• Bianka (8/5): Great short stay in a central yet quiet location - We stayed here for one night, and overall it was a good experience. The location on Bisma Road in Ubud is perfect,very close to the center, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores, yet set in a quiet garden where you can relax and sleep well. The bed was very comfortable. The pool area is nice, the WiFi worked well, and the breakfast was generous and very tasty. The highlight was definitely the staff, they were incredibly kind and friendly. The room was a bit dark and had a noticeable water smell.

• Lisa Marie (7/5): Prima voor enkele nachten - Het ligt in een rustige zijstraat met een mooie groene tuin. De locatie is hiermee top voor het drukke Ubud. Op loopafstand heb je al het paleis, de markt en de winkelstraten. Ook in de zijstraat zelf zitten veel horecazaakjes, massagesalons en nagels. Zoals op vele plekken in Indonesië is ook hier het personeel weer superlief. De kamer is best gedateerd waardoor het er ook een beetje uitgeleefd uitziet. Met name de badkamer is wel aan wat vervanging toe. Er hangt niet voor elk raam een gordijn waardoor het in de ochtend ook wel licht is in de kamer. De kamer zelf is wel cute in Indonesische style en ook was de kamer gewoon schoon.

• Alain (9/5): Ubud j'y reviendrai - Pour mon 1er séjour à Ubud, ce lieu était idéal. Situé sur une rue relativement tranquille mais central donc près de plusieurs sites d'intérêt. Le personnel est adorable et le petit-déjeuner à la hauteur. Comme il y a plusieurs commerces, la signalisation est tellement discrète qu'il met arrivé plusieurs fois de passer devant sans m'en rendre compte. Surtout lorsqu'on revient dans un sens de la rue.

• Juan Diego (8/5): Great location and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable, though the bathroom cleanliness and odor could be improved. - The hotel has a great location, very close to many restaurants and convenient spots, which made getting around easy. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The food options were somewhat limited, but everything we tried had good flavor. The room itself was comfortable and overall pleasant. On the downside, the bathroom could use improvement. There was a strong odor coming from the plumbing, and the cleanliness was not at the expected standard. The shower cabin had visible limescale and did not feel thoroughly cleaned. With better maintenance and attention to bathroom hygiene, the stay would have been much better.

• Assaf Andres (4/5): Friendly staff, great location but - Moldy place - Location is great! Very close to many central areas. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful They use refillable water bottles which they fill up when you need which I loved, so you don't need to buy more plastic. The swimming pool was great The garden was also beautiful The rooms are very moldy and outdated, the cushions of the bed had a lot of black spots, make sure to remove the covers and check them. The airconditioning also made a lot of noise The toilet leaked so the bathroom was also very moldy and the shower head was too old and the water sprayed pretty all over The cats walking on the roof make quite a lot of sound at night. The photos are outdated also.. I ended up asking for a refund and moving somewhere else But the biggest problem is how moldy the rooms are. It's a health hazard and I recommend not taking it lightly. When you first come they use an air refresher so you don't really smell it, but once its gone you will.
• sandra (4/5): - La posizione è buona per visitare il centro di Ubud. Ed è un luogo molto tranquillo, inserito all'interno di un bel giardino. La colazione era buona. Il personale gentile. Accanto c'è un servizio per fare tour della zona. Noi ne abbiamo fatto uno che abbiamo modificato durante il tragitto, il driver Nik è stato molto disponibile. Il bagno è orribile. La tazza del water è davanti al lavandino che non è comodo da utilizzare; per quanto possano aver pulito l'idea è quella di un ambiente sporco, che ha sicuramente bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Siamo arrivati durante la stagione delle piogge, quindi sono comprensibili dei disagi, ma durante i temporali sia scarico del water che lavandino non scaricavano, con conseguente risalita.....Nella stanza 101, dove abbiamo alloggiato, c'era un forte odore di muffa, c'era una chiazza visibile accanto all'aria condizionata, che pure non aiutava a migliorare l'aria stantia della stanza. La sensazione era di stare in un ambiente insalubre. Forse queste sono le condizione solo della stanza 101, ma non torneremmo mai in questa struttura.

• Stephanie (8/5): Fijn en goed voor drie nachten. - Het was een prachtige locatie. Kamers waren ook mooi en groot. Terras zag er goed uit Het rook er heel erg naar vocht. De badkamer liep steeds vol met water rond het toilet. De badkamer was viezig. Muren waren allemaal aangeslagen.

• Ian (8/5): Overall, the hotel is attractive, confortable, well located, v Ave the staff are excellent. - The staff were very friendly and responsive The room was very clean but there were little issues that need to be addressed, like fixing the switches to the bedside lights and mending the broken kettle lid. The stuff were quick to solve an issue in the bathroom.

• Wibke (6/5): Es war ein guter Aufenthalt und gleichzeitig hatte ich höhere Erwartung auf Basis der Fotos. - Die Location Mitten in Ubud ist super. Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Reisfelder war sehr schön und der kleine Pool gibt eine super Möglichkeit zur Abkühlung. Die großen Betten waren echt bequem :-) Das Bad und die Dusche waren nicht wirklich sauber. Vieles schien ein bisschen provisorisch zusammengebaut und repariert worden. Leider haben die kleineren Lampen im Zimmer nicht wirklich funktioniert und es wurde auch nicht wirklich repariert bzw. eine gute Lösung gefunden. Es äußere Schein ist erstmal schick, aber wenn man in die Ecken schaut ist es leider etwas ranzig.

• Tania (8/5): Great people in good location - When we needed to change rooms the staff were very accomadating and so friendly. Our first room was a deluxe room on the street end of the complex. At 8pm till very late, the establishment across the road was playing very loud music. We got no sleep the first night. Hence, why we changed rooms.

• Gianluca (8/5): Good experience, perfectly for “just sleeping” place when visiting Bali - The whole backside are of the hotel is green, like a little jungle but the personel is taking care of the flora practically everyday to keep it nice and clean. The location is also very nice, it really has a rice field nearby. The pool area is better looking on photos. The breakfast is limited to 4 versions a la carte.

• Bianca (9/5): Posizione centrale, e staff gentile e premuroso. - In generale consiglio questa struttura soprattutto per la posizione, in quanto è a due passi dal centro, ma lontana dal caos. C’è solo un bar/ristorante sotto, che fa musica dal vivo la sera, ma intorno alle 10:30 pm è tutto finito e spento. Il personale della struttura è molto gentile, disponibile, sempre sorridenti. Il bagno.

• Davide (9/5): Camera pulita e piscina gradevole, ma check-in e informazioni insufficienti hanno creato disagi. - Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di depositare i bagagli prima del check-in e trovarli direttamente in camera dopo le 14:00, un dettaglio molto comodo. La piscina è bella e rilassante, anche se il numero di sdraio è limitato. La stanza era pulita e ben mantenuta, mentre la colazione, seppur semplice, risultava buona e soddisfacente per iniziare la giornata. Il check-in è molto rigido: siamo arrivati alle 15:00 e abbiamo dovuto attendere altri 15 minuti senza spiegazioni. La piscina era in trattamento chimico senza alcun avviso, impedendoci di usufruirne; sarebbe stato sufficiente un semplice avviso per organizzarsi diversamente. Il bagno è piuttosto piccolo e la mancanza di luce sopra lo specchio ha reso complicato farsi la barba.
