Jan (8/5): Prachtige locatie, typisch Marokko, goed bedoeld, slecht uitgevoerd. - Ligging vlakbij de watersportfaciliteiten Meubilair; geen kast , geen stoeltje of krukje om op te zitten. Enige rek om kleerhangers te hangen was geblokkeerd door fout geplaatste onbruikbare safe. Sommigen hadden droogrek, ik niet. Je stapt recht van strand in je hutje. Sommigen hadden voetmat om zand af te vegen, ik niet. Onderhoud en reparaties kunnen veel beter. Buffet veel te weinig vlees en vis. 1 schoteltje voor 200 mensen.

Plenty of lessons lasted 1.5h instead of 2, beginner spot is very gusty and they have no radio or earphones. Boat support is minimal.

Nick (5/5): Only stayed one night but not very impressed as when we checked out at 10 am while still packing 4 new guests pitched up - Very nice atmosphere relaxed and quite a good feeling to the layout of the facilities - location and views from the beachfront are spectacular Service not brilliant food not great and lower quality staff in the restaurant which was poorly catered and poorly stocked - I have the impression their staff food ratio to customers is low to cut costs

Juan RG (9/5): El mejor hotel de Dakhla si vas a hacer kite. - La ubicación del hotel es la mejor, con el club de kite a pie de playa con todas las facilidades. El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones están muy bien, limpias y cuidadas, con mención especial a la zona de restaurante y bar. El gimnasio es muy completo, el area de relax y masajes que están genial...Muy recomendable si vas a Dakhla con la intención de hacer Kite. Si se puede decir algo menos bueno sería la eficiencia y funcionamiento del hotel, que está muy lejos de ser la mejor. La gestión de las habitaciones y disponibilidad (en esta ocasión, habiendo disponibilidad, he estado en 3 habitaciones en 4 noches...), el check in lleva mucho tiempo, el check out mucho más aun y siempre hay problemas con los cobros, siendo necesario revisar bien la factura final...Es un dolor de cabeza esa parte, aunque insisto, siempre te tratan con toda la amabilidad del mundo. Otro punto a cuidar sería el tema de los equipos de kite. No están en las mejores condiciones y creo que sería necesario revisar bien todo el equipo y desechar y sustituir por nuevo equipo aquel que no está en condiciones ya que al final, estás pagando por un equipo que debería estar en buen estado.
eric (5/5): Séjour agréable mis à part la surfacturation de la chambre - La situation géographique est parfaite avec deux spots dont le fameux speed-spot. La restauration est aussi variée, de bonne qualité. Le personnel est très serviable, sauf quand il s'agit de traiter des sujets de facturation. Les chambres sont simple mais très propres et fonctionnelles Embrouille sur le prix. J'ai réservé une chambre d'une capacité de 4 personnes pour 2 initialement par booking. Un ami s'étant rajouter au groupe j'ai demandé à le rajouter sur la chambre. L'établissement m'a indiqué un surcout par nuit de 75€ via messagerie booking mais arrivée sur place on m'a fait payer le double (ce qui revenait au prix d'une nouvelle chambre). Cette pratique est d'autant plus désagréable que la réception profite de l'arrivée à 3h du matin pour vous dire "payez nous verrons cela demain" et après vous adresse une fin de non recevoir pour toute régularisation.

hacina (8/5): - It's a really nice resort. It's comfy, it feels safe, equipments of all kind are of quality. Staff is exceptionally friendly. The food is good, I couldn't understand negative comment son the food, it's fresh, varied and well cooked. The beach bar is really cool. Classes are overpriced. Planning is poorly manage as one changes teacher when learning which leads to a hindered learning curve and frustration. They tried to downgrade us to a much smaller room claiming we paid for two when we had booked a Windhunter premium for 3 to have space (it's very common for people to book larger). That was a bit of a full play. But they changed the room when I explained I was never going to sleep in the tiny room they tried to put us in.

