• Muhammad (1/5): Very bad hotel and bad people and staff - worst hotel ever and the staff behaviour was unbelieveable rude and very rude and too much noises from outside sides coming around to every living rooms, uncofrmable stay too much bugs inside of bed. The badest hotel ever, nevery stay and don't recommend. This hotel nothing have to like. This hotel nothing have to like it was the bad experience to staying there.

• Mohd (1/5): Not worth it. Not clean. Almost everythings is breaking/broking or damage. - the budget hotel. The pillow, blanket & the bed have yellow stained. The AC remote control have to share from other room. No Wardrobe or closet to hang clothers or towel. No Water dispenser. No desk or chair to seat, just the floor. The lift sometime work or not.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Absolutely terrible - Do not stay here! It is not what the pictures show on the site. The whole place smelled like urine and cigarette smoke. There were stains on the walls - one looked like blood. The bathroom door was falling apart. There was a questionable wire coming out of the wall near an outlet. There are signs at the counter about not renting rooms by the hour. Pictures are pure fraud and do not show the actual place.

The issues I encountered during my stay were numerous, and they significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. First and foremost, the staff at OYO Elwarda KC City were incredibly unapproachable. Their lack of willingness to assist guests was evident, particularly when it came to providing basic amenities such as fresh towels. Despite the fact that I had been using the same towel for almost three days, the staff flatly refused to provide a replacement. This lack of concern for basic hygiene and guest comfort is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, the overall level of customer service at OYO Elwarda KC City was truly abysmal. From the moment I arrived, I was met with indifference and apathy from the staff. They consistently displayed a complete disregard for guest satisfaction and seemed uninterested in providing even the most basic assistance. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy left a lasting negative impression on my stay. Given my personal experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend OYO Elwarda KC City to anyone seeking accommodation. The issues I encountered, ranging from unapproachable staff to a complete lack of customer service, are indicative of a severe lack of management and professionalism. Water leaked from the ceiling on the pillow and there was a creepy hole in the ceiling above the bed. There's no window so no way to get rid of the stink. We did not feel safe here - it's in a very dodgy building. The toilet had no flush and you had to stand over it to shower. The conditions were disgusting and I would be surprised if the sheets were even cleaned. It became clear that this was a place people brought prostitutes, not a place to spend a night.

The picture of the room from booking.com doesn't match the actual room. I just left the hotel same time! I’m not staying there. Worst experience. I need my money back!!!!

Too many baby cockroaches crawling on door, wall, pillow, inside wardrobe!!! Everywhere. Bedding full of old stain & unclean particles. Photos only show close up, but actually eyes see more than phone So disgusting! Corridor with bad ordour and no window.

• Brandon (10/5): Very convenient area, but quite noisy - It was a little noisy because it's right on the food street, the first room i was in was somewhat quiet, but there was a restaurant with loud music so i asked to switch rooms... i don't think they understood why i wanted to switch rooms, cause the next room was way noisier haha. But i saw a lot of bad reviews saying it was low quality and stuff, it wasn't that bad, really.. Some wear and tear, but i've seen worse hotels.

Here all things are broken like cupboard, basin, TV ect. Water runs out of the faucet repeatedly. You have to go to the reception and ask for the water to be released. It feels bad when the water runs out during the bath. And the situation gets worse when you go to the reception and find no one.

Absolutely terrible, please never EVER stay here. I booked it online where rooms seemed decent however upon arrival we were greeted with dirty walls, funky smell and unprofessional service. Possibly the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. Paid around RM 70 per night but it looks like a RM 10 room. I just arrived but i'm already considering about checking out and burning my money, not recommended EVER!!
