• Lawrence (10/5): - definitely use their transport service from the airport as it would be hard to find if someone didnt know the property. we enjoyed it. only note was breakfast was included but the person staffing the breakfast seemed unhappy that we arrived towards the end (but well within) the appointed breakfast time. great location to wander around Split.

• Jane (10/5): - We had a wonderful unit that blended old with new, was spacious and very clean. It was up a small, quaint road off the main road and no traffic noise. Delightful setting and the restaurant attached was excellent. It was a lovely experience yet minutes away from the central core. Highly recommend.
• Liliya (10/5): - Beautiful place. Very clean. Has a small kitchen. Walking distance to the center with all the famous spots and restaurants. Delicious breakfast. The staff communicates via text messages: response time is quick. They explained where to get the keys, sent the map and names of streets with free parking. If you are looking for a place not far from the palace, this is definitely it! I would stay here again!
• Matthew (8/5): Value for money - This room was good value for money as options in Split are expensive. It is walking distance to the coach station and seafront/promenade area. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is at a cafe downstairs with good and plentiful options. The cooked to order ham & cheese omelette was the best choice. However it is above a bar and that meant it was very loud into the early hours. Especially as the windows didn’t fully close, which wasn’t a problem for the heat but it was due to the noise. No front desk but the owner is very responsive on WhatsApp.

• Sophia (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were cute and well appointed. The air conditioning worked very well. Checking in and out was incredibly easy as well. The location is great, right outside the Old Town and walkable to the ferry and bus stations if you’re headed elsewhere.

• Serena (8/5): - Het is een kleine nette kamer met prima badkamer. We konden alleen een queensize bed reseveren maar na contact met de accomodatie kregen we een kamer met 2 single beds, heel fijn. De host nam voor onze aankomst via app contact op over de aankomsttijd en wachtte tot we er waren. We kregen ook breakfastvouchers voor een minirestaurant beneden wat ook heel prettig was. We zouden er zelf niet voor betalen, 14 euro pp, dat was het volgens ons niet wasrd. Er zit een bakker en een supermarkt op een paar min loopafstand en het centrum ongeveer 15 min. Het water in de douche liep langzaam weg, op zich niet heel erg storend maar we hebben het wel aangegeven uiteraard bij vertrek. Prima plek als uitvalsbasis.

The man who who does breakfast also lovely. The communication with accommodation is what let's the place down, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. They were slow or didn't respond. Otherwise great stay.

• Shawn (10/5): - This property is what we thought Europe would be about. Above a cafe/restaurant, and down a narrow street, everything is walkable and just has that vibe. We loved it.
• Isaac (4/5): Too much money for a poor service - I had to wait in the street for 14 minutes until somebody apears, even I had sent a message that I was arriving. Fortunately it was not raining and I was not desperate for a restroom. There's no support/help for anything that you eventually need, because there's no reception. Even to leave the luggage for few hours the situation is confusing. The breakfast is not good. It's for backpackers or extremely budget travellers. But the price is not for them. Good points: there's a fridge and the shower is good.

• Antia (10/5): Perfecto! - Precioso apartamento a corto paseo (unos 5 min) del centro histórico por unas calles peatonales muy tranquilas. El apartamento está impecable, cama y sofá-cama cómodos, con buenas sábanas y el airee acondicionado funciona muy bien, imprescindible en verano en Split. Los servicios del apartamento son como en un hotel: limpieza y cambio de toallas diario. El desayuno se toma en el hotel Diana (a 1 min caminando de Villa Desideria) y es variado, El parking está incluido en el precio. Está a 5 min caminando del alojamiento. El personal de 10, encantadoras y dispuestas a ayudar en todo momento. Sin duda, me parece una opción ideal para visitar Split. Solo no lo recomendaría si alguien tiene problema con subir escaleras, porque no hay ascensor.

Natalia offers a personalised service, where nothing is too much trouble: whether it be escorting guests to their car, arranging tickets, offering advice on short cuts to places of interest and generally checking with guests as to whether their needs are being met. The rooms are clean and include a fridge, a kettle (with coffee and tea bags (of a variety of teas), a safe, and a variety of tv/cable channels, including netflix. Guest have an undercover secluded small terrace which is a perfect place to enjoy a coffee. Many thanks Natalia for a great stay.

• keith (6/5): No frills but clean. - Good basic accommodation and ok for a one night stay in Split. Breakfast is served in a different hotel. Reception is the main issue as upon my arrival the property was locked, there is no bell and no way to gain access, I had to wait until staff saw me outside the property.

We arrived very early from an over night train and she managed to allow us to check in early! She was informative and booked us our taxi for our flight home. The room itself was incredibly clean and nicely decorated. Ideal location-about 10 minute walk from beach and main town.

Parece que no se dan cuenta de que se viaja con maletas, en la habitación apenas quedaba espacio una vez abiertas. Por otra parte, muy moderno pero ni una percha para colgar las toallas de baño. En mi opinión, no se puede considerar un 4 estrellas, y menos por ese precio. La sorpresa final fue que al ir a pagar nos dicen que solo efectivo, con lo que tuvimos que ir a sacar dinero a toda prisa.

• Keith (10/5): Great 3 days in Split - What a great location for being able to walk around town for shopping dining and just enjoying the area. The breakfast in the morning was a great way to start out the day. The room was very comfortable and clean . Martina was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the area and had great suggestions on what to see. She made arrangements for our transportation to the airport to pickup a rental car. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Split. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The young lady cleaning our room took extra time to help find a pharmacia . We asked for a taxi to take us to the port and the manager instead took our bags and drove us to the dock-- he refused to take any money . The breakfast was great. Best service we have ever had and we travel a great deal
