• Joke (9/5): Wonderful stay in Asco - Really good location for hiking haut-asco! If you want to do small hikes in Asco, perfect; if you want to hike in haut-Asco such as Monte Cinto just 30 min drive. Owners are really friendly and concerned. They answered all our questions about hiking monte Cinto and the food served was wonderful. We were with four adults and had the room with two double beds. Small room, little hostel vibe, but all super clean. Most beautiful night sky ever seen!

• David (9/5): - Nous avons passé une nuit. Le patron et la patronne sont d'une gentillesse extraordinaire. Cuisine faite maison au top. Si vous êtes de passage, n'hésitez pas !
• Gert (8/5): Genügend für einen Kurzaufenthalt - Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht aussergewöhnlich. Das Wirteehepaar war sehr nett und freundlich, der Wirt bemühte sich an einem Abend, die Hornissen zu verjagen. Seine Frau hat meiner Meinung nach sehr gut gekocht. Ich hatte meinen Hund dabei (Deutscher Schäfer), war kein Problem, da er meistens im Auto war, nur zur Übernachtung im Zimmer. Das Gepäck musste selber über z.T. sehr enge Treppen ins 2. Untergeschoss getragen werden. Raum Dusche/WC war äusserst klein (Hosen draussen runter und rückwärts rein :-) Die Parkplätze waren sehr kurz bemessen (ca. 4.20 m), mein Auto ragte noch in die Strasse, war aber kein Problem.

• marijke (7/5): - Hele mooie locatie in de bergen/vallei. Super rustig, wakker worden van het geloei van de koeien. Ook de dorpsezel komt af en toe langs, heel charmant!Eten in het restaurant is eenvoudig maar lekker. Eigenaars zijn hele vriendelijke mensen. De sterrenhemel is ronduit prachtig (zou nog prachtiger zijn als de lichten van het hotel ‘s nachts uit gingen). Kamer is ruim, maar niet super comfortabel. Er is geen airco, een waaier zou wel handig zijn. Behoorlijk warm op de kamer. Niet erg veel stopcontacten, badkamer is echt wel aan vernieuwing toe. Douche is zo klein dat je je amper kan bukken om je douchegel te nemen.

Good for those looking for peace and quiet in complete isolation, but children will die of boredom here. The beds are very uncomfortable, and the bathroom is very small. However, the food in the hotel restaurant is very poor, with a limited selection of dishes. But prices... like in Bastia. It's okay for one night, but I wouldn't spend my vacation here. There is nothing in the area. The nearby village falls asleep at dusk, and there are no pubs or shops. The road is typical of Corsica, narrow and winding, but if you plan to get to the ferry or airport on time, leave much earlier, because the bridge may collapse or a truck may block the road for an hour....
• Susanne (8/5): Klar zu empfehlen mit tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Der Chef des Hauses und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beide sprechen sehr gutes Englisch. Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut und authentisch. Das Pool ist ein großes Plus.

Es war nicht sauber, alles war dreckig. 3.Badezimmer roch leicht muffelig/schimmlig. 4. und das war das ekelhafteste, am Bettlaken waren Flecken und Haare zu finden…., haben unsere eigene Decke verwendet die wir mit hatten.

• Diederik (7/5): Mooie plek en met luidruchtige buren niet goed slapen - Prachtig plekje hoog in de bergen. Het is vrij gehorig dus je hoort het douchen en wc doorspoelen van andere kamers. Dat is op zich op normale tijden niet heel erg. Maar hele nacht gesnurk van de buurman horen is niet ok.

On s’est sentis comme de la famille. Coup de cœur pour les beignets frits, excellente cuisine. Malheureusement la piscine n’était pas encore prête (tôt dans la saison), mais on a pu se baigner dans la rivière à proximité !
• Nicole (8/5): Eine Unterkunft mit Nostalgie - Top Lage - Lage ist hervorragend - mit Blick auf die Berge, absolut ruhig. Das Hotel hat mich an meine Kindheit erinnert. Es ist mit der Zeit ein wenig stehen geblieben: nostalgisch, hat jedoch seine Kehrseite. Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte die früheren Feedbacks gelesen und man merkt, dass das eine oder andere Problemchen unterdessen behoben wurde (Duschvorhänge, Strom). Während unserem Aufenthalt (Ende Mai), war der Pool leider nicht in Betrieb - das fanden wir etwas schade. Zimmergrösse soweit OK, aber das Bad ist wie in anderen Bewertungen wirklich sehr klein; insbesondere die Dusche selbst für mich als schmale Person. Bett / Matratze mit alten Sprungfedern; unbequem und zu zweit mühsam. Zimmer etwas muffig und feucht. Wir waren zwei Nächte, weshalb es für mich insgesamt OK war.

Des possibilités uniques de randonnées simples et plus engagées vers le Mont Cinto. • Christian Book (9/5): Tolles Ambiente, leckeres, authentisches Essen, sehr familiäre Atmosphäre. - Die Gastfreundschaft des Bewirtungs-Paares war außergewöhnlich. Sie gingen weit über das Übliche hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Sie gaben uns Insider-Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten, gaben uns eine Wanderkarte mit zu unseren Touren und sorgten dafür, dass wir uns rundum wohl fühlten. Das Hotel selbst war makellos sauber und komfortabel. Das Zimmer bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Umgebung, und das Frühstück war köstlich. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal für unsere Ziele. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Jean-Louis und Nathalie!

Afstand naar de Pont Genoise was erg goed en zwemmen in de poelen in de stroom ook heerlijk Fijn dat het restaurant nog laat open was en behulpzame eigenaren in het hotel en restaurant Erg erg jammer dat er geen ventilator/airco beschikbaar was in de kamer. Was met de warme temperaturen eigenlijk wel een must!
