Ліжко було супер м'яке, вид з вікна дуже гарний і номер мав все необхідне для гарного відпочинку, раджу)

Lidiia (7/5): - Гарне розташування, близько від центру. Гарний ресторан, чудовий персонал, цікава будівля та архитектура Розетки були далеко від ліжка, і їх було дуже мало в номері. Не було ні чаю ні кави в номері, тільки вода. В душі вода була ледь тепла зранку. Немає парковки і не попереджають що усі парковки платні, і вартість 25 грн година з 8 ранку до 8 вечора

Olena (9/5): Готель хороший . Локація чудова . - Сніданки - шведська лінія середні. Не вистачало напоїв сік/узвар , бо була тільки вода та йогурт. Не вистачило фруктів . Та все холодне навіть о 9 годині ранку , хоча сніданки до 11 . Відсутність косметичних засобів. Миючий засіб для всього один .

VIKTORIIA (9/5): - У готеля прекрасне розташування. Заселили по заявленому часу, у номер, якій ми обговорили при бронюванні. Велика вдячність працівникам рецепції. Всі наші прохання були виконані. Не сподобались сніданки у ресторані. Вони проходять тільки за визначеним меню, яке не дуже різноманітне. Тому ходили на сніданки до іншого готелю.
Iryna (5/5): Я б цей готель не радила і сама точно не повернусь сюди. - Місце розташування чудове. Після довгої дороги хочеться відпочити, а не міняти номер двічі: перший - через раковину, вода з якої протікала на підлогу, другий - через відсутність гарячої води (бойлер був вимкнений, а чекати доки він нагріється потрібно біля години). Не працював ТВ, тож подивитись фільм також не вдалося. Ліжка якогось дитячого розміру - дуже вузькі і короткі. Це не ліжка для дорослої людини. Як там може спати дорослий чоловік зростом більше 1,80 взагалі незрозуміло. Ковдри також дуже вузенькі. Підлога дуже скрипіла, в номері одна малесенька шафа, де можна повісити буквально кілька речей. Рушники і халати вже дуже старі і сірі, халат було неприємно одягати. В цілому сам номер був дуже незатишний і холодний. Сніданок у ресторані по меню, вибір дуже маленький.

Oksana (10/5): - Зручне розташування, великі номери, гарний інтер'єр. В цілому дуже затишно та просторо. Є укриття. Не працювали батареї під час нашого перебування, трохи спасав кондиціонер, але і він не дуже справлявся, напевно через високі потолки, але хоч трохи грів. Краще ніж нічого.

Ivan (3/5): Не сервісно-орієнтований готель, нажаль(( .. тому не рекомендую тут зупинятись - Відпочивав у цьому готелі. Самі номери досить непогані, але сервіс — дуже слабкий. Я проплатив номер разом зі сніданком. Мені сказали, що сніданок буде з 8:00 до 10:00. Оскільки це був будній день і в мене була запланована робоча поїздка, мені було важливо поснідати вчасно. Я спустився в 8:03 у банкетну залу — майже всі таці були порожні, працівники лише починали щось виносити, виглядали сонними і неготовими до початку сніданку. Тобто фактично для людей, які хочуть поїсти в заявлений час, такої можливості в цьому готелі немає. Мені потрібно було вийти о 8:10, тому я не встиг нормально поснідати — лише кілька шматочків огірка і хліб. Після цього я попросив на рецепції книгу відгуків, але мені відповіли, що її у них немає. Адміністратор навіть не запитав у мене що сталось і не спробував вирішити проблему. Дуже несервісно-орієнтований готель. Не рекомендую. В Гугл картах я прикріпив фото підтвердження до відгуку, оскільки тут не можна прикріпити фото

Була холодна вода з самого ранку , ніхто не попередив !адміністратор сказав що перезагрузять бойлер і десь через 40 хв буде вода гаряча , я чекала більше 90хв і нічого не змінилось !На сайті букінгу була одна ціна ( де вказано повністю оплата) , а списали іншу оплату (більшу ) , адміністратор сказав ,що це туристичний збір 🌚

Denys (10/5): Мабуть один з найкращих готелів Львову у своїй категорії. - Дуже крутий готель. Чудовий сервіс, гарний номерний фонд, великі номери, зручна локація (5 ха від площі Ринок пішки), гарний вид з вікна. Смачні сніданки. Є ліфт, тому не важливо який поверх. Є власне укриття. Були несуттєві проблеми з витяжкою, але нічого критичного.

ALONA (10/5): - Місцерозташування це ключова перевага цього готелю. Все нове, дуже чисто в номерах, дуже радує наявність води в номері. В коридорах стоїть сильний запах їжі з ресторану. Це не мінус і не заважає, оскільки в номерах запаху немає.
