The room was very small. Breakfast was good but not much choice.

However, the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. Even though her shift had already ended, she went out of her way to arrange a room change for the lady with mobility issues. - David (8/5): Pleasant stay with everything you need in the heart of Heraklion. - The property is within a short walk to the ferry port and bus station and is just minutes from the centre. A nice breakfast is served daily and in pleasant dining space. Our shower had a structural metal beam encroaching on the shower head. Not an issue for us but could be for a tall traveller.

Letto comodo, lenzuola e asciugamani confortevoli e molto eleganti, ricamati col logo dell'hotel. Colazione molto buona con prodotti di qualità. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l'app da scaricare per il check-in on-line ma in seguito si è risolto tutto senza ulteriori problemi.

There was nowhere to properly hang the shower head, and there wasn’t even a place to put a toothbrush, which made the stay a bit inconvenient. The photos on Booking.com were also misleading, as the actual room looked different from what was advertised. On the positive side, the room was very clean and appeared to be newly renovated, which I appreciated.

Das Buffet war schön angerichtet und hatte eine wirklich große und ansprechende Auswahl. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.
