- VINCE AERNEL (8/5): - I am a frequent Expedia traveler and appreciate the upgrade from an executive room to a big apartment. The apartment is excellent for a group of 3-4. It is close to the metro and nearby shops and restaurants. The experience would be perfect if an accessible laundry amenity were present in the building. Customer service is available from early morning until 4 p.m. So, hopefully, there are no urgent events when you book because no one in the building can help you. The manager is accessible via WhatsApp Messenger and she is on site during the day. One example is that our safe box stopped working or glitching and it was 3am and we have to checkout early. No one was available and luckily I was able to open it with few tricks. Breakfast is located adjacent to the location that offers pastries and coffee. If you are traveling with group of friends, I think the Toledo loft appartments can offer you a spacious space to relax and bond. Not my favorite apartment in all my travels, but it has a unique vibe. Good luck and safe travels! Book with expedia!

- brianr540 (10/5): My 4th stay and there will be a 5th! - 4th time staying here! 2x this trip 10 days apart and twice last year for two different trips so that should tell you a lot! This place has a great location for shopping and restaurants - easy access for walking and transportation. The staff is fantastic in setting up the reservation as well as supplying and information and recommendations about the area. The rooms are air conditioned and clean. If you arrive after normal check-in you pick up the keys from the concierge when you walk in. I have stayed here with a business partner on a work trip in 2024 and also with my son for father son trips in 2024 and 2025. I highly recommend staying here.

- Irina (8/5): - The location is perfect, on the edge of the Spanish quarter, in the midst of shopping. Two or three blocks walk to the metro and walking distance to the port and various historic sights. Tons of restaurants all around. Felt safe, modern and clean. Valeria was a dear!

The room overlooks Via Toledo so it really feels like you’re part of the action 24/7. There’s a 24 hour concierge at the building entrance which made it feel upscale and very safe.
- Josh (8/5): Spacious room on main shopping street of Naples - Spacious room in central location in Napoli. Cafe in the gallery just a few doors down Luminist is a great spot to have an espresso or sit down and eat. Location has good and bad aspects. On the main shopping street Via Toledo, so right in the heart of the action and next to Quarteri Spagnoli, but equally the street is very busy with shoppers. The Pizzeria's and trattoria's are right across the street but far enough away to not bother you at night.
- GleniOnTour (4/5): Not for us - Yes it is a great location. But it is noisy and not very clean. And the receptionist for the few minutes she is there is rather unfriendly. Neapels itself is great when you go around. The area of this b and b is not the best. But ok. The breakfast option included in a nearby restaurant is not worth it. We didn’t sleep well for two nights. In the first one they came collecting bins in the middle of the night. Second was some sort of party. Really hard do sleep not to mention the shades don’t make the room dark at all. Wouldn’t return.

- JYOTHI (10/5): Toledo Loft Is Amazing - We had a wonderful stay at Toledo Loft. We as a family of five had plenty of space in this 2 bed, 2 bathroom loft. It has a modern aesthetic with bright colors. My children loved the place and its look. The owner was very accommodating for us. Our 6-year old fell ill and was hospitalized in Rome for a few days. We changed our plans and decided to stay in Naples for longer than we had originally planned. The Toledo owner had the availability and worked with us to allow us to stay there, which we were very grateful for. Toledo Loft is in the center of the all the tourist shopping and stores. And it's a 12 min - 15 min walk from Toledo Loft to the Naples port, where you can grab a ferry to Capri and Amalfi Coast, which was perfect! The only downside I can give you is that it is near all the shopping so you might hear a lot of engine revving on the streets. And the garbage pickup comes by every night at 2:30 AM which can be noisy. For the light sleeper, the Toledo owner offers ear plugs to lessen the sounds. I would highly recommend booking Toledo Loft. You won't be disappointed.

- Linda (8/5): Very Cool Loft - Newer loft hotel on a VERY busy street. Clean. Located in a large building. No 24 hour reception but when someone was there they were very accommodating. Plenty of places to have coffee, eat and shop. The shower was nice and hot water was plentiful. There’s an electric pot to make coffee or tea, and biscuits with jam. They give you vouchers for coffee and a few select pastries at a place not far down the street. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Floor to ceiling windows (the middle one can be cracked open) with blinds to let much light in. That was a slight problem for us at night because it’s very bright on the street. They also give you a set of earplugs. Why? Because it is VERY LOUD even with the window closed. There were multitudes of people walking the street til sometimes 1:30-2 am, and it’s worse on the weekends. The garbage trucks are also loud late at night and some of the vendors are dragging their carts along the cobblestone street after a long day. It’s a VERY touristy area so be aware of that. One more negative—the blow dryer works for maybe 2 minutes and shuts off. The plastic housing gets very hot. The cord is super thin so maybe that’s why. It won’t turn on again until it’s cooled off. I left it on the receptionists desk with a note saying it was broken. She put it back in the room with a note saying it was not broken. From then on we just went out with our hair wet so not to lose any vacation time in Naples. There’s no shelves in the shower for your items.

