• Laurenn (10/5): - L'hôtel est très bien situé. Tout à côté du vieux centre ville mais sans son agitation. L hôtel est très bien entretenu et la chambre était parfaitement propre. Tout le personnel est au petit soin. Ils sont absolument adorables surtout la jeune fille et le jeune homme à l' accueil. Nous avons même eu une chambre plus grande que celle prévue et notre demande de chambre au calme a été totalement respectée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet hôtel si nous revenons à Sarajevo.

Есть номера (в том числе наш), которые выходят на шумную автомобильную улицу, но при закрытых окнах это вообще не мешает. Есть чайник и минибар. Большая ванная комната. Есть своя парковка.

• Emily (8/5): Prima hotel, dicht bij het centrum. - Mooi en net hotel, op loopafstand van het centrum. Er is een privé parkeergarage aan de achterkant. De kamers zijn prima in orde. De mensen achter de receptie zijn erg vriendelijk. Het parkeren achter het hotel is erg fijn, je moet alleen wel wat manoeuvreren door kleine straatjes om er te komen. Het ontbijt was niet helemaal onze smaak.

• Stefano (8/5): Sarajevo merita di essere inserita nelle mete di viaggio di chiunque. - Struttura in posizione ottimale sia per quanto riguarda la tranquillità per dormire sia per raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro storico della città. Camera confortevole e grande, attrezzata, frigorifero cassaforte bollitore ciabattine. Il bagno con doccia grande, asciugacapelli e dispenser di sapone e shampoo. Unica osservazione è che in camera come in bagno, non ci sono ganci per appendere gli asciugamani, solo 2, o appendi abiti per giacche. La colazione molto ricca, più per il salato che per il dolce, chiaramente propongono prodotti tipici e quindi non pensate di trovare i cornetti o le brioche, ma la qualità è molto buona. Ho avuto solo un disguido sul transfert per aeroporto, avevo prenotato la navetta per le 14 e l’autista si è presentato con 20 minuti di ritardo, ma non è successo nulla di grave.

• Ksenija (10/5): Prekrasna soba in odlična lokacija. - Soba je bila čista in zadosti velika, moderno opremljena, s prostorno in prekrasno kopalnico. Zajtrk je bil raznolik, z veliko izbire. Lokacija hotela je ravno prav oddaljena od centra za kratek sprehod. Vse je bilo odlično.

• Merve Gul (10/5): My parents really loved this hotel!!! - My parents absolutely loved this hotel - the surroundings, the cleanliness, and especially the staff and the breakfast with halal options. They were so impressed that they were genuinely disappointed they hadn’t spent all their nights here. I moved them here “last minute” from another hotel, and they’ve spoken very highly of both the place and the staff ever since. Everything.

• Andrey (8/5): Hotel muito bom! - Tudo muito bom, café da manha, estacionamento incluso, staff super atencioso e dedicado para ajudar, muito confortável o hotel. Wifi muito ruim, dependendo da posição não funcionava. Isso realmente precisava melhorar.

• Mehmet (10/5): - Hotel is very close to the city center. Although the parking spot is a little tight, there's a garage so you won't have to worry about your car. Staff is very helpful and friendly. This is not a big complain, but until I found out where the parking spot was, I had to leave the car in the parking lot of the hotel across the street, in relatively heavy traffic. But later, the staff member helped me find the parking spot. Maybe there was a sign but I did not notice. So, I would cut 0.5 points but round up it to 10.

• Predrag (10/5): The best hotel in Sarajevo! - This is a hotel with a big heart. Not only was it clean and well-maintained, but the staff were also absolutely amazing. They were exceptionally kind and professional, making us feel like part of a family. This is a truly unique four-star hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Sarajevo. It’s rare to come across a place like this. Everything was perfect!

Очень хорошо расположен, хороший завтрак (шведский стол, плюс омлет или яичницу готовят по заказу под гостей), приятная атмосфера в ресторане, очень приветливый персонал. Отдельное спасибо - Гюставу. Мы заселялись поздно вечером, была непогода- несмотря на поздний час, он нам предложил чай, кофе, печенье. Все было очень душевно. Немного медленный wifi. Стоит обратить на это внимание.
