• Ed (5/5): The location was very good, only a short walk from the train station and from the city centre. - Room was good size and comfortable. Cleaning of the corridor on which our room was located seemed like it was minimal (carpeted). The bar area was mostly very quiet and not very tempting for a guest to stay in. The two entrance fronts to the hotel could be dramatically improved to make it feel more like a welcoming hotel. One entrance seemed like the main entrance from the main street bit was a hugely empty and unattractive space -- it could have been the entry to a train station it looked so unappealing, and even when you entered the front door there was nothing welcoming about it as a hotel.

Não gostei da recepção do hotel; tem que caminhar bastante até chegar e outra caminhada até o quarto! Não tinha nem touca de banho, nem 2 garrafas de água de boas vindas ! Nada de cortesia! Tinha uma lojinha e como era tarde tivemos que comprar uma água por 2,90 euros! O café da manhã só tinha omelete e teve um dia que só tinha ovos cozidos! O banheiro fica no quarto e escorre água quando a gente toma banho. Não tem ar condicionado e passamos muito calor a ponto de ficarmos ensopados de suor! Não gostei e não indico! Tem muitos hotéis melhores na categoria 4 estrelas em Viena!

• Vincenza (8/5): Vienna… una riscoperta - Molto originale per i suoi arredi e per il concept di questo hotel molto accogliente, moderno, ben organizzato Sicuramente nelle camere il ‘bagno’ suddiviso consente un risparmio degli spazi, ma non certamente la privacy. Avrei gradito il frigobar in camera ma la mancanza di questo servizio rientra nella gestione della struttura molto easy.

• Janusz (5/5): Jak na hotel czterogwiazdkowy i stosowną do tego cenę, hotel oferuje zaskakująco mało komfortu. - Po pierwsze: świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, do najważniejszych zabytków można dotrzeć pieszo; a poza tym nieopodal hotelu: stacja metra, przystanki tramwajowe i autobusowe. Po drugie: bardzo miły personel. Po trzecie: czystość w całym hotelu wręcz idealna. Po pierwsze: kabina prysznicowa oraz kabina z sedesem mieszczą się w pokoju, oddzielone od części mieszkalnej tylko przejrzystą szybą, co ogranicza tzw. intymność do zera. Po drugie umywalka w pokoju, niestety. Po trzecie: brak w pokoju czajnika do gotowania wody. Po czwarte: hotel nie dostarcza do pokoju ani wody mineralnej, ani kawy czy herbaty, która można byłoby sobie zaparzyć. Po piąte: brak w pokoju barku, a tym samym lodówki, w której można byłoby schłodzić np. kupione w sklepie wino czy sok. Po szóste: mizerna oferta śniadaniowa; mieszkaliśmy w tym hotelu tydzień i dzień w dzień na śniadanie było to samo: wędlina, ser, parówki, omlet, jajko. Po siódme: w pokoju dwuosobowym było tylko jedno krzesło.

• Martin (8/5): Very nice hotel in a great location. - Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, automatic check in and check out, great location with easy access to transit and interesting dining/shopping. Very high quality rooms, comfortable. Check in was automatic. Somehow we overlooked that we needed to indicate that we wanted our room cleaned so it was only on day three of four that the room was cleaned. Our own fault for not ticking off that we wanted our room cleaned when checking in, but would it make more sense to opt out of housekeeping rather having to opt in?

• volker (4/5): Mehr Schein als Sein - die lage Mehr als 300€ für ein wirklich kleines DZ (ohne Frühstück!!), da kann man mehr erwarten. Das Zimmer hatte KEINE schränke oder zumindest Ablagen - ein Gestell , um einen Koffer darauf zu legen, das war alles . Der 2. Koffer irgendwo auf dem Fussboden. Man lebte aus dem Koffer. Die Dusche war nur von der Toilette aus zugänglich - habe ich noch nie erlebt. Außerdem nicht ganz dicht, so dass nach dem Duschen die Toilette nass war. Der Clou war ein Waschbecken mitten im Zimmer -wie in Pensionen in früheren Zeiten!! Fenster ließen sich nur einen Spalt öffnen, so dass man nie stoßlüften konnte. Auf 2 Etagen konnte man sich in einer kleinen Küche Kaffee machen , jedoch war nie Milch da. Als ich jemanden vom Personal um Milch gebeten habe, hieß es nur "Machen Kollegen"!! Zum Ambiente : In der Lobby/Bar und der Bar im oberen Geschoss stehen "Altertümchen " und Neues herum oder hängen an der Wand. Das Ganze macht einen völlig sterilen Eindruck - abends war auch so gut wie nie jemand dort. Für uns machte das Ganze den Eindruck , als habe sich hier ein Innenarchitekt ausgetobt , ohne auf die Bedürfnisse von Gästen Rücksicht zu nehmen.

