- David (8/5): see above - Location was great clean room, nice staff great breakfast I did not like the fact that I had to pay and extra $20 to park there, ( I did not see that in the hotel listing on line) The hotel said they were pet friendly, and nowhere did I see the cost of $75 pet cleaning fee plus $20 pet charge, so the room I bookes for $163 was turned into about $300.!!!! I would have stayed somewhere else IF i knew the dog was going to cost me as much as a person! Probably will not stay there again when traveling with a pet

I have stayed at a few Springhill Suites, but this was the first time I have been charged for parking...a whopping $20.00!!! The shower sprays onto the floor before you even get thru the door, and it is very high. I am 5'4, so adjusting the spray is an effort.

We were not aware of extra cost for parking however when we saw a charge on our card I asked the front desk and they were surprised I had not been made aware upon checking so they refunded the charges. The staff were really friendly and informative The only thing that could have been improved on was the thermostat. We could not get it to work. - Heather (2/5): - I stayed for work and was surprised when i saw charges on my credit card that i wasnt expecting. I was charged for beer that i never ordered or received and $20/day for parking. There was no mention of the parking fees on my itinerary or when i checked in. I wouldnt have parked in the parking lot if they told me about this charge. Also, they knew how long i was staying so why wasnt that charged upfront? Instead they slid it on the bill after i left. Would not recommend this place or stay here again because of these surprise and unexpected fees.