We showed up at 3 am after a delayed flight, but security was on the premises to show us to our room (note it is 5 euros to set up late check in). In the morning we came to realize our hotel was in an amazing location right at the entrance of the Quartieri Spagnoli, which includes many shops & restaurants. And even though we were in the middle of a busy area, we couldn’t hear any of the noise from our room. Also, 12 min walk to the ferry which made visiting capri very easy & a 2 min walk from the Toledo station. Our room was also very clean and modern. I would highly recommend this hotel to any other young couples visiting Naples! 10/10
- Verified traveler (8/5): Not Quite a B & B - The rooms in this apt building on busy and noisy Via Toledo are spacious and the beds excellent. Good lighting and desk with functional TV and A/C. The wi-fi is intermittent, however, which can be and big issue and management is apparently aware of the problem but blase about it. You get knocked off quite frequently, losing what you have written, so not good for professional travelers. The b of B&B consists of a beverage and a pastry at a local place nearby and it might be augmented to include juice and coffee. Be aware that the the front desk is rarely manned if you have an issue. With luggage, you need to pay to use the elevator to the first floor which seems petty and annoying. Overall a bit less than a B & B.

- Hélène (7/5): could be better for that price! - very colourfull and spacious! good view on very busy Via Toledo, with all the windows the appartement is sunny and open good beds! central location! it is a very noisy spot in the middle of the shopping street; there is no normal chair in the appartement. you have to sit on the bed or on high stools. the appartement is rather expensive and then it is missing things like scissors. although you have to use a password the wifi is an unsafe connection and my laptop didn’t connect. the tv was outdated (no internet connection possible, bring your own chromecast if you want to stream).

Keys given to us by security guard and no information about rooms/location. Very difficult to charge phones in rooms. Wall adaptors not working great but we managed to use reception for this. Staff very helpful despite our language barrier. Quiet room despite central location. Very clean/comfy/loads of towels. Breakfast at nearby coffee shop lovely.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Admittedly I booked this hotel in a rush so I didn’t research the street it was on (the busiest in Naples), but while the location is great and very central, triple glazing is 100% needed. We had to book a different hotel down the coast for a night to just get some rest. There’s a slow crawl bin lorry that grinds past at 2am every morning for about 45mins and even my husband who could sleep through an earthquake was awake. Ear plugs did nothing. While the rooms look good they’ve been constructed poorly - bad glazing and also bad interior insulation. We could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms, at one point I think I was woken by someone else’s sleep talking in the middle of the night. Neither of us are light sleepers but this hotel is so noisy it stretched us to our limits of sleeplessness I’m sorry to say.

- christophergO3211XC (2/5): Worst hotel experience - I had a reservation Aug 24 - 3 nights prepaid spent over 670 dollars . Coming from Paris my flight was delayed . Now knowing my arrival time will be in the evening I began call the hotel to advise around 8pm . No answer from the hotel I called over over 10 times until my flight left Paris. After many delays my arrive in Paris was after midnight still calling hotel no answer. Not much of a choice I spent 70 euros to get me to hotel by taxi . Just to arrive dark alley and door lock could not get into building . I even called hotels.com and opened up a case no luck reaching hotel. Impressed the intercom for the loft no response just kept ringing . After many hours with my kids and family not feeling safe no room around 7am I walked until I could find a new room . Next afternoon I continued with to call no answer Finally I receive a messsge of a missed call three days later spoke to Valerie manager says she refuses any refund for my three days I was a NO SHOW . Not one apology from her didn’t care unveleive customer service . Took no fault on her own or the property and kept my full three nights .

I paid 70 Eruos from airport to Hotel no one there door was locked . I called tried until 3am no one to help. I paid for new room next door. I went again next day nothing called all day again. Finally last day I called someone called me back . Saying i was a no show no money back for any my stays cost me over 800 US dollars nothing from this hotel. Horrible customer service

- Assieh (10/5): - I usually don’t stay in Hotels like this there was no front desk I only saw our representative when she checked us in but our room was wonderful great size wonderful AC huge shower great water pressure .the room was cleaned impeccably everyday they replenished the coffee and toiletries even though I’ve did not see our front desk person but once she was very nice and informative I though we got a great value for our money

Loved to get my included breakfast around the corner in a small & authentic coffee bar. Only downside to consider is the noise from the shopping street.
- jesmon86 (8/5): This is not a hotel, more like an air b&b with maid service - The not so good: This is not a hotel, which I did not really suspect until they started asking me for an arrival time. I wasn’t sure exactly when I would arrive because my cousin who I hadn’t seen in years was picking me up at the airport and taking me to lunch. I wasn’t expecting to have to schedule my check in when I have never been to this city and didn’t no how long it would take to have to get anywhere. The second problem was arriving on a very rainy Sunday afternoon to a locked gate. Even though I had been in contact with the host, no warning was given about the locked gate or instructions about how to contact them through the gate intercom. We were soaked and our luggage was soaked and we were expected to carry it up a flight of stairs. After getting settled, the only issue was that we didn’t have enough toilet paper for the first night and there was no one around to give us any or to buy any when we ran out. Really some better communication in advance of check in and more clarity about the nature of the space in the posting would have avoided these issues. The good: excellent location, very clean and spacious and comfortable room. Giant bed. Great area to walk around in, close to lots of sights. Great street food right outside the door. Great place to stay so long as you know what to expect.

