Muhammad (10/5): An enjoyable & relaxing stay! - For anyone looking to travel to central Paris and beyond but wanting to stay in a quieter place, Ibis Saint-Germain en Laye is the perfect place to stay and relax. It is 5min walk from RER(A) station that takes you into central Paris in 20mins. The hotel has its own car park including 2 EV charging spots which was very useful for us. A nice selection of buffet breakfast is served every morning from 6:30am until 10:00am. There’s a bar and activities for kids if you want to stay in the hotel. As for staff, Claire and her team will look after you in every possible way to make sure that your stay with them is one to remember and you return there when you visit Paris next time.

Only a 10 min walk to the station where it was a direct RER line into Paris, but lots of shops and cafes around so could also stay local. Only downside was there wasn’t a kettle/coffee machine in the room, however I think there was a sign in reception where you could ask for one if you wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

Did not eat in hotel so cannot comment on the breakfast. The price varied for each of my nights for my 3 night stay, so one night was good value, where another I felt it was over priced for a standard hotel room with no extras, so difficult to give a review when taking this into consideration. Check in and reception staff could not fault. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Y (10/5): - Simple but very functional and convenient. Staff were very nice in general - especially a lady called Maria at the reception. During our stay, there was a false alarm in the middle of the night and most of the guests came down to the reception to evacuate - at 3:30am ! As suspected, it was someone who smoked in their room, but we hoped that we were better informed with what exactly happened and reassured by the night staff that it’s safe to go back to the room.

It's in a prime location for those wanting to see French local life without the hassle of Paris, although the RER train station is just minutes away and goes into Paris. The breakfast was a good value with self-make soft boiled eggs, various breads, cereals and cheese. The rooms are small but very clean and efficient. A good bonus is the parking under the hotel which is a very good value per day and very convenient compared to the public parking at the train station. Highly recommend and will stay again. Saint Germain En-Laye is a highlight of cities just outside Paris.

Ajay (8/5): Good central hotel. - Good hotel, a little hard to find at first, but centrally located. Good service and excellent breakfast.
James (8/5): Carefull - Ive stayed in this hotel a few times, and when everything goes well its great, but I have had problems arriving late for a none refundable booking. If you aren't there on the first day they will let your room even if you let them know you are arriving late
