Room #3 No working electric outlet for CPAP. Hotel ran cable from hallway. 4. Staff were kind, caring people. I wish them and the hotel well.

Check in time should be 12 noon and Check out time also to be 12 noon. The room lights were dull. The sheets etc was not excellent. Plus two separate beds were provided for a couple
- Venkatasubramaniam (2/5): - I booked 2 rooms for 5 night for 633 US dollars. The management was super irresponsible even when asked numerous times to clean the room. The sheets were all stained with god knows what. There was dust everywhere along with random hairs everyone from the moment we entered the room. The cleaning staff did not actually sanitize like they claim they do. We had to tell the management that we will complain about the lack of sanitization to get them to actually so it. Honestly 5 year olds clean their beds better than they way the hotel did it. The restaurant underneath has food prices that are way WAY to high for quality that is quite poor. Electrical outlets are not quite filled it. The hotel itself like the lobby and all has this weird smell! Highly do not recommend this place!! The management is quite careless, irresponsible, short tempered, and all lack communication with each other!

- Urvashi (2/5): - It was a horrible experience to live there. They gave me wrong rooms and I have paid for the deluxe room. The rooms were very dirty, washroom was so so dirty. They have not even taken trash out of the room. I would suggest everyone not to go there as it’s a waste of money.
- Akshay (2/5): - This hotel on expedia says that they provide free shuttle to/from airport. On asking for the service to airport they denied it. The only reason this hotel was chosen by me was because of falsely advertised air transport. Neither the hotel, nor expedia helped in that regard.
- jai (6/5): - Seemed decent enough as far as the location was concerned but once you get checked in the staff is not very friendly, the Wi-Fi sucks, and it is on a very noisy and busy street.Dufficult to get any rest especially if you have a room on the street side. Also it does not appear they have a no smoking policy in the rooms because our room reeked of smoke. And if your handicapped you're out of luck because there's no ramp or an elevator only stairs.. I'm sure that I better choices out there.

Front desk staff is very nice and helpful City guide provided by hotel was amazing person very helpful and knowledgeable only negative thing is traffic in the city and road conditions
- Rashmi (6/5): - The hotel sits on a very busy shopping street, in the middle of a chaotic shopping market. It was hard to drive up to the door to unload luggage. The rooms were quiet though. Our room was not properly cleaned, should have been swept and mopped. Overall service was fine. The vegetarian restaurant in the hotel was decent, our first meal came too late and the owner did discount a couple of dishes that were too salty.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - I did not like anything about this property. This was the first hotel ever that I had to make my first contact for help to Expedia via my son in the UK. I am travelling on my own &?am registered disabled. I walk with a walking stick. My comments as shown to the hotel manager Mr Mukul are as follows: Have to inform reception that you want to take shower every time so they can put the gizzer on!!! - the 3rd floor rooms are for international customers with nicer view but if you look like an indian or are venerable they put you on 2nd floor that has brick wall for a view and they hope you will not complain. - you have to request toiletries on a daily basis & hand towel. -Beds sheets are not changed every day as they come from outside. And they advertise laundry pick and return same day but thus is not the case. -the so called coffee shop is a farce as it is never manned & has stale items to sell. I am sure the coffee machine has never been used. - Nearly all the staff have very or no grasp of the English language. - The restaurant manager did not know what English tea was or how it’s made - Get woken up late in the evening as the room service bill was not provided with the meal - The Wi-fi keeps on going off line & have request user ID & password 3/4 times a day. - The manager is elusive but when I made contact he acccepted the short fall of service provided & that the hotel does not meet international standards & rat

- Roger (8/5): A great solution for Varanasi - My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised by our stay of three nights. My four-star rating is in no way a negative as this this hotel does not try to be more than what it is, which is very clean and with a staff that, if not grads of a hotel school, are wonderfully warm, helpful and anxious to help. Taking to the streets in Varanasi is always difficult, but we found lanes leading from the hotel straight to Ram Ghat area less than a 10-minute walk. The restaurant, where we had every meal, is not great; stick to the Indian dishes and the soups, which they prepare well. Avoid the high prices (for what you get) of Ganges-side hotels. At the Tridev, you get a bit more than you pay for. We loved that kind of honesty and sincerity.

It's simple, no facilities, and suddenly blackout two times, and also no hot water of taking shower all the time. The restaurant of the hotel a bit expensive. But the staff is kind and helpful....

Minus: No hot water for the duration of our stay ,after complaining every day and a lot of promises and apologies from staff, no in room safe, Poor choice of breakfasts with service to match.Located in a run down area not close to anything worth seeing, every where is a rickshaw ride EG downtown 200/ 300 Rupees and a half hour ride,this hotel could function a lot better with less apologies and better MANAGEMENT would not use again would not recommend. - Venkateswara (8/5): A neat hotel - A neat and well-maintained place. Given the congestion in Varanasi near Vishwanath temple, cars can easily reach this place. Staff is very courteous. Cons-Hot water had an issue; they give wifi password valid for a day; I had to request for new password and the password for a person is valid on only one device.

Parking is available in the basement which can accomodate around 15 cars and 10 two wheelers without any charge. Restaurant is good and buffet breakfast will make you feel spoilt for choices of food items.

This is a very well built and maintained hotel but it is right in the middle of an extremely busy bazaar with incredibly loud noise from traffic and business around that doesn't stop through out the night. Poorly trained staff hardly help this situation.

Food was just OK, not recommend to those who hate traffic, as Hotel is in between of commercial hub & takes up to 1 hr for just 3-5 KM travel. Good thing plenty of holy places nearby can visit by walk only.
- Nagamanickam (10/5): Very nice Hotel except for its locality - We had been to Varnasi from 9th to 12th of April 2018 and stayed in this hotel which was really good. Everything was wonderful except for its locality as it is in mid of one of the most congested area which they call as mandi. But otherwise u name anything we felt all were good. Food was wonderful and all staff had very cordial approach and room service was also great. For sure it is very much Value for Money no doubt. For family very much suitable if u do not mind staying at a congested locality, yet once u enter ur hotel u will not feel this and ur stay wld be very comfortable. Even mandir and ghats are reachable and u hv plenty of auto's for ferrying so no issue.

The hallway was laid and adjacent rooms as well I asked for a quite room in back but got the front by the elevator! One annoyance was the uber charged me for water as I was leaving breakfast ad they said I had mineral water, it was just a bottle of water weird ending

- kalyanaraman (8/5): Awesome 3 star hotel very close to the temples - Excellent 3 star hotel @ Varanasi. Given a detailed written feedback to the hotel authorities as a feedback for improvement. Staff members are cordial. This hotel is very close to the temples & River Ganga. The hotel is situated at the heart of wholesale market of Varanasi. Hence overcrowded. The best transport is 3 wheeler (Auto). Two dependable Autowalas who will be waiting outside the hotel. They were very helpful. Our 3 days of short stay was successful only because of them.
