• ann (6/5): Comfortable stay overall, but the toilet issue needs urgent attention. - I really liked the bed , the mattress was soft and very comfortable, and I slept really well. I also appreciated the TV that had YouTube access, which allowed me to listen to music and made me feel less lonely during my stay. These small things made a positive difference. The toilet in my room couldn't flush properly. After I used it, everything just stayed there and wouldn't go down, which was very unpleasant. Please fix this issue.

• K (5/5): Not worth for the price paid. - The main wing has a lounge, lift, more open. Room 109, in the bathroom the water leaks through the hose near toilet bowl when used. Makes it messy. The floor tiles are not scrubbed. Gives dirty feel. No toilet roll. Perhaps that’s what I get fir the price I pay. First I was given a room in the old wing, on the way to second floor, full of cigarette buds… tells me that place is not safe. And in the 2nd Floor room, saw an ashtray with cigarette buds wet & an used cloth/ undie like item at the bathroom sink. The bedsheet looked used plus had black marks. Moreover unless connected to the main wing, better don't sell. These rooms Your pride gets destroyed. It looked like some cheap hotel rooms in Geylang Singapore.

• Katriin (6/5): Suitable for one night for very unpretentious travelers - Location is good, the reception desk looks very good. The room is large enough, there is a kettle with coffee making facilities, the air conditioning works, and there are disposable toothbrushes. All the plumbing in the bathroom leaks very badly. The room itself is a little beat up with holes in the wall and ceiling, a lightly bad smell from the pillows or mattress, like mold or dampness. We paid 160 for 2 nights; in Malaysia, for that kind of money, hotels offer much better rooms.

Walking distance places to have breakfast(Chinese) 6. Very easy and fast check in and check out. 1. The bidet in the toilet is horrible. Too short. 2. Cleanliness of the room can be improved. 3. TV as usual did not work. This is the case with many budget hotels around Kuantan. I've stayed in 6 different ones in the last 3 months.

Aircond cold Bad - Bedsheet got stain, toilet got smell if the ventilator is not on, the pipe at the sink is wobbly and not easy to turn it on. No TV channel except YouTube movies.
• ilysyuhada (8/5): Okay hotel for a short stay - This hotel is located at the heart of Kuantan where strategically near to all the attractions, malls and eateries. My sister and I have itchiness all over our body, so might want to check the mites/bed bugs. It is not that spacious, enough room to put your bags at the corner as the rooms doesn't have cupboard to store your clothes. Elevator access in case for big luggage. The best part is they provide netflix 👍
• ShahNatt92 (2/5): After Meeting Friends - We stayed in room 109 just beside the lift and was shocked when entered. There was a stone pillar inside the room right after the door, small room with Queen bed, the ambient was poor and the bedsheet felt like it has been there for a very long time, we prayed in a small space behind the pillar. The toilet's floor was dirty, while the towels were thin that it cant even dried off my husband hair. I am very sad and asked to change room, but they said there was no available room, so we decided to sleep for the night as we were so exhausted from a long hour of driving from Terengganu then meeting friends.

• tingfonge (10/5): Short getaway - I must say it was better than what i initially expected. They lack facilities like swimming pool and gym if not i think they can be considered a 4 star hotel. Defintely worth every penny. Will stay again if i ever visit kuantan again. Thanks to all the staff that helped with our enquires and needs during our stay.

• FrankH629 (8/5): Clean and Welcoming - We stayed here to break up our bus journey. Staff were very friendly, rooms clean and fast internet. Smart tv means you can use Netflix, but no aerial connection means no cable tv, but not an issue for us. Would recommend and stay again.
• abo1973 (8/5): Quite new hotel - I decided to try this new hotel. Not so quiet at night, near to a karaoke club. They provided a smart television but the internet is slow. Quite fed up with the tv, I just slept. Room quite small but new design. Only one Malay restaurant named Alham Tomyam within walking distance.

Aircond is not working perfect because the filter is not being clean. They even give me a room witj window but sadly to say without curtain. So i myself have to cover it with the tower . The only thing i feel good is that the provide smart tv that support phone mirrorlink.

Clean and the decoration like im at home. The bathroom is a glass and the door cant lock 😅. Suitable for couple but not fren. For TV dont worry even the signal cant use but u can watch youtube very clear . Wifi also good connection ! Will repeat again next week for business trip !
• 881arunk (8/5): Budget stay - We booked the room via Booking.com in the last moment. It was a queen bed room. Checkin was fast and smooth. The lift was out of service, so had to climb the stairs. Finding parking slot was also easy, Lot of restaurants nearby, The room was neat and tidy. Comfy bed. Overall me and wife like the stay. Budget hotel for a calm and pleasant stay.
