The wave pool and temperature controlled swimming pool were highlights, and the spa experience was one of the best I’ve ever had. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality Mr. Dogukan and the entire team (F&B, room service, buggy drivers, concierge ) were incredibly courteous and helpful throughout. Private pool, 5* staff service, arrive late the restaurant was closed, no worries they opened just for us. The resort has indoor and outdoor pool, magnificent spa, lovely private beach, and breathtaking views… and the most gorgeous sunset. Definitely coming back again. Not staying longer☺️

Luxury in Name Only - Disrespectful in Every way - I’ve stayed in countless 5-star hotels and resorts, and this is by far the worst stay ever — hands down. - Extremely careless frontdesk. - Extremely INSULTING treatment from Vitalica Wellness staff. THE WORST that i’ve dealt with in years. Super careless. NUMBER #1: We got a room completely different from what we booked. We called the frontdesk, and they apologized and told us they would give us a nicer room (an UPGRADE) and a complimentary massage. - nicer room (a COMPLETE LIE — it was a downgrade by every level) - complimentary massage for the wrong room and the downgrade that we didn’t like (15 MINUTES!!!!!!!! THIS IS INSULTING AND HUMILIATING) So I ended up with a room completely different from what I booked, and was “compensated” with a DOWNGRADE and a 15-minute massage by the most careless and insulting Vitalica staff. NUMBER #2: I got EXTREMELY SICK on my second night in the hotel (room #1113 — Mar 22 — 11PM), to the point where I couldn’t even get myself to the hospital. When I called for help, they simply said: “sorry, we can only send you sparkling water and maybe some tea”!!!!!! I was clearly dealing with what seems to be FOOD POISONING of sort and struggled in bed for 12 HOURS (from 11PM to 10AM). Every time I called, they repeated the same thing - they couldn’t help and could only offer water, a banana, and tea. This is a 5-STAR INTERNATIONAL HOTEL — if there is ONE thing you should take seriously, it’s your guests’ HEALTH. After all this humiliation and total disappointment, the FRONTDESK simply said goodbye with: “WE KNOW YOU’RE NOT HAPPY WITH US BUT TRUST US WE WILL BE BETTER WHEN YOU COME BACK” I will NEVER come back to a place that smiles at me while I’m literally suffering and asking for help. The only thing I liked was the breakfast and the exceptional treatment by “Charlie and Hakan”. Two great people who made an extremely disappointing stay at least somewhat bearable. I’ve stayed in countless 5-star hotels and resorts, and this is by far the worst stay ever — hands down. - Extremely careless frontdesk. - Extremely INSULTING treatment from Vitalica Wellness staff. THE WORST that i’ve dealt with in years. Super careless. NUMBER #1: We got a room completely different from what we booked. We called the frontdesk, and they apologized and told us they would give us a nicer room (an UPGRADE) and a complimentary massage. - nicer room (a COMPLETE LIE — it was a downgrade by every level) - complimentary massage for the wrong room and the downgrade that we didn’t like (15 MINUTES!!!!!!!! THIS IS INSULTING AND HUMILIATING) So I ended up with a room completely different from what I booked, and was “compensated” with a DOWNGRADE and a 15-minute massage by the most careless and insulting Vitalica staff. Very clean all around the buildings and the beach, friendly and supportive personnel. 2. Any request was reacted quite with care. Huge appreciation to Nacire, General Manager, and her entire team. 3. This hotel is good for those who wish to have rest in quiet atmosphere , enjoy spectacular sea and hills view , nice service and nice food . 4. Wellness center deserves high rates , atmosphere, personnel, everything was good . 5. The beach is one of the best I have ever been. 1. We were surprised that this hotel is relatively far from Bodrum city. It takes around 30min by taxi , 25-30€, one way. Another side of the coin this is very clam place , far from big roads, clubs . 2. There is no supermarket , restaurant or cafe in walking distance . When you get accustomed it is but quite surprising fact when you just arrived . 3. Prices in restaurants on the territory of hotel is a bit high .

