• MsLKC (9/5): Cute apartment with everything we needed - Tastefully decorated and practical 2 bedroom attic apartment. Just right for two friends traveling to Salzburg. Door code was emailed prior to arrival and we had easy access. The apartment was easy walking distance to old center of Salzburg. Grocery across the street. Loved having coffee maker, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Also a plus to have the washing machine. There is no clothes dryer but a large drying rack. We really liked this apartment! The only negative was the three flights of stairs but it was clearly stated in the information prior to booking the apartment so we were well aware. There is no possibility of an elevator here. We just had to suck it up and get our luggage up and down on arrival and departure. It would not be practical for someone with mobility issues.

• Roberta (10/5): Cozy home - Location ampia, il ns appartamento aveva 3 stanze matrimoniali un' ampia cucina con lavastoviglie, frigorifero freezer, microonde, bollitore, tastiera, fornello elettrico(non induzione) e macchina x il caffè con capsule Nespresso. 1 bagno completo di doccia e wc ed un altro, molto ampio, con vasca, doccia e 2 lavandini ,senza wc. Esiste lavatrice ed asciugatrice.L'appartamento è posto al 1 piano senza ascensore, ma sono giusto una quindicina di gradini da salire. Molto bello, noi siamo state benissimo.Ogni stanza ha la TV.Non lontantissimo dal centro, noi abbiamo usato il bus x raggiungerlo. La fermata è fuori casa.Market alimentare a 20 metri. Manca il secondo wc, visto che esiste la seconda stanza da bagno e che è anche molto ampia

• Y (10/5): 잘츠부르크 숙소는 여기예요 - 1. 중앙역 근처 대비 위치가 미친듯이 좋아요. 동네 분위기도 조용한 주택가 느낌입니다. 정류장도 바로 앞!! 2. 숙소 들어가면 선반 같은 데에 먼지 쌓인 경우가 많은데 여긴 모든 선반에 먼지 하나 없이 깨끗하고, 안좋은 냄새가 1도 안났어요. 3. 리셉션이 없으나 있는 호텔보다도 직원 분들이 빠르게 대응해주십니다. 숙박 중에 살짝 문제가 있었는데 해결책도 빠르게 제시해주시고 해결될 때까지 밀착마크 해주셔서 넘 감사했습니다. 잘츠부르크 숙소 구하는 게 어렵다는 말이 많은 것처럼 저도 많은 고민 끝에 결정했는데 대만족이었습니다. 보통 숙소 선택할 때 한국인들 후기를 참고하는데 여긴 후기가 별로 없어서 쪼금 고민했었기때문에 선택하시는 데 도움되시라고 올립니다! 엘베가 없어서 짐옮기는 데 좀 어려웠는데, 그래도 안내사항에 미리 기재되어있어서 예약할 때 미리 알고 마음의 준비는 했습니다. 계단 옆으로 손잡이가 이어져있어서 24-6인치 여자 둘이서 옮기는 것도 가능합니당

• Melinda (8/5): Our stay was wonderful. Hosts super responsive and supportive. Excellent stay/excellent location-thank you. - We’re a family of 4(including 2 older teens). The space was a bit tight but it was warm(mid Jan) and the hosts were excellent and super responsive. We were upgraded instantly to the highest level at 9p when there was an issue with heating. Definitely coming back. The apartment had everything we needed. Next we will book slightly more spacious one but overall, excellent.

Clothes washer, dryer, and drying rack super helpful to have. Kitchen well stocked with tableware/cookware. Comfy beds. Easy to get in with door codes. We were very comfortable and would return. A little strange that there were 3 bathrooms, all had showers and sinks but only two had a toilet, the third had urinal only. Definitely not a deal breaker. Maybe for the best to keep one room smell-free 😅

• Susanne (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft, jederzeit wieder :) - Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, mittendrin und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir können diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. PS: tolle Pizzeria direkt nebenan :) Die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig. Wir haben dann beim Designer Outlet ein Fly and Park Ticket gekauft. Die Parkhäuser in der Stadt sind extrem teuer. Aber auch das war kein Problem, man ist ja schnell vom Flughafen bzw. Outlet Center wieder in der Stadt.

• Ana (10/5): - Izjemno čisto in prostorno. Parkiranje je enostavno na ulici in brezplačno ponoči (19:00 - 7:00) ter od 16:00 v soboto do 9:00 v ponedeljek. Blizu centra. Koda za odklepanje vrat ni delovala že 15 minut pred predpisano uro odhoda.

Не понравилось тащить чемодан на 3-й этаж . Внизу есть помещение для зрение я багажа , но вечером, когда я приехала это помещение было закрыто и как им воспользоваться я не знала .

Fotos zeigen gut,wie alles aussieht. Etwas wärmer wäre toll. Bzw. für den Gast leichter selbst zu regulieren. Durch das beschichtete Molton schwitzt man mehr. Steckdosen bei Schlafzimmer/Kleideraufbewahrung sind nicht verwendbar- hier ist das Brett im Weg. Vielleicht etwas niedriger setzen. Das ist aber bitte nicht als Kritik zu verstehen. Besen hängt im Schlafzimmer- wirkt optisch im Gegensatz zum Rest nicht besonders gut.

• Clare (9/5): - Very clean and well equipped apartment. Excellent location for walking/bus to Altstadt and buses to station and airport, the stop is just outside. Good Italian restaurant opposite and supermarket just up the street. Check in/out arrangements worked perfectly and it was convenient to have a door code rather than a key. The shower enclosure had a slight leak and the sound proofing wasn't so good in one of the bedrooms so you could hear people talking in the next door flat
• Olga (9/5): Highly recommended - Excellent location, easy contactless check-in, stylish apartment, everything needed in the kitchen was provided — even some nice complimentary treats as a thoughtful touch. A warm blanket and plenty of storage space. The building is entirely used for short-term rentals, so the neighbors are also tourists — there are no local residents. A grocery store is just a three-minute walk away, where you can buy everything you need. At first glance, the apartment looks clean if you don’t go into details. However, more attention should definitely be paid to cleaning — especially the chandelier, which had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bathroom radiator. When we were trying to figure out how to make it warmer, we had to inspect it closely, and the lower part was quite dusty. But these are really just minor details and nuances.

• Susann (10/5): - Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert, denn alle Infos die man benötigte, wurden im Vorfeld mitgeteilt. Es war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben, aber wir waren nur auf der Durchreise. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal länger in Salzburg bleiben und dann auf jeden Fall versuchen, die Wohnung zu buchen.

There was a sigh on the fridge that guests should wash the dishes and throw out the garbage upon leaving themselves - it has never happened to me before that a guest should do any cleaning ( and I am not talking about leaving a mess, that's certainly not the case, I am someone who anyway cleans a bit and does the dishes, it's about being pushed to do some cleaning before leaving, which irritated me)

La ubicación perfecta, tanto para ir caminando a la zona turística (10 minutos cruzando el túnel) o en bus (paradas a 50 metros). Nos tramitaron con antelación el Guest Mobility Ticket, super! Check-out a las 10:00 y check-in a partir de las 15:00 es un poco limitado
