• Francisco Javier (10/5): - Una muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo, en pleno centro de la ciudad, instalaciones muy limpias, la atención es muy amable y atenta de parte del personal del Front desk.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Estancia cómoda - El hotel tiene un diseño nuevo y bien cuidado. La cama es cómoda y el personal sumamente amable. Se encuentra cerca del centro histórico y calles principales, por lo que la visita caminando es sencilla. Aunque el estacionamiento quede a unas cuadras, está convenientemente cerca y te permiten durante tu estancia entrar y salir de él. Visitamos en fin de semana y cerca se encuentra un bar, por lo que el concierto de rock no se hizo esperar. Fuera del ruido del concierto, la estancia estuvo excelente.
• Joseph (10/5): - Estuvo muy cómodo y limpio el hotel. Los empleados caían bien y eran muy atentos. Los desayunos también ricos. Lo único para anotar es que si no te gusta el ruido quizás no es el lugar ideal. Está cerca a algunos bares que ponen música hasta tarde. A mi en lo personal no me molesto para nada y asi logré dormir a gusto. Recomendaría quedarse aquí cuando visitas San Luis.

• Angie (4/5): - No me gustó, primero, que no hay frazadas, las pides y 2 hrs después tuve que bajar a recepción para que me proporcionaran 1, no hay agua caliente para ducharte en la tarde te das cuenta ya que estas a punto de bañarte y debes llamar a recepción y te dicen esperes 5 mins para bañarte, eramos 2 personas y solo te ponen una toalla de baño, pedimos una adicional y jamas la llevaron, afortunadamente llevábamos una propia, te dan clave wifi incorrecta, las almohadas demasiado incómodas, no te indican que hay elevador hasta el fondo detrás de las escaleras y mientras ya subiste el primer piso cargando tus maletas porque no hay quien te ayude y el hotel no es como te muestra en las imágenes que usan para el marketing, es muy limpia y espaciosa la habitación. No volveré a hospedarme ahí.

Hay bastante ruido, derivado de que hay discotecas alrededor Deberían invertir más en el tema de la hermeticidad del ruido en las habitaciones. Mejorar las cancelerias de acceso y terraza Ladeberian poner edredones en época de frio. Las sabanas para la temporada son muy delgadas

• Arturo (6/5): Precaución con habitación - En mi experiencia la Suite Junior en la imagen de presentación se observan detalles como velas, decoración etc. Al momento de entrar en la habitación nos dimos cuenta que no contaba con lo que aparece en la imagen, y la habitación era muy fría. Se tuvo complicación con el agua caliente del baño. Cómo estancia le doy un 3 de 5. Las instalaciones no son malas pero son detalles importantes a considerar si quieres disfrutar en pareja la estancia.
• Bertha (8/5): Lo recomiendo ! - Me gustó mucho el hotel, todo muy limpio, el desayuno muy bueno pero como era jueves supongo que por eso había mucho ruido como de un antro que dejó de tocar música a las 12 de la noche pero de ahí en fuera todo muy bien! Las camas muy cómodas!
• Claudia (10/5): - The hotel seems to be an older property but very well kept. The rooms were nice and clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I didn’t forget anything but they did offer the essentials in case you did forget something so that was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful with answering questions about the area. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

• Jesús (4/5): - Lamentablemente queda muy por debajo de las expectativas que crea la oferta en las plataformas.... 1) no es verdad que cuentan con estacionamiento, si, tienen un convenio con un estacionamiento público, y sin cargo para el huésped, pero está a cuatro calles del hotel, y, como fue el caso con nosotros, la lluvia complicó el traslado al hotel.... 2) la habitación, si, muy bonita y con muy buen mobiliario, pero sin clima y ni siquiera un ventilador que ayude a mejorar la temperatura de la habitación, y la ventana sin mosquitero, y los zancudos a todo lo que da....3) en la regadera le hace falta contar con agarraderas, principalmente para personas mayores....con pena, pero no lo recomendaría, salvo una situación de urgencia....

Nos dijeron que si queriamos aire acondicionado y llevaron un aire portatil con una tuberia que pusieron hacia la ventana abierta y hacia un ruido espantoso. Enfrente hay un antro con la musica a todo volumen . No se puede dormir
• Carlos Lazaro (6/5): Bueno - En general el hotel es bueno. Creo que es más viejo de lo que se ve en la fotos. Cumple con la facilidad de hospedarte en el centro de la ciudad. No me gustó que el estacionamiento queda como a 300 metros, no es cómodo. Pero valoro el esfuerzo por que sus clientes tengamos estacionamiento. El almuerzo de cortesía es rico. La atención en general es buena y también la limpieza. La cama se me hizo muy dura y las almohadas muy pequeñas. Si aguantas los ruidos es un hotel considerable, si no, pasa de largo, pues el ruido de los antros de enfrente y alrededores es bastante notable.