What made the stay even more enjoyable was the staff—everyone was helpful and friendly, especially the night receptionist, Dogukan, who from my arrival until my departure gave me excellent recommendations and made sure I had everything I needed. The restaurant also deserves special mention—the food was excellent and beautifully presented. Their Turkish breakfast is absolutely outstanding, and what made the experience even better was the restaurant staff, who were attentive to every detail while remaining discreet. I want to thank Nacira and Dogukan who were very helpful and kind. They help me with everything, even arranged taxi for me any time I needed this. Nacira was always available by WhatsApp which was very convenient. The beach is clean and beautiful. Everything was great. Just one recommendation: to upgrade a variety of dishes for breakfast (especially cereals and beverages). And I was a little upset that food delivery from other restaurants is not allowed.

À la plage on vous échange des serviettes de qualité médiocre contre une carte, personne pour vous les installer, personne ne vient vous voir pour vous demander de quelque chose à part vous vendre des activités nautiques hors de prix ou des soins au spa, pour les boissons vous êtes obligés d’aller au bar de la plage où le service n’est pas meilleur (on nous a posé deux cannettes sur le bar, le verre à côté avec la paille emballée, comme au McDonalds en fait). - La qualité de la nourriture du restaurant est honteuse que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner ou le dîner. Le pain est du pain surgelé de cantine d’école publique, la plupart des aliments ne sont pas bons du tout, le service est encore une fois mauvais. Le soir on a pris un plat avec du cheddar, c’est le cheddar en carré du supermarché. Encore une fois indigne d’un hôtel 5*. - Le prix … tout est extrêmement cher dans l’hôtel, encore une fois compte tenu du service et de la qualité c’est une honte absolue. - et pour finir, au check out on vous incite à mettre une bonne note sur booking.com, quand vous dites que ça ne sera pas le cas car vous n’avez pas apprécié, ils essaient de vous acheter en vous proposant des réductions ridicules sur ce que vous avez consommé dans l’hôtel (qui étaient déjà extrêmement pour rien) . Beaucoup doivent accepter vu la note de l’hôtel sur le site. Très désagréablement surpris. - donc pour finir, c’est le pire rapport qualité prix que j’ai connu de ma vie, je comprends pourquoi l’hôtel est vide.

The service was exceptional. Ali Bezir, the Front Office Manager, communicated with us before arrival, preparing everything to our needs. Nacira from Guest Relations was friendly and helpful, while Doğukan and Kubilay made check-in and check-out seamless. Restaurant staff, buggy drivers who ferried us around the hills, and even the playful kittens added warmth to our stay. The Stella Restaurant stood out with an excellent breakfast offering plenty of variety, and dinner was equally enjoyable. Ali kindly arranged for our room to be decorated and surprised our friend with a birthday cake — a beautiful touch that made the evening memorable. Our room was small but offered breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, visible straight from the bed and even the shower. A modern TV with Google Cast was a great addition, and we enjoyed the beach, the scenic walks, the accessible gym, and a relaxing spa treatment. The only drawback was being told that use of the spa facilities required an extra €38 for 30 minutes, which felt disappointing for a 5-star resort, as I expected basic access to be included. Overall, the staff are the true stars here, making our short visit unforgettable. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for luxury close to the airport.

Our hotel was situated right infront to the sea and a nice sandy beach. There was a big amazing restaurant in our hotel. We had our breakfast there. The food at the restaurant was very delicious and varied. There were a few large swimming pools in the hotel. One swimming pool was only for adults, however, the other swimming pool was for everyone. By the swimming pools there were bars where we could get snacks and ice-cream. There was also a gym with a sauna,spa a tennis court and volleyball court also, we certainly enjoyed and played with friends. I really liked our holiday in Bodrum“Le Meridian Beach resort “and I hope that one day we will go back there! I hope my dream come true 🫶❤️

Guests are greeted at the door as you enter, and upon entering the lobby, you'll be greeted by a magnificent sea view. Almost all rooms have these sea views and balconies. There are three restaurants with four menu options. It offers a wonderful beach and water sports. My favorite feature is the spa, gym, and vegan restaurant. It's also a very large property, and free transportation is always available. It's a great place to stay if you're looking for relaxation, a peaceful time surrounded by nature, and easy access to all the activities in Bodrum.

