De kamer is ruim, balkon is top en de dubbele douche is ook erg fijn. Ontbijt is wel druk, maar wordt goed bijgehouden dus je grijpt nergens mis. Locatie is perfect, midden in het centrum

RODENAS (7/5): - Buena atención en el check-in y check-out, agradezco el upgrade que me ofrecieron, desayuno espectacular con surtido y calidades altas además de un personal agradable y eficiente, camas, almohadas, sábanas , toallas geniales, hotel silencioso, y en general cumple si te gusta el tipo de hotel grande y sin mucha alma. El gym bastante bien para ser un hotel. Es algo particular y subjetivo pero la decoración (yo le doy mucha importancia) me pareció horrorosa, las habitaciones al puro estilo middle east, las luces de todo blancas, lacas blancas en carpinteria, simil piel en sofás cabeceros, paredes de espejos ...ufffff, detalles de acabados muy justos por falta de mantenimiento, como juntas en aseos, puertas de armarios que rozan por no ajustar, etc, etc.... La zona de piscina aunque no la usamos me pareció muy fea sin sombras, inhóspita, cesped artificial de colores imposibles. Ya digo que es subjetivo y que habrá gente que le parezca maravilloso, pero en mi opinión al decorador, asesor o quien fuese que para la próxima no lo llamen más. Pedí un calentador de agua y me pidieron un depósito de 20 euros (en serio !!!), la pequeña cocina que venía en la habitación no tenía ninguna dotación cosa que no entiendo.
Agnieszka (7/5): - Pyszne śniadania i bardzo przestronna restauracja - nie było tłumów i można było spokojnie zacząć dzień. Pokoje są bardzo duże - spora sypialnia i salon połączony z aneksem kuchennym. Mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na morze z dużym balkonem, na którym był stolik z krzesłami i dwa leżaki. Bardzo fajny zestaw do odpoczynku w słońcu. Hotel jest położony w drugiej linii brzegowej, przy plaży i wokół sporej liczby restauracji. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z aneksem kuchennym, ale okazało się, że za prąd do podłączenia lodówki czy zmywarki trzeba dodatkowo zapłacić. Basen wewnętrzny był dostępny tylko w ramach pakietu Spa – dodatkowo płatny. Na zewnątrz tylko 1 mały basen miał wodę podgrzewaną – w kwietniu tylko odporne na zimno dzieci pływały w tym basenie, bo woda mimo wszystko była dość chłodna. Wokół basenu było może kilkanaście leżaków, więc, jak na tak duży hotel, było to niewystarczająco.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made me feel at home right away. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I wanted to see and do. The room was spacious and quiet, and the breakfast was excellent fresh and delicious each morning with a lot of options. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations and made my trip truly enjoyable. That I couldn’t stay longer.

gerard (7/5): Très déçu de la propreté des chambres. - proximité de la plage les femme de chambre ont trop peu de temps pour entretenir les chambres qui leur sont désignées. Les chambres sont sales. On a retrouvé des cheveux dans le dévidoir de la chambre de bain. Pendant les 14 jours de notre séjour l'aspirateur n'a jamais été utilisé ! Le sol était sale, preuve en est l'état de nos semelles de pantoufles !

radu (8/5): - Personal neprofesionist și lipsă totală de corectitudine. De la primul contact s-a încercat inducerea în eroare, iar accesul la piscină/spa a fost refuzat pe motive diferite, schimbate de la o zi la alta. O experiență frustrantă, sub așteptări și deloc transparentă. Nu recomand.

Koert (9/5): Heel erg fijn, veel comfort en veel faciliteiten. Ook de ligging tov de zee en het oude centrum van Calpe met vele resta - De kamer en alles wat daarbij hoorde. Erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Na reservering stuurde het hotel nog een flink aantal mails in het Spaans. Een deel daarvan betrof de betaling, die middels een link vooraf diende te worden voldaan. Lastig te begrijpen vanwege de Spaanse taal. Het zou veel praktischer zijn als de betaling bij het boeken via een blokkering op de credit card wordt gegarandeerd.

Karen (9/5): Very relaxing, clean, lovely breakfast. - Breakfast was really good. The hotel was very clean. Loved the view. 28th. Skybar was great and good music from the DJ. Many of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Ana, I remember on reception was very kind and approachable (which was what I needed on arriving)as was Juan and Alfonso. The spa was also good and I had fabulous treatments with Alba and Juani. Hotel smelled gorgeous. Really close to the beach.(Arenal) Lovely mattress. Pillows and linen. Love Calpe. Some of the reception staff were a bit brusque and unapproachable. The skybar music was too loud for my room and I heard furniture being moved through my ceiling. Accessibility to the spa/pool area was limited and expensive.(thalossian) Would have liked a reasonably priced taxi service available at the hotel. Being picky loved Suitopia
