• Harald (7/5): Hoher Preis, niedrige Bettenqualität - Check in problemlos. Freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbuffett war sehr gut. Die Qualität des Bettes lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich schlafe im Normalfall gut, aber bei diesen bereits durchgelegenen Matratzen schläft man alles andere als gut. Noch dazu wo ich um ca. eln Dittel mehr bezahlt habe als normal.

De locatie ligt dicht bij het Station De locatie is recht tegenover een kantoor . Het personeel van dit kantoor kan zo de kamer inkijken . Daarom moet het gordijn de hele dag dicht blijven.het concept van het hotel houdt in dat er in de ontvangstruimte de hele dag gratis koffie is te krijgen . Dit betekent dat er op de kamer geen minibar aanwezig is met een kleine koelkast . En ook geen koffie mogelijkheid. Dit vind ik gezien de prijs niet goed. Het schoonmaken van de kamer laat te wensen over . De grond lag met kruimels en ik moest vragen of ze de vloer wilden zuigen.

Shower temperature was very unstable and can fluctuate from luke warm to scalding hot and back within a minute; I’ve stayed at this hotel before and encountered the same problem and know that the receptionist can get technicians to fix it, but I wonder why there isn’t a more permanent fix… For a longer stay, the lack of a kettle in the room starts to feel inconvenient; if I want to drink a cup of tea before bed, I’d have to change into something decent and go to the lobby to use the hot water/coffee machine.

Rechnung wurde erst nach zweimaligem Nachfragen und Nachrufen zugesendet. Ebenso inkl. mehrmaligem Bekanntgeben der div. Daten.

Einfaches Zimmer, ohne jeglichen Charme und nur praktisch-funktional eingerichtet, auch ein eher einfaches Frühstücksangebot. Für den bezahlten Preis enttäuschend!

• Salma (9/5): - This is my second time at ibis Berlin Hauptbahnhof — honestly one of the most reliable hotels next to the main station (HBF). Super convenient location, accessible anytime, and they even have scooter parking nearby at the crossing street , which made moving around the city really easy.