Cheikh et Béatrice (2/5): Mauvaise expérience - D'avoir la vue mer J'avais vu l'hôtel sur booking avec de magnifiques chambres et une bonne note j'avais décidé de me faire plaisir malgré le prix extrêmement élevé. Je suis tombé sur une chambre non nettoyée, le lit et le sol sont pas fait et il n'y avait pas de serviette de douche et le gel de douche était fini. Il y'avait pas de bouteille d'eau malgré la fatigue j'ai du retourner à l'accueil pour souligner cela, pas de réaction ni essayer de me changer de chambre mais plutôt ramener une petite serviette et une petite bouteille d'eau. C'était fou vu le prix que j'ai payer. J'ai vraiment passé une mauvaise expérience sur dakhla attitude. La chambre pas du tout confortable, pas de télé ni de climatisation. C'est un camping pour les surfers mais pas un hôtel étoilé

Bart-Jan (8/5): Goed geregeld voor watersport - Het eten was erg lekker en de toegang tot de spots was ook erg goed. De bereikbaarheid van het vliegveld was goed. Vriendelijk personeel en goed opgeruimde kamers. De douche was koud en de wifi viel soms weg.

Darren (9/5): A cost effective and amazing kiting experience. - An amazing team who make the kite surfing experience in Morroco so amazing. The food is plentiful and provision of transport to and from the airport welcomed. If you're going for kiting...Nothing against the team and facilities. If your not kiting, I'd suggest you take a few books. Whilst learners are welcomed and I sense the tuition is excellent, I'd offer comment that some of the other visitors need to be realigned with reality, accepting / appreciating that whilst they're experienced and capable, showboating around learners in the shallow water is undoubtedly intimidating and resulted in a couple of tangled kites, which I am sure adversely affected their experience. Whilst I stayed away, those who can't (yet) do so, are harassed by the occasional ejit who should know better. Perhaps the occasional word by the beach manager, reminding those who are perpetually adding risk, to play elsewhere would be useful to those learning and trying to enjoy their time on the water.

Olivier (9/5): Idéal surtout hors saison pour garder la pêche au soleil ! - Un séjour parfait, dédié aux sports nautiques (Wingfoil et kitesurf) avec du matériel récent et un personnel ultra sympa et compétent. Par exemple, je n'ai pas porté mon matériel une seule fois pour aller à l'eau, il y avait toujours quelqu'un pour aider. La restauration était également au top ! Bref, l'idéal pour décompresser et garder la forme, même en plein mois de janvier. (maillot de bain le jour et annorack le soir ;)) rien

Suffered from delayed luggage. Process of collection haphazard, could have been supported better. Foil storage area now too small. Rocks to secure wings….bar furniture a bit shabby. Hotel room roof dripped water most nights….which amazed me as in a desert!
Daniel (8/5): Lovely place but only if you love walking a LOT - Lovely setting with beach huts right on the beach We were placed 705m from the bar/restaurant so every trip down for anything (even just breakfast) was a 1.5km round trip and you’re not allowed to take cars onto the property.
calmon (10/5): Excellent séjour. - L'emplacement, la qualité du personnel au petit soin. Toujours souriant et serviable. La qualité des repas. L'aménagement des transats , la vétusté des transats et de la petite plage située entre le restaurant et le Beach bar. Dommage car elle est magnifique et très agréable, mais les transats sont cassés, il n'y a pas de matelas, c'est laissé à l'abandon et pas entretenu.

rémi (8/5): Mise à part le check in , TOP - -Vu sur le lagoon et emplacement général du spot - qualité des chambres et de la literie - qualites du matériel + personnels du centre de location Wingfoil ( adorable et serviable ) -restauration + personnels -spa + personnels - accueil réception pour check in ( arrivée à 2h30 du matin après 2 vols donc on qu une envie c est d aller se coucher ) la première chose qu on nous demande ,c est de payer la deuxième partie du pre booking de location de matériel de wingfoil sans reelement d explication on nous tend le tpe en insistant sans savoir vraiment ce que l on paye .. ensuite on nous prends les passeport tjrs sans explication , on nous montre vite fait sur une carte notre chambre et hop on doit se débrouiller dans le noir avec les bagages ( on était situé à l autre bout du club ) Bien entendu sans passeport et payé un truc sans savoir ce que c était ( chose au final qui aurait pu attendre le lendemain avec de simples explications)

