- NOBUYOSHI (8/5): 施設はやや古くて使いにくい。 - レストランスタッフの対応は非常に良くて、料理も大変満足しています。温泉は半露天風呂もあり大変良かったです。 施設が古くて、部屋のバスタブの水はけが悪くて、浴室にゴミが浮いてきたり、浴室が水浸しになりました。トイレが使えなくて、共用トイレを使ったところ、水洗が温水でなくて、冷たかったです。

- Ansu (10/5): 지인들에게 추천하는 료칸 - 온천 물이 지금껏 방문했던 료칸들 중 최고였습니다. 개인 가족탕을 이용할 수 있는 점과 로비에 비치된 무제한 생맥주 및 아이스크림 음료를 이용할 수 있는 공간이 있어 좋았습니다. 기본 가이세키 정식도 신선하고 맛있었습니다만 요리 서빙의 속도가 빨라 식사를 좀 급하게 한 느낌이 있었습니다. 다음번에는 방안에 탕이 있는 방으로 다시 방문하겠습니다. 아침식사는 양도 좋았고 맛있었습니다만 일찍왔는데도 창가쪽 좌석을 선택하지 못하는것이 아쉬웠습니다.