Después nos explico que no habia agua caliente. Teníamos que llamar para que nos la abireran. No tenia a/c. No ventanas. Un abanico. Lugar inseguro. Cantina alrededor. La chapa de la puerta de la habitación floja. En el buro una nota escrita en un sobre pidiéndo dinero supongo la recamarera. No me dejo subir el archivo la foto 👀

• Colleen (8/5): Nice but club across the way - The place was quite nice - clean with very friendly staff. The location was good and parking was included as was a nice breakfast. The one major complaint I have is the noise from a bar across the street that started blasting music at 6 or 7 pm. Not great after a long day traveling or out and about visiting the museums of the city.

• Randolph (8/5): Handicap Disaster - The hotel is totally wrong for a disabled person. There is no handicap ramp to get into the hotel and you had to take a step to get into the bathroom, which had no handicap bars. The room was not heated and you had to call to get hot water. We checked out five days early.
• Lazaro (8/5): - We all know if we damage the property we will be accountable,I booked a room for my parents and they were told by the receptionist in a rude way that if they broke something up they would pay for it,mom and dad are 68 and 79 I understand if you’re traveling with kids but that was a bit out of line for two seniors citizens,AC unit wasn’t working,everything else was in good condition.

• Claudia (2/5): - Terrible experience! :( My first room was dirty, very smelly, and noisy. I asked to changed it for another room. Sadly, the second room, was a noisy one due to the bad isolation from the street because of the night club just right across the street; poor cleanest, dirty hand towels and pillow sheets with lipstick marks and make up and a noisy air fan. The staff was friendly though, and very attentive.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy breakfast which was a warm breakfast. The “sacate” provided works much better for exfoliating than a wash cloth. One must remember to dial 0 and ask for hot water, and it only takes a few minutes to get hot.

Breakfast was great, cooked to order. Discounted parking at a garage a block away. Very pleased with their eco friendly policy of no plastic. We would definitely stay there again.
• John (8/5): Not what I was expecting!!!! - None of the pictures of rooms are what they showed me. They were charging a very high price for a basic room. It was supposedly a presidential suite. I was going to cancel reservation they upgraded room but still not what I was expecting for the price charged.Staff did the best they could for a difficult situation. They should be commended. First problem is rooms are not in same building as where check in is. We were happy with hot breakfast.. For the price I prefer to stay at westin/hilton type hotel.

Had to ask for a few housekeeping items like towels, toilet paper, etc. Staff always friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a small room; would be nice to have place for luggage or some drawer space. Good location, a few blocks from downtown. Breakfasts were yummy!

They truly make you feel appreciated and at home. They’ll go above and beyond to assist their guests in whatever they can. My smoky has stayed here for the last two summers, and we have not been disappointed!

• Luis (6/5): Oversold and underperformed - Our room was small and cramped. Clean and a very comfortable bed. The minibar was half empty. No ice? What hotel has no ice? Breakfast was free but not very good. Eggs undercooked, others over cooked and too salty. Beans were cold. I returned my Chilaquiles untouched and I was charged for the replacement dish. Overall not very satisfied.
• Timothy John (6/5): Beautiful hotel but very cold. - Interesting hotel, but in a rather run down area of town. Sadly the biggest problems are a) Its freezing cold and there are no heaters in the room, we ended up sleeping with our clothes on the first night. The next morning was interesting to see all the staff dressed in winter coats and scarves. And b)There were only 2 tiny windows in our room, both high up and shuttered, probably because the view outside was not so good. Other than that this is a beautiful hotel, the interior is really nice. The room was spacious and very well designed. The shower was great and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very very good. I would go back, but only in the summer !
• Luis (10/5): Wonderful boutique hotel in SLP's city center - Great boutique hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms and a modern, relaxed atmosphere. Staff are extremely supportive and will go the last mile to support you. The made-to-order breakfast is very good. The location is very convenient being 2 blocks away from Aranzazu Plaza in the city center. Would definitely recomnend and would stay again on my next visit to San Luis Potosi!
• Jose (10/5): Pleasant stay - Very modern, comfortable boutique hotel, close to everything in the centro historico. The receptionist was very helpful in directing us to secure parking. Breakfast was from a menu and served, not a buffet. If you are there on a Friday night as we were you may need ear plugs as the music nearby is loud. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is wonderful.

The stuffs were singing songs (not know what was going on) and occupied the guest area. No additional toilet papers. Only few stuffs speaks English. Not good place to stay for business trip. The hotel was very close to one of the main plazas making it very easy to walk to restaurants, etc. The room looked just like the photo and we loved the arrangement of the bathroom facilities-best showerhead ever! Street parking was not easy but we then found a nearby parking lot that accepted a card from the hotel. We didnt breakfast at the hotel after finding a nearby restaurant that we liked the night before but the menu looked pleasant and we would have indulged if we were spending one more night.

I was very happy with the overall experience. More than once, the staff, including the cook, went out of their way to make our stay as pleasing as possible.

It is not a big deal but it can get very noisy on the weekends as nearby bars keep the volume up until 2-3 am. Maybe I was in the unlucky side of the hotel (room 405), though.