Stayed in a huge family room with 3 bedrooms and all the necessary facilities. The cleaning was ideal, the bath robes, towels and other necessities was enough for 5 people and has been changed regularly. The room had an amazing sea view from the top of the hill. The only thing that had confused us, that the warm water was a bit browny-yellow due to the technical works with pipes. All the staff was very attentive and friendly, immediately reacting on any kind of requests. Within the hotel territory all the guests are delivered on the “ buggy” hotel cars to the places they need ( restaurants, beach, wellness centre), since the rooms are located in a hill. The cars were at any place in 2 minutes after the call. Many thanks to the “ baggy” drivers working non-stop all the days and the evenings. My special thanks to Vitalica wellness centre! The separate building with saunas, salt and many massage rooms, hammam, treatment and physiotherapy rooms. All with amazing sea views. Staff is very professional. I was making my intensive detox programme. Got a lot of recommendations, testy and healthy food, massages and therapy. Special thanks to the receptionists Sabira, Balam, physiotherapist Ayșe Yilmaz, Ayurvedic doctor Can Burak Özme, all the massagists, for the morning walk to Onur Tekiș, to all the nurses, special thanks to the kitchen staff: Akin, Melike and Sena for their big support and encouragement! I would recommend this hotel for those who is planning to spend the quiet and healthy holidays on the beach!

From maintenance of villas to basic customer service everything failed us continuously . No effort was made by the hotel to even reimburse us for a villa that was overflowing with water due to bad bathroom drainage / apart from a gentlemen named erdeeel Who tried his v best to make us feel better , nothing was good at this resort . Very few dining options and limited working hours for even those . Please save your money and do not go here !

- Companion55226403490 (4/5): Bad hotel - no way 5* - We visited in August 2025, my fiancé and friend of ours. We are well travelled and know what a 5* hotel should be as a minimum. Let’s start with the positives: We could not fault the room, stunning views, modern with all essentials such as nice shower gel/shampoo, hairdryer, ironing board/iron. The beach area is private and really well laid out. Beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly. The spa was incredible. The staff were amazing and we had the best massage we’ve had in a very long time. Stunning layout/amenities and fairly well priced in our opinion. The hotel is situated within the mountains and very hilly. That said, they have a really well setup buggy system and pick up/drop off is never a problem to any part of the hotel. Now for the not so good parts: Service was terrible, multiple times we ordered drinks and they never came. At check out we were told there was no late checkouts available and when we went to reception we were asked to write a 10star review on booking.con to extend our room until 2pm (2hours later) after we had been told otherwise! So be careful what you read on some of these reviews. Food - now this is an odd one, everywhere I could see stated there are several option. However, you essentially have a beach restaurant serving in the day and then Stella which serves breakfast and dinner. The menu is exactly the same at lunch as it is at dinner and there aren’t really any other options even nearby the hotel. The quality of food was average at best but then the it gets ridiculous when the bill comes - we live in London and are used to paying highly for food/drinks but for the quality of this food it is at least double what it is actually worth. A standard (small) glass of wine is 17euros and a local beer is 15euros..this is for the cheaper local stuff! Buffalo wings to start is over 20euros and standard mains are over 30euros each..it’s just expensive but without any quality whatsoever. We tried to arrange transport to get back to the airport which was going to cost £90 for a 24 minute journey from their inhouse conceriege. They tried to put us off ordering a yellow cab because “they’re always late, unsafe etc” we ordered anyway - the cab was on time and cost us £20 and he even stopped off for us to get cash. All was absolutely fine and was another sales tactic from the hotel which you don’t expect from a 5* place. Overall, it was quiet and you can see why. No atmosphere and overpriced for the quality you receive. You can see why very little people would return and we certainly would not return. Which is a real shame as it is a lovely hotel but small things really let it down!