Delphine (8/5): Top séjour - J’avais un bungalow 3 personnes pour moi-seule. Donc très confo. Tout est à proximité. Cours de kite/logement/restaurant. Prise en charge dès l’arrivée à l’aéroport jusqu’au retour. Personnel restaurant/chambres/exterieur/cours adorable. L’odeur très très forte de soufre de l’eau de la salle de bain. Prix prohibitifs des extras: bar par exemple. Plus cher qu’en Europe.
Olivier (8/5): globalement très bon séjour - Très bon spot de vent. Personnel très serviable et attentionné : Ismaël au restaurant, Imad au Windsurf, Ahlame à la réception, pour ne citer qu'eux ! Les logements au speed spot sont un peu excentrés, il faut gérer avec tout le matériel à faire sécher et donc transporter. En revanche ils sont spacieux. Les séchoirs extérieurs sont atteints par la rouille, ce qui a généré un trou dans ma combinaison (avec les frottements dus au vent). Et enfin, il y a énormément de crabes (des dizaines ou peut être même des centaines) qui se font écraser sur la route toutes les nuits. Il faudrait absolument mettre des barrières pour les empêcher de venir sur la route
Philippine (8/5): Super endroit pour kiter sans avoir à se préoccuper de rien d'autre (logistique, resto, etc) - - L'emplacement était l'un des meilleurs de Dakhla pour le kite, l'Ecole est en bas des chambres et donne directement sur le lagon - L'hôtel est aussi l'un des plus beaux avec les bâtiments peints en bleu - Propreté des chambres faites tous les jours - Le personnel est très à l'écoute et arrangeant : réactivité immédiate lors d'un souci de santé - Le buffet est impressionnant en termes de quantité. Super petit déj - Nombreuses activités et excursions prévues : surf ou paddle quand pas de vent par exemple - Atmosphère générale détendue, facile de sociabiliser - Tout est fait pour que l'on passe un moment smooth : pick-up drop-off, gestion des valises etc - Chambre manque de confort : pas d'AC malgré la chaleur, peu de produits d'hôtel, eau qui sent la fosse sceptique - Buffet : rien de marocain traditionnel - Kite : qualité des cours très variable en fonction des profs, peu de mesures de sécurité. Prix très élevés qui doublent t votre budget vacances - Personnel : peut manquer de fiabilité, ma valise a failli ne pas venir avec moi à l'aéroport - Prix parisien des consommations au bar, nombreux extras - Localisation : l'un des hôtels les plus éloignés de l'aéroport mais c'est le prix de la tranquilité et de l'accès à un bon spot...

Ryabchikov (7/5): Fantastic lagoon, but Dakhla Club is much more comfortable - A fantastic kitesurfing lagoon, friendly staff Stinky water in the shower and juicy cockroaches in the room. No space for kites in high tide and it gets busy. I got unlucky, Air Maroc lost my luggage - and the hotel staff wasn't very helpful. They kept saying "come check tomorrow", while in fact I needed to go to the airport and file the report.

Safae (9/5): The best destination in Dakhla ! - As usual, everything... a big thank you to the staff for making my trip with my little daughter wonderful. - The water in the shower wasn't hot - It was so dark at night in front of the bungalow since the lamp outside was H/S But none of this was really disturbing during the stay 😉 this is mentioned just for improvement of the services which were already great !
John (10/5): Paradise in the middle of nowhere - If you like peace and quiet and a beautiful view, a lovely breakfast with friendly people, and you are into watersports, this is the place for you. The staff were all absolutely fantastic. The rooms are simple, but everything you need is there and the bed is comfy. All the staff at the watersports school were top! I had Ishan Skinny as a personal instructor, and he managed to get this 61-year-old beginner out of the water and having the time of his life. Best Christmas ever! There was nothing not to like

