No welcome pack or WiFi login details in apartment, got them from another guest we saw a few hours later WIFI was intermittent After 2 days of having WIFI it then went off, messaged hosts, communication wasn’t the fastest, no WIFI for over 24hrs, it then came back on when we were leaving Wish we had gotten a room/apartment with a sea view !

Beware! - The apartment was in an incredible location with lovely views from the balcony and inside it was light, bright and airy. Where to start? First off, communication was all in spanish and they would not give me the door code until I had arrived in spain, which caused some stress. At no point did they say I was supposed to have been left 2 sets of keys - and the apartment is so stark and minimalist we would definitely have spotted a second set - then they accused me of taking one set home,, again and again. On the price breakdown page of Booking.Com it clearly says that the total amount charged includes a refundable charge of 150 euros for any breakages. However now I've got home they are completely denying that they charged any such sum, despite evidence to the contrary. Booking.com have been appalling at trying to get this sorted out.

Balazs (5/5): - Location is great and apartment is spacious The internet didn’t work. We kept on asking the owner to get it fixed and she didn’t, for three days. Not only that internet is important in 2026, but also, the owner should have fixed it if we ask her three times. Also, note that there is nonparking with the apartment and street parking is. Not easy, we had to park about 7-8 minutes walk away. Keep this in mind if you have big luggages or if you are handicapped.

Host was very accommodating and helpful. Washing machine had an electric fault in one of the apartments which I only found about after receiving shock. WiFi only worked on the first day!. I have advised the host to have a look at that. Otherwise all good.

They wifi stopped working after one day, so no connection the rest of our stay... The host did not respond to any of our questions about it, not even a short WhatsApp message.

Albrecht (6/5): - Lage, Ausblick, sehr große Wohnung Ab dem 2. Tag kein WLAN (WiFi) mehr! Ich habe es anscheinend mit Handy, Notebook und Kindle lahmgelegt. Es dürfen sich nur 2 Geräte einloggen? Das war zwar nicht tragisch, weil ich das Internet kaum nutze, aber Arbeiten wäre nicht möglich gewesen. WLAN hätte nach 3 Benachrichtigungen von mir wieder hergestellt werden müssen. In den beiden Schlafzimmern befindet sich eine gefährliche Stufe. Dort wird sich ein Schlaftrunkener garantiert verletzen, oder Schlimmeres, also nicht behindertengeeignet. Ich würde aber eventuell wieder dort buchen.
Carmen (10/5): El mejor apartamento en el Médano sin duda - La ubicación. Tanto las habitaciones como el salón dan al mar. Es muy luminoso y muy precioso. Espacioso, cómodo y muy limpio. Y tiene todas las comodidades que puedas esperar. (Plancha, lavadora, secador de pelo, cafetera, hervidor de agua, tostador, mantas...) Súper recomendable. Nos dejaron incluso un detalle de una botella de vino y dulces. Y la llegada y el acceso es súper fácil. Nada. Todo maravilloso

Rossella (7/5): Appartamento grande - Appartamento grande, in ottima posizione: 1 minuto dalla fermata dei bus, 5 minuti da quella dei taxi, dalla spiaggia e da tutto quello che serve. WiFi non sicuro. Mancanza di una sedia ed un tavolo nel balconcino e dello shampoo in bagno. C'era solo il dispenser per il sapone mani. Bagno senza finestra o aereatore. La cosa che meno mi è piaciuta è stata la gestione del pagamento da parte della struttura. Nella mia prenotazione era indicato che sarebbe stata addebitata la carta per il 50% nei 15 gg precedenti. Una decina di giorni prima mi è arrivato un link esterno dove inserire i dati della mia carta che avevo già inserito su booking. Pensavo ad un tentativo di truffa quindi ho contattato la struttura che mi ha confermato che il pagamento doveva avvenire cosi. Allora ho contattato booking che mi ha detto di aspettare e che avrebbero verificato. Nel frattempo, io ero già in viaggio ed ho perso tempo tra messaggi vari con la struttura e con l'assistenza di booking. Pochi giorni prima dell'arrivo ricevo il messaggio che avevano provato ad addebitate la mia carta ma non era valida. Assolutamente non vero!!! Confermato dalla mia banca! In realtà, non c'era stato alcun tentativo di addebito perché dovevo usare il loro link. Alla fine ho dovuto fare un bonifico per non rischiare di trovarmi senza alloggio. Ho viaggiato in tutto il mondo e non mi era mai capitato nulla di simile!

Bettina (8/5): Für den Preis zu teuer - Die Lage war top, Meerblick, Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Restaurants und Supermärkte konnte man bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Es war sehr hellhörig, man konnte nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen. Der Balkon ist sehr schmal und hatte keinen Sonnenschutz. Die Stühle waren unbequem..Wünschenswert wäre eine Filter Kaffeemaschine, Salz und Pfeffer.