• Ana (5/5): Strange and scary - The location is great , the breakfast very good, the room clean and spacious We couldnt open the door and we were in the room trying to open it for 30 minutes, my husband started to panic, and I have to pull the red string for emergencies in the bathroom, I called them by cytophone they have in the rooms, they answer me the first time , and then ,I tryed to call and nonone answer me, the other thing was they dont have a coffee maker and a frezer , but they dont have a marshalls music box in the rooms. Pretty absurd, they said it's because they are a minimalistic hotel

• Martin (3/5): Die Lage ist top, aber das Hotel ist abgewohnt und dreckig. - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist leider schon recht abgewohnt und teilweise dreckig (siehe Fotos). So waren die Vorhänge dreckig. Im Bad waren waren Fließen und Fugen dreckig. Dadurch, dass das Bad im Zimmer integriert ist und scheinbar die Lüftung nicht stark genug ist, ist das Zimmer recht feucht und muffig. Insgesamt habe ich mich nicht wohl gefühlt.

• Steffi (9/5): Perfect hotel for a city trip with access to a variety of local transportation - Very centrally located and thus perfect to get around in Vienna. The staff was mainly very pleasant, professional and nice. Love the casual atmosphere. I am not a complainer, but wouldn’t opt out of the daily cleaning again for stays longer than 2-3 days. I also witnessed an unprofessionell receptionist that wasn’t discreet about guests. However, that was in stark contrast to the overall welcoming and pleasant staff and I mention it merely as room for improvement.

Hôtel situé à côté d'un cinéma, de petits restaurants typiques. Pour ceux qui aiment la musique, concert de jazz le lundi soir. On peut même louer une guitare (ampli électrique dans la chambre...) !!! Possibilité de louer des vélos dans l'hôtel et de longer le Danube! C'est un hôtel où on ne peut pas payer les repas ou verres en espèces. Tout doit être payé en C.B. C'est un peu dommage!

• Mesude (9/5): - Otelin konumu harikaydı. Odalar temizdi fakat genelde otel terliği olduğu için ben terlik götürmemiştim terlik koymamışlardı ve terliksiz kaldım. Ayrıca pamuk ve kulak temizleme pamuklarindan da yoktu, çok basit şeyler ama eksikliği hissedilen küçük ayrıntılar. Onun dışında sabun ve şampuan fazlasıyla konulmuştu. Personel kibar ve yardımseverdi. Banyo ve tuvalet odanın içinde camla ayrılan bir bölümde yer bizim için sorun olmadı ama bunu sorun görebilecek insanları uyarmak isterim.

• Ana Claudia (8/5): Bom - O hotel fica bem localizado, tem estação de metrô perto, restaurantes e lojas. O hotel é grande, não tem recepção, mas no acesso principal tem um bar que fica aberto 24h. No andar dos quartos também tem um bar/restaurante, reservado aos hóspedes. O quarto é confortável, não tive problema com barulho. O ar condicionado estava programado para aquecimento ou desligado, precisei abrir a janela durante a noite.

• christine (6/5): Ok. Würde aber nicht erneut buchen - Lage im Sinne von Entfernung zum Zentrum gut. Eingang zum Hotel ist in einer nicht sehr einladenden Passage. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption nicht sehr freundlich. Sauberkeit va an der Bar ist nicht gut. Regale müssten abgestaubt werden. Zimmer Türen schlagen sehr laut zu. In der ersten Nacht war es extrem laut. Es kam nicht von draußen. Muss also entweder Nachbar Zimmer oder Lobby gewesen sein. Wenn „bitte nicht stören“ am Zimmer hängt und Check out irgendwann um 10/11 Uhr ist, wäre es gut, wenn der Service schon vor halb an die Tür hämmert. Danke.

• Laetitia (8/5): Excellent hotel and location , but really self checking and check out is annoying - The staff is very nice, the location is great to go to conference and have a drink in the evening, the rooms was very comfy so was the bed. the self checking, the address for late checking that is not really given, you have to enter from the other side of the building but there is no indication and the property does not reply on booking app and as for the checkout, they say they will send you the bill but after 2 days I have not recieved anything, would be much simple to print it and give it upon check out like in regular hotel, especially for work travelers.

Additionally, we could hear the street outside. I had to leave the hotel after the first night (original booked for 4) but so far was not refunded I wouldn't recommend this facility.