Wasn’t busy either, hardly any guests The food options were minimal and the food that was available was of poor quality and taste. The service was exceptionally bad for a 5 star hotel, I waited almost an hour for a lukewarm glass of wine priced at €17. The bar wasn’t really a bar as had no alcohol or pay stations. The hotel is majorly over priced for what you receive. My friend also got asked to write a 5 star review in exchange for a late check out. Poor behaviour. The reception also tried to make us book a private transfer through the hotel to head back to the airport, this was going to cost £95 when the yellow taxi we booked was just fine and only cost £20 - this was after several attempts of trying to convince us we will be late and unsafe - again poor behaviour from a 5* hotel.

- 853azatb (2/5): So bad that I had to write about it - The nature and the Aegean Sea can be beautiful but a hotel’s stay impression depends on so much more. And this hotel is really disappointing. I see it has a 4.5 rating here and can’t believe how it can be so. How can someone like this? I dedicate my time to write this because the hotel left such a bad impression that I feel so offended and bitter and I want people to know about that. There is no other way, unfortunately, for us, customers, to do something about bad service and rude people, that writing reviews is the only way to do anything. Le Meridien is a Marriott property and I wrote to them too. I never do that. I like to leave positive reviews normally. 1. The location is really bad. Far from anything. There is nothing around. Not a restaurant, not a shop. Nothing. It is a remote village that looks bad, with bad roads to it. Going anywhere was a constant issue. They have 4 taxis in the village and the service is unreliable to say the least. The wait for a taxi can be 40-50 minutes. As per the Turkish custom, the hotel is happy to offer you a transfer service that’s about 3 times more expensive than taxi and also not always there. To get to Yalikavak Marina it takes 1.5 hours with traffic. To Bodrum about an hour at least. To Gundogan an hour. 2. The hotel feels understaffed, undertrained, generally I had the feeling that they don’t care about their guests. The only thing that is on their minds is taking money from the guests and ripping them off. The only people who I felt were trying and working hard were the drivers of buggies. Overall I saw same people everywhere, lots of staff is multitasking. The same waiters are working at breakfast, lobby, beach… 3. The villa we stayed in was nice and spacious. The toilets kept clogging, we had them fixed a few times during the stay. 4. The staff keeps saying that they need to consult some “managers” on any issue. Consulting usually resulted in more expenses from our side. 5. Concierge is useless. Fishing trip they organized was a total lie and a rip off, dinner they booked at a village nearby- in that fish restaurant we got, as foreigners, ripped off as well. 6. The food was decent. Service not good. You order something - it is either forgotten about or ignored and brought in after reminding. They are three restaurants in the property. Stella is breakfast and dinner and The Beach is a lunch place. They are many hotels in Bodrum area. We have stayed in quite a few. Some things are common, but this one is the worst of the lot. It has been a very long time since I was so upset with our vacation, if ever. The only person who cared and I can say something positive about- at least she looked like she was trying and wanted to help, was Nocira, from the front desk/concierge. The hotel damages the reputation of Marriott and the whole of Turkiye.

