which was very helpful and convenient. He also arranged a taxi to take us to the airport early on a Sunday morning and that went very smoothly. The room was small but that was expected and as advertised. It was well laid out, comfortable and clean. The B & B is very convenient to everything in Naples, both the sights, museums, and restaurants and transportation for in town and out of town excursions to Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, Paestum, etc. Easy to get to the train station, airport, ferries and subway but also able to walk just about anywhere. A couple things that might be helpful to know: 1. Though called a B & B there is no breakfast available. 2. The host is not on site but is easily reachable and responsive, meets you when you check in and explains how to get in and out very well. 3. Corso Umberto is a busy street so there is some noise but it is a safe and very convenient location.

Verified traveler (2/5): Waited 2 hours in the street to checkin - We first had to wait 2 hours outside in the street to checkin. The person in charge simply said that he’s not available to check us in. They made us wait from 6 pm until 8 pm to checkin when we were tired from our travel journey. It’s funny because this place charges 25 euros for checking in starting from 8pm! No consideration what so ever for travellers. On top of this major issue, the building has horrible noise insulation and the place is basically an old apartment transformed into a B&B. So you have to listen to not only the cars and motorcycles all night long but also to other guests noise. You also can’t open the windows for some sun light. On top of this, the mattress is as hard as a rock. It may look nice in the photos but not worth the money. Past reviews are saying it’s a perfect location but it’s simply good but not perfect. Horrible experience and place.

We had a major issue, our daughter got sick & the owner has done everything to support/ guide/ help us to overcome the situation. The room are well design/ decorated/ simple/ practical & cozy. Feel good factor. Free & good quality of WIFI. Few English TV channel (make sure you set the English Audio). Well position. Nearby by things to visit, restaurants, supermarket, trains station, metro, taxi.... Negative: As the hotel is next to a busy road, the noise can disturb you. The breakfast can be better. Napoli has its own charm & you have to accept the road/city cleanliness as it is.
