- Verified traveler (6/5): - I rented the property for a two day business trip. The property is in a new condo building on the outskirts of the central downtown area. It is not near train transit but I could walk into downtown in about 15-20 minutes. The property is near the tracks and traffic, and is not quiet, plus the blinds in the apartment do not block out the bright lights from outside so if you are a light sleeper this is not the property for you. It was for the most part clean (dishes were sticky and hadn’t been washed well and bathroom drawers had hair and grime in them but otherwise clean.) The property is nicely decorated and the wifi and TV worked well. The property Manager was responsive. When I found no hairdryer in the apartment (which to be fair is not listed in the amenities) the property manager bought one and delivered it to me. The check in procedures are not safe in my opinion, especially as a female travelling in my own. The keys are left in the unlocked apartment up on the 6th floor. I did not feel comfortable with this and asked for a different check in procedure, which they did provide after some back and forth of trying to convince me otherwise.
- Dagnachew (2/5): Worst place - Do not pay to rent this place...They will ask you to send your Credit card info to charge for Cleaning.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - For the cost I was expecting something significantly cleaner with a towel in the kitchen... Wifi didn't work reliably, one bed was in a room and the other wasn't - not bad, but would have been nice to know the layout a bit better. The whole process of getting checked in was super weird and I am not keen on the cleaning fee and deposit system.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice condo close to all the sites in downtown TO - Clean and comfortable condo near Fort York. Great amenities, clear communication. We were satisfied with everything, but a second key would have made things very convenient. Would still recommend.

- mary (2/5): Horrible dirty place!! - Dirty dirty dirty. Greasy pan in the over, long black hair all over the shower. Gross. Bedroom window broken so could not open. Broken headboard. No bed side table. No tv. One shoe peeking out from under the bed from the previous guest. Clearly this was not cleaned. Horrible experience. Only plus was the neighborhood and proximity to downtown.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible Customer service - The owner of this room was very rude, she waited till the day of check in to set up deposit form. Shows up prior to check in time to kick us out of the room, and collected the keys.