Pierre-xavier (5/5): Locaux et environnements au top. Personnel catastrophique - L’emplacement, l’accès au spot, le bungalow du speed spot Le personnel. Accueil catastrophique, le bungalow qui nous a été donné n’était pas celui correspondant à la réservation. Il a fallu faire 15 allers retours à l’accueil pour obtenir notre du. J’ai loué une aile à caisson de kite qui a été montée n’importe comment par la personne de « l’assistance », ensuite les moniteurs ont pris l’aile que j’avais loué et se sont mis à sauter avec pour « tester s’il elle fonctionnait bien » , j’ai cru à une caméra caché tant le niveau de professionnalisme était absent. Et le clou du spectacle : la personne de l’accueil a échangé nos passeports avec d’autres clients.

Pierre (8/5): Magnifique - Le plus beau spot de Dakhla (quand la lagune n'est pas trop embouteillée, ce qui fut le cas mi décembre) Un petit effort sur la nourriture SVP, trop monotone et vegan par force ... Heureusement les huitres et poisson du Talha Mar ne sont pas trop loin

Paolo (10/5): - Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole! L’ambiente era curato nei minimi dettagli e super pulito. Il personale è stato incredibilmente accogliente e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutarci. E poi, il parcheggio sicuro per le moto è stato un vero toccasana!

Morgana (7/5): The kiting spot is awesome, everything else is acceptable. - The kite spot is amazing. Views are great too. Also, there are a lot of cats, which is delightful. Breakfast was really good, other meals were very repetitive but that's understandable. A bit hard for vegans because there are not enough plant proteins provided. Bed was not comfortable. The available potable water is not the best, it has a heavy odor. People at the bar mess up your orders 90% of the time. They said check out was at 12 but at 9:45 cleaning people came and stayed until we were basically forced to leave the room even if it would have been good to have the room until 12 since our flight was late in the afternoon.

eric (10/5): Merveilleux ! - Très jolie, super ambiance, emplacement clef, personnel super gentil, qui s’adapte à nos besoins, mon mari a été malade ils ont pu nous fournir médicaments et repas particuliers, bref on a passé un super séjour, le centre nautique sur place est top, je recommande vivement En soit l’eau sent très mauvais et n’est pas potable (odeur de souffre, pas génial quand on se douche) mais bon il n’y sont pour rien

Merci à tous le séjour était magique .
Philippe (9/5): - Je viens en groupe chaque année depuis 2008 sauf année Covid Je réserve 3 à 4 logements toujours des bungalows dragons Cette année j’avais demandé le bungalow dragon n 38/39/et 40 comme chaque année !!!! Déception nous avons été dispersés dans le camp. Bravo j’avais réservé depuis le mois de mars Pour être sûr que pour novembre cela soit possible de bloquer ces trois logements !!! La réponse à l’accueil c’est parce qu’il il a des travaux dans ces logements 😂 Je suis resté 12 jours !!! Ces logements ont été donnés à d’autres personnes !!! Super

LordSof (6/5): Friendly staff, but horrible service and communication - The location was good and the staff were nice Water smells like rotten boiled eggs. It is so bad that ,for a second, I thought there was a sewage leak in the bathroom. The check-in experience was not smooth at all. I had made a reservation through booking.com ( fully paid in advance); however, when I arrived, reception said they did not receive any payment confirmation, and blamed it on the fact that it was a weekend and it may take sone extra time. After checking-in, the room that was assigned to us was not ready. Once we arrived to the room, I noticed there was no towels and the bed was not made. I had to walk all the way down to reception for them to make up the room, which should have been done before we even arrived. Fortunately, things got better the following day ( except the water)

Jan (10/5): Lieu idéal pour une semaine de kite décontracté - Style très original, assez basique, mais confortable. Très bon endroit pour le kitesurfing. Vent 7/7. Pas de spot de vagues.