• Brittany (1/5): - I am honestly still shocked by this experience. I traveled to Vienna for a UNICEF Austria philanthropy event, and several members of our group were staying at this hotel. Late Saturday night, I became severely ill with what appeared to be food poisoning and had to stay at a friend’s home because I physically could not return to the hotel. Starting at 7:43 AM Sunday morning, I called to explain my situation and request a late checkout. Instead of compassion or flexibility, I was met with hostility from two reservation specialists. I was repeatedly told that if I did not return by 11:00 AM, my belongings would be removed from the room — despite explaining multiple times that I was extremely sick. One reservation specialist told me: “Once you stop throwing up, you can either get an ambulance to the hospital or go back to the hotel." He then implied I was faking my illness because I managed to get into an Uber to return to the property. Their tone throughout was rude, aggressive, and completely lacking empathy. When I finally arrived, the receptionist informed me that the hotel does in fact accept calls on Sundays — directly contradicting what I had been told for hours. Initially, I was even told I might need to switch rooms despite being visibly extremely ill. Thankfully, the receptionist and manager eventually showed some understanding and allowed me to remain in my room for a late checkout. I have never experienced customer service this hostile or dehumanizing. I would strongly discourage others from staying here.

• Ulisses (9/5): - Really enjoyed my stay at Ruby Lissi in Vienna. The location is excellent, very central and within walking distance of many of the main sights, restaurants and public transport. The hotel has a modern and stylish atmosphere while still feeling cozy and relaxed. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to rest after long days exploring the city. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay as well. Overall, a great option for a city trip to Vienna and I would definitely stay here again.

• feperes (8/5): Ruby Lissi Hotel Vienna by IHG — Design bonito, privacidade esquecida - Localização impecável — Fleischmarkt no coração do primeiro distrito, tudo a pé. Esse é o grande trunfo do hotel e ele cumpre com folga. O quarto surpreendeu positivamente no espaço — ao contrário do que muitos relatos indicam, não nos sentimos comprimidos. As camas são confortáveis e o conceito visual do hotel é genuinamente atraente, com aquele charme urbano que a rede Ruby sabe fazer bem. Há um ponto que precisa ser dito com clareza: a privacidade é praticamente inexistente. O chuveiro é separado do quarto apenas por uma cortina — literalmente. A porta do banheiro é de vidro, e a silhueta de quem está dentro é completamente visível de fora. Para um casal isso pode ser descontraído, mas para amigos, colegas de trabalho ou qualquer pessoa que valorize privacidade básica, é um problema real que o hotel deveria comunicar antecipadamente. A mesa de trabalho é pequena para quem precisa usar o notebook com conforto. O serviço de quarto ficou abaixo do esperado — a cama foi arrumada, mas as toalhas não foram trocadas durante a estadia. Num hotel que se posiciona como premium, esse deslize chama atenção. No geral, o Ruby Lissi é uma boa escolha se você busca localização central, ambiente descolado e não se importa com a ausência de privacidade no banheiro. Para quem precisa de conforto mais convencional, vale avaliar outras opções no mesmo bairro

• Adriano (9/5): - Posizione comodissima per imboccare subito la via principale che porta al centro e a Piazza Santo Stefano. Comoda anche perché subito sotto c'è la fermata metro. Bella vista anche sul fiume. La prima volta non è così facile capire dove si trova l'ingresso e che la reception dell'hotel è al primo priano prendendo l'ascensore.

In der ersten Nacht laute Bohrgeräusche nach Mitternacht (ev vom Nebengebäude) Abfall im WC nicht komplett geleert. Zu wenig Sitzplätze im Frühstücksraum, wir sind dann extern frühstücken gegangen.

De fato, atenderam ao que desejávamos naquela ocasião. Nossa única ressalva está no check in/check out eletrônicos. Nossa preferências ainda recai no contato mais humanizado.
• Alessandro (9/5): - Hotel muy coqueto en el centro de la ciudad. Ubicación fantástica. Personal del Hotel joven y gentil. Desayuno muy muy bueno. Bar agradable dentro del Hotel. Habitación algo pequeña con baño algo incomodo por disposición. No hay casi armario para dejar la ropa (no estaría de más poner una cajoneras debajo de las mesillas de noche). Cama cómoda, almohadas no.
• Jutta (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt zu empfehlen - Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfe wenn man ein Problem mit bereits gebuchten Tickets hatte. Allgemein hat das Hotel einen sehr guten Standort Unternehmungen zu starten. Das Frühstück war reichlich an Auswahl und sehr gut. Das Service Team sehr freundlich. Zu kleine Tische beim Frühstück. Die Bistro Tische haben zwar Flair aber bieten keinen Platz. Das ist allerdings jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die Klimaanlage schaltet erst ab 18° Außentemperatur ein. Mir war es zu warm und wenn man die Fenster öffnet ist es nachts im Zentrum mitunter laut.