Brian (6/5): So much potential to be better. - The location is excellent except that street noise is likely to wake you up at 4a.m every Friday and Saturday night. The property delivers everything that is promised - but no more. And I really mean NO more. The owner did not follow the procedures for payment as specified in the booking agreement causing me extra stress, additional costs and extra time spent resolving the issues when I should have been relaxing. This was not helped by the fact that the owner DOES NOT speak English. There was no outdoor furniture, no coffee table, no kitchen roll, no foil, no food wrap, no oil, no tea, no coffee, no sugar, no salt, no pepper, no beer glasses, no wine glasses, no mugs, no fish slice, no scissors, no washing powder, no toilet brush, no towel rails etc etc. Everything seemed to be designed to make cleaning the apartment as easy as possible. I prefer to stay at an apartment where you find at least some of the above items and then replace the 2 or 3 items you use up, rather than having to buy everything to make the stay enjoyable.

Tim Oliver (3/5): Nach dem Meerblickfoto (Wunsch) war der Ausblick auf die Straße (Realität) sehr enttäuschend. - Supermarkt gegenüber. Lage des Hauses nah am Zentrum. Entgegen dem Foto auf der Booking-Seite war die Wohnung mit Stadtblick auf Hauptstraße, Dachterrasse eines Hostels und Baustelle. Die Ausstattung war sehr einfach, aber nicht unhygienisch. Es waren z.B. nur zwei Weingläser, drei Becher, ein paar andere Gläser im Schrank. Kein Föhn. Das Sofa alt und mit Zigaretten-Brandfleck. Die Deckenleuchte im Wohnzimmer ohne Glas (offene Glühbirnen) und damit mit grellem Licht. Die Schubfächer im Kühlschrank mit Rostansatz. Das Bad schlecht geschnitten. Merkwürdige Raumaufteilung mit langem Flur zu dem dunklen Einzelschlafzimmer. Dort Blick in den Innennhof von ca. 6 qm, das Fenster des Nachbarappartements so nah (1 bis 2 m), dass man vom Schnarchen des dortigen Gastes aufwacht bzw. bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen musste. Wir waren früher im Edificio Playa Chico auf der Seeseite, das war okay. Unbedingt darauf achten, dass man nicht wie wir mit Stadtblick (im kleingedruckten), sondern mit Seeblick bucht, der entschädigt für die magere Ausstattung. Der Vermieter verwies wegen der Abweichung vom Foto telefonisch auf Booking.com, Booking.coms KI-Telefonstimme verwies auf den Vermieter.

ubaldo (7/5): Good but not fantastic as expected - Location fantastic and very practical. Lots of services around, including public transportation. Very nice view from the window, if you choose the room with sea view. Very clean. Noisy at night, particularly on weekends. Smell of fried fish from 18.00 to 01.00 because of the many restaurants around. Smell of algae from the little beach in front of the house. Not very clear communication from the hosts about the payment. Note that you need to make a payment on a website of the Banking system. I did not know and it looked scam. Hosts added a bit of confusion telling that THEY had received a payment request. After an exchange, however, they clarified.
Hana (9/5): - Very good location, ocean view right from the window, you can hear the waves, you practically live on the beach, another larger beach is just a few meters away. There are picturesque local restaurants and bars nearby, a small supermarket right across the street, a bus stop a few meters from the house. We had a 3-bedroom apartment, ideal for a family with two older children, there is a basic equipped kitchen, hairdryer, washing machine, iron. You will experience the local atmosphere here and everything is within reach. Communication with the host is pleasant. Taxi from Tenerife Airport - South 20 euros, reliable, but you can also get here by bus. There is no air conditioning in the apartment. We had fans available and at this time (mid-November) it was not too hot, it was fine. But in warmer months it could be hot. We would have appreciated a hanger or towel rack, but it is only a minor issue, overall we were happy with the apartment.
Stuart (8/5): - Perfect location ,right beside the sea and all the amenities without being chaotic or too noisy No Aircon ,although I think that's quite normal for Tenerife ,but it wasn't too hot ( November )

Carla (9/5): Buen alojamiento familiar para pasar unos días en la playa - La ubicación y amplitud de los apartamentos. La buena disposición por parte del personal por ubicarnos cerca. Las cocinas estaban bien equipadas. Una de las camas en el estudio la encontraron excesivamente dura.

Carmen Luisa (10/5): - La ubicación del apartamento es excelente. Cerca de la playa, de los comercios, del pueblo. Además, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para la estancia Un poco el ruido de fuera por la parada de las guaguas, pero no es problema para el lugar. Cierras ventanas y listo!!
Norkis (4/5): - El tener que llecarme la basura por todos lados tenían ese mensaje y no habia nada se cortesía en el piso, por lo menos lo mínimo (sal, café sobre o té), hablamos de un kit de cortesía que en otros establecimientos siempre li tienen.