- Orville (10/5): - Toledo loft is a condo space in a multi-use building, in a well located area on the famous Toledo street in Naples. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a loft-like feeling. Valeria, who manages the property was great and helpful in giving information and helping to reserve a taxi to the airport. The Toledo street is a pedestrian shopping street and therefore popular with tourists and locals. Easy to visit all attractions and convenient to metro and restaurants.
- Virginia (8/5): - We had a tough time finding the location. This is a business inside another business. We were very disappointed to be given the small suite (with a view of a dirty rooftop). I had booked the 1 bedroom superior loft. We brought it to their attention but never received a reply. The attendant wasn't often present. Our room was very clean, however, and nicely decorated. Very suitable for one person.

- Ian (10/5): Cool modern loft in the center of an ancient city. - Loved my stay at the Toledo Loft. It felt like staying in a stylish a modern dream apartment in the center of a beautiful and ancient city. The location couldn't be more perfect for getting around and getting to. The room was HUGE and was nicely laid out to relax, work or prepare for the day ahead. Parking was extremely convenient, only being 2 short blocks away. The manager, Valeria, was so helpful with directions, parking, reservation and advice, she helped make the stay feel more special. I would/will stay here again.

The hotel has a perfect location close to the metro, lots of restaurants, stores and the spanish quarter. The rooms are very modern, clean and has a new feeling to them. And the staff is very nice and helpful. Would love to come back!
- Charles (10/5): Great place with a couple caveats. - Toledo Lofts has a lot going for it...maybe most importantly a great bed. Valeria was very friendly and helpful on arrival. The location is right on the big pedestrian street so everything is handy to get to. ThAt comes with the downside of noise, but that's to be expected and we were provided ear plugs and sleep masks. It was also a big for a city location and very stylish. But be aware the building is being renovated with all that means for noise during working hours, and the work on the facade made it difficult to find the entrance when we first arrived.
- Vishal (10/5): Location, location, location! - Location was amazing! Walking distance to everything! The hotel is split right between the sea side and the historic side of town, very easy access to the metro and the breakfast location is convenient and very delicious. The room itself is very modern, clean and very comfortable. This was the most accommodating hotel we stayed in during our trip to Italy.

Got vouchers to get a breakfast e.g. Croissants and coffee in a cafe around the corner which was great and abit different !!! Would stay again xxx actual stopped in 2017 but very delayed leaving a review 😀
- touristical (10/5): A great Stay - Rooms are pretty light filled and very spacious. We were on the street side but had no problem with noise. Though our neighbors were a bit noisy. The bathroom was equipped with nice amenities and very spacious. Good location if you are a walker. Great pedestrian zone with tons of restaurants and shops below. The staff was very helpful, courteous and spoke english well. I would definitely recommend.

- gusti017 (10/5): Superb location, pampering place - We visited Napoli for first time and looked for a centric location but didn’t have a clue what to look for. We ended up at Toledo Loft and what a nice surprise. First, it’s not an hotel but it is more than ABB. The place is a group of lofts of various sizes, in the same “apartment” all of them have a very nice modern design, with good taste and very cozy. Our room was one of the biggest on (Large Junior Suite) and was just great. Then the location. On Toledo street, one of the main streets for shopping. Near everything: gallery Humberto I, Piazza del Plebicito, the port, Castellón Nuovo. 10 minutes walk from the historic center and “action” area. Simply perfect
- SanClemPat (6/5): Stay in Historic - Had room #4, on street, very noisy but they do provide unused ear plugs. Didn’t appreciate you can’t open blinds without the public able to look in plus the blinds are Ill fitting and light comes on at the sides - of which they provided UNPACKAGED eye masks - so how can you tell they are not used?? Bed was soft and uncomfortable. There is only 1 chair. They do give out 2 water bottles - very appreciated. Great area - just very noisy. We should not have to sleep with ear plugs..... Hotel is in a pedestrian zone - we had 2 taxis unable to find it (each way), even with the Via Shelley instructions from the hotel - see tip. Would not stay here again...
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great place for an overnight stay in Naples. It was very busy on the streets below, but my husband and I are from the city, so it didn't bother us at all. Room was very clean and had a nice and unique set up. Close to multiple restaurants and stores for shopping. The woman who worked at the front desk was lovely. She even helped my sister, who wasn't staying with us, to get transportation to the airport. They also scheduled our transport to the airport for us and our driver was waiting for us before our scheduled pick up. We would definitely stay again.

- Tracy (10/5): Spacious Modern Loft in a Great Location - We had 24 hours in Naples and Toledo Loft was the perfect property for our stay. After staying in some smaller hotel rooms in Florence, Venice and Milan, we were surprised at how spacious and modern our room was. Also the property is very conveniently located on the main shopping strip, and is a 15 minute walk to the port and major historical sites. Valeria, who was our main contact, was very communicative and helpful. She also assisted us in booking an airport transfer which made our stay in Naples very stress free.
