- PHILIPPE (6/5): -
- Lewis (10/5): - This place is a great location. It's very close to the Amman jetbus station. The staff are very friendly & will help you coordinate anything you need.
- antonio (10/5): - El recepcionista ahmet nos ayudó en todo momento,y sobre todo nos reservo un baño turco de lujo por un precio que pagan los locales, fantástico.
- Lewis (10/5): - The staff are very friendly & will help you schedule a taxi to any place you'd like to visit for a fair price. The hotel is minutes from the Jetbus stop in Amman. The hotel is clean friendly & plenty of space. They have a full kitchen so you can cook meals if you wish. The main supermarket is less than 10 minutes away. You can also easily walk to the Roman theatre, Hercules Temple & the Jodan museum ( where the dead sea scrolls are ). I recommend visiting the Cave of the Seven Sleepers. Some of the rooms have beautiful balconies to enjoy some relaxing moments.
- roberto (8/5): great manager - The room is comfortable and livable. There is no central heating, only a fan heater, but it is sufficient to keep the space warm. While the location is not near the city center, taxis are quite cheap and easy to find. The staff is very kind and ready to help in various situations. The furniture and the bathroom are not new, but they are kept clean. One thing to note: the shower is an 'open space' design, so it requires some attention to avoid splashing water everywhere.

- Tereza (9/5): - The apartment is spacious and quiet. Very close to the Jettbus station. Ahmen was the real sunshine of this place. Even if he doesn't speak English with translator he was able to resolve perfectly and in very professional way all my requests with big smile all the time. Thank you Ahmed again! The kitchen and bathroom is very simple. The mattress was a little bit worn out. But for this price we can't really complain.
- Yasser (10/5): - It was near the downtown and the main transportation hubs, the staff was very helpful

- سعيد (9/5): - لا يوجد إفطار ، أما الموقع كان قريباً من جميع الخدمات وطاقم الفندق قمة في الإحرام والتعاون
- Syed Reyaz (10/5): - The place is close to downtown and within walking distance of the JET bus stop in Abdali, which was very convenient. I met the host who manages the property, and he was really kind, did all the help I asked for, and made me feel at home.
- Wakim (9/5): - Lovely stuff and good friend owner All was good

- Nicki (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts are very kind and welcoming. They speak good English, and were quick to offer any additional necessities. The only thing I would complain about was the limited cooking and eating utensils in the room.
- Alec (4/5): Was okay but would not stay again. Much better options - Quiet area and hotel. The room was not exactly as described and lacking some of the facilities it states. Also, the shower head broke one first use. The location was not ideal, but also not really terrible. We still managed to get around by foot but it's quite far from the main attractions of the city.
- Vince (7/5): Good - The apartment is close to Jett bus station in Abdali, around 700 m. The apartment has AC, a refrigerator, a stove, and kitchenware for you to cook. The room has bad smells of smoking. It also seems to be not very clean because my partner and me were bitten by bed bugs in the room.
- Rick (10/5): A quiet, friendly, yet local place to stay in a fun town - A friendly quiet place to stay about 3 km (and an interesting walk, up and down hills) from Rainbow Street (where the pubs are) and 100 metres from food shops and the bus terminal for the Dead Sea (a brilliant day out), also close to the bustly shop filled Khaled Ben Al Walid Street where families would saunter in the evenings .. i liked the settee in the apartment, the fridge freezer was very cold and the shower was hot, i can't fault it .. when i checked out i had a flight issue so the staff let me sit downstairs with them so i could use the wi-fi to resolve the problem, thanks guys .. in fact, everyone i met in Jordan was friendly, it's a country with a lovely vibe .. I liked everything but here are some tips for future visitors .. 1) on day 1 i ended up in Sama apartments which is very close to Sami (which i couldn't find) .. that's because the Sami sign and entrance is not really on Al-Razi Street, it's down a short hill on a back road. The back of Sami (which you can see from Al Razi) does have a sign but it only says 'Hotel' so I walked quite a way past and eventually had to phone up, but fair play, they sent a man to meet me as i walked back! .. 2) if you are staying out after midnight then get a key for the entrance door which is locked. There is someone there 24 hours but it took a bit of knocking and a nervous wait before the door was opened! .. Overall though, top marks ..
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Shemmaly (8/5): Very good -
- Farah (5/5): We were glad it was short - Convenient for JETT Abdali office
Receptionist/caretaker was nice
Very cheap
Bedding and toilet were clean... The bedding and toilet were clean, and it wasn't dusty, but it clearly had not had a deep clean in a very very long time and everything was stained and looking pretty drab. There was only one plug socket in the bedroom which was being used by the heater and the socket in the kitchen we were told not to use, leaving just one socket in the living room.
- Musab (7/5): Good - The place is good and very close to Abdali Mall. Ahmad, who works there, is nice and helpful. It’s old but clean
- Vladimir (10/5): Excellent!!! - Perfect location in the most beautiful part of Amman. Close to Jett bus Abdali station (buses to Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba, Damascus...)Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean apartment, fully equipped. Big bathroom with bath tub, hot water and toiletries. Comfortable bed. High quality bed linen. Good WiFi. Very good value for money. Absolutely recommended! Everything was perfect
- Constantin (8/5): It could have been cleaner. - The facilities and location Poor internet connection, smell of gas.

- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, close to the jett bus station.
Large rooms, comfortable beds, clean bedding, kitchenette.
There is an elevator
Very good communication with the staff, the staff is very helpful and hospitable. Everything is ok
- Zuzanna (10/5): Nice apartment with thoughtful host, close to the bus station. - I stayed in 3 different places in Amman in similar price point, and I have to say in Sami Apartments the value for the money was much better. The host was amazing, and brought us a heater in the evening and it was much appreciated, as it was quite cold in the night. Also, there was warm water in the shower! The location is quite far from the city centre, however it is close to the bus stop (JETT) where you can get a bus to Petra. The apartment was maybe a little bare bones, but I didn't mind as we only stayed for 1 night.
- Ahmed (10/5): Exceptional - A Luxurious Haven: My Experience at [ Sami Apartment]
Nestled in the heart of [ Amman], my recent stay at [ Sami Apart ] was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and sophistication.
The flat, provided the perfect sanctuary after a long day of exploration. The plush bedding seemed to beckon me for a restful night’s sleep, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the room’s decor did not go unnoticed.
One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the friendly greeting at check-in to the prompt room service, every interaction was met with a genuine smile and a willingness to exceed expectations.
Location-wise, [ Sami Apart ] couldn’t be more ideal. Situated in close proximity to [ Bolevard ], it served as the perfect home base for exploring the vibrant city streets, yet offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle.

- Uzair (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rizwan (7/5): Good - Location and price Cleanliness, lake of curtains
- Tatsiana (6/5): Pleasant - The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Gut and quiet location suited me. The apartments are very simple, in need of renovation, suitable for unassuming people. But looks like improvements are being made.
- Ahmed (10/5): Exceptional - The stuff was absolutely fantastic people helped me and my wife with plenty of things and questing gave us lots lots of information which were so useful 😀 thank you sami Was very nice, clean, and helpful stuff and great location close to ever

- Ahmed (10/5): thank you for the great services … keep it up. - clean and comfortable beds … spacious , the location is great near every thing and also calm neighborhood … good helpful staff, the owner is very decent man …value for money comparing to other . sure will book again in next visit . nothing
- Azza (6/5): Good enough for only a couple of days - The friendly and helpful staff. The location Not that clean. Internet connection wasn't good
- Mariah (10/5): great stay would love to return during summer - I like it was closed to shops and to the bus stop and also to jet bus station, near hospitals and etc.
location was great, staff was super friendly and professional. thank you for making the accommodations for me and my son. thank you would mostly return here n/a
- Eva (5/5): Passable - Bedroom was ok Bathroom unusable
- John (6/5): Budget option for those not squeamish about cleanliness - Comfortable bed and bedroom. Location is good. One of the most budget options in Amman It could do with a renovation, especially the bathroom as if you shower in the morning it will take half a day for the water to drain out. It could be a nice place otherwise as there’s a good amount of space and it has most facilities you might need. They should swap out their utensils for new ones, people who care about cleanliness would struggle here. Good luck to the business, hopefully they put in a little work to meet the potential of the place.
- Saram- (8/5): Very good -
- Worsley (1/5): Not for tourists - Nothing. The room was spacious, I suppose. This is advertised for tourists but it is not for that. I had a curfew of Midnight. There was no air conditioning. I couldn't invite friends in the apartment even though it's advertised as a private apartment. It was a bit dirty. The bathroom was so small. It was barely functioning. I knew it was basic because of the price but needed to state - no heating and that it had a curfew!! Not for tourists.
- Keita (7/5): Good -
- Busatari (7/5): Good -
- Shabana (3/5): I wouldn't recommend this place - Other than location there wasn't anything else to like about the property. The property needs a full refurbishment , bathroom, toilet, there were hair in the bathroom.
- Boris (10/5): Everything was alright :) - Cheap. Good quality for price. /
- Sarvadeva (2/5): Very poor - Bedroom and bed were good.
Location. Bathroom, Kitchen needs total renovation to make it presentable.
Only few utensils in Kitchen, even they appear to have been brought free from charity.
- Matjaz (1/5): Bad - without heating, bizarre toilet and washroom, bizzare kitchen, no working internet
- Adrian (9/5): Good value for the money - Good value for money, good location (close to JETT bus terminal, Abdali Mall, not so big distance from city center)
Very comfortable beds
Generous area of apartment
Private bathroom
Possibility of payment at the property Too much noise from outside because of too thin and old windows
Old furniture
It could be more clean
- Matt (10/5): - Nice location, great value for money. The room wasn’t anything flash, but exactly what I expected from a budget option
- Khudhair (6/5): - الرحله كانت أكثر من مقبوله
- Sam (2/5): The Dirtiest Apartment ion the world - Very filthy Apartment. It looks like it has never been cleaned. I had to leave it and rent a room in a nicer hotel. Couldn't take the cockroaches. The Dirtiness is hazardous to health. No Paper towels
hot water don't work. DONT STAY THERE. Read other reviews. I asked the owner for a refund and he said that you get what you pay for. He knows how bad the place is.
- philippe (8/5): Pratique - juste un pied a terre pour visiter les environs