- jupitersun888 (4/5): hotel isn’t 5 stars and it didn’t do anything to address the problems with overflowing sewerage, no hot water,dirty pool - We paid for a private villa with private pool. It’s an expensive villa in the hot season. We were looking for a relaxed vacation. But it wasn’t as we planned it. First day we had water overflowing in the toilets. We couldn’t use toilets and we r 6 people in a villa and they gave us another villa where we went in the middle of the night to use the bathrooms! They couldn’t fix toilet problem until next day. Can You imagine paying for a huge villa where toilets overflow and u have to walk to a different property to use the toilets? Then there was no hot water both first day and second day. We couldn’t take showers after the sea. They fixed hot water issue the first day. The next day it occurred again. The second day we wake up and the pool cleaner comes to clean our private pool. And then yellow -brownish water comes from all the faucets into the pool and it becomes poo colored brown pool. When I ask for an explanation they told me they had a new pool contractor and he didn’t know how to use their equipment and he messed up. But I don’t care if that’s the pool cleaners fault or not I paid for that villa and pool to be used in full function ability, clean and safe for me and my family with little kids. I spoke with the operational manager of the hotel and asked him if he paid these amounts of money and all of these happened would he consider that to be a great service and vacation or not. He said he totally agrees with me and understands my frustration but he can’t do any compensation for the two days without toilets, shower and private pool as only the owner of the hotel decides on this. All he could offer was an apology and no monetary compensation. I think if the owner of Le Meridien Bodrum Hotel himself and his family had faced such service and technically incapable team and villa at any other hotel in Bodrum or elsewhere he would make sure there was more then just “I’m sorry” from that hotel’s side. Overall it’s a terrible hotel in terms of facilities and their sewerage and water system problems. The staff did try to be nice and tried to be understanding of the situation but the fact that the highest person on the ground such as Operational manger can’t himself decide on how he can compensate for the problems and undelivered service to their clients is just strange. First time I see a branded hotel where such issue is addressed by the owner who is in Istanbul and has no interest of digging into the real situation at the hotel besides how much he earned from each room or villa. I forgot to mention that we r Titanium Elite Bonvoy members and there wasn’t even a fruit basket to acknowledge that. I think this is even against Bonvoy policy not to appreciate their loyal customers. I wouldn’t return to this hotel. It’s just way below 5 star standard and it’s obvious in every detail. Lastly I feel really pity for the staff at the hotel they try hard to deliver good service, though they are themselves understaffed and poorly trained, But the fact that hotel owner is the one who controls all the expenses they don’t have the means to improve their facilities or show extra little touches to meet their client’s expectations.

Хлеб принесут тот, что был на завтраке и некоторые булочки каменные в прямом смысле слова. В качестве закуски оливки и тоже с завтрака. Завтрак отвратительный). Омлет готовить не умеют совершенно. Хотя бы есть варёные яйца. Оливки и листья салата тоже спасают Десерты "покупные" и бездарные. Очень грязная вода и пляж, перья, пластик, пенопластовые шарики Слишком мягкий матрас у кровати Меню для заказа еды в номер нет Багги это чудо автопрома, но отелю не подходит

- Leo34343434 (2/5): It is unsafe, poorly managed, and does not meet basic hospitality or safety standards - The hotel is located in a remote and poorly maintained area. On our way there, we encountered significant garbage along the roadside and numerous potholes. We got lost twice due to the lack of clear directions, and the absence of illuminated signs made it even more difficult to find the place at night. At check-in, we were informed that breakfast was not included, despite our reservation clearly stating that it was. The room itself had multiple issues. Most concerning was the shower — the water temperature would suddenly spike to extremely hot every 10 seconds, making it very uncomfortable and potentially dangerous. Given the recent hotel fire incidents in Türkiye, we attempted to check the fire exit on our floor (7th floor). Shockingly, the exit was obstructed and surrounded by exposed live electrical wires — a serious safety hazard. I have taken photos to document these conditions. Due to the overall lack of safety, cleanliness, and misrepresentation of services, we have filed an official complaint with the Ministry of Tourism in Türkiye. We strongly advise others not to stay at this hotel. It is unsafe, poorly managed, and does not meet basic hospitality or safety standards

- 2025my (10/5): Relaxing stay with great views and food - Lovely hotel. I was initially planning on staying 2 days but extended to a week. The bed is super comfy. The view from my room was amazing. The overall team is very nice and welcoming. Nacira went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Omer was lovely too. Kemal at the beach club restaurant even make our stay more fabulous and relaxing. He was always there with his high energy to fully help at the beach. Akin Usta at the kitchen with his delicious food make our stay pleasant as well. Thank you very much for this amazing experience. We had a great time and will be definitely back.
