The biscuits in the jar in the reception were a tasty bonus It was great for me but may not suit anyone who is less mobile as it’s on the first floor so you need to carry your luggage up stairs.
- Ariane (8/5): - We spent one night in room #2. The room was very comfortable, super clean with modern furnishing. There was a mini fridge and water kettle in the room. The bedding was extremely comfortable with two separate twin comforter for the king bed. The bathroom was super modern and there was a mini shower gel and lotion available. The location is fantastic, close to everything and very walkable. The host communicated clearly about how to check in. Main issues: If you arrive by car, there is no easy way to get dropped off with luggage. You will have to park at least a block from the building. The host is only available until noon. Three flights of stairs and no elevator to get to the hotel story. Very loud neighborhood until late at night and from early in the morning. Luggage storage is leaving your belongings unattended in the lobby (behind locked door, but accessible to anyone with the check-in information). All in all it was a good affordable stay for one night but I wouldn't return there.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk to Split Old Town and the port, which made exploring the city and catching ferries to the islands so convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Split!

The only slight negative was that the water boiler is small so for the second shower in a day or a longer shower, the water would not be hot anymore.

Possibly if I stayed longer I might need small frig....but not essential

The amenities were more than enough, since you’ll just be exploring the town anyways. They have very good instructions on late check-in. Ria, the attendant was very friendly and kind. - Jeanette (7/5): Best location without car, ok for medium luggage, the cheaper rooms are small so expect it. - Walking distance to old town, restaurants, beach, cafes. Clean and comfortable. Host was super helpful with our bags for a lady. We are a group of 6 ladies traveling with large luggage. Steps up 2 floors to apartment/rooms makes it a little difficult but manageable, 4 of us got the super small rooms with one room being so small that large bags were hard to fit and open in the room, but can be done with very little space to manoeuvre.

Close to the port, eateries, supermarket , beach and the sites . Could check in early, which was a massive bonus. However, the room size put a dampener on our stay.

Good location for old town and port to catch ferries. I arrived late and organised a transfer with the hotel - taxi driver Alan was really friendly and helpful and a great first impression of the people of Croatia! Knocked a star off for the the facilities as I found the safe wasn't attached in the wardrobe. It wasn’t super heavy or large so you could’ve just picked it up and walked away with it…

Not huge but functional. Nice rain shower in a modern bathroom. Small work desk, and kettle. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room was compact but spacious enough for me and my daughter. Very clean as well. I would stay there again. We had a problem figuring out the AC (user error). While it’s not in the heart of Old Town, it’s a quick walk away and in a quieter area, which is nice for sleeping. The biggest downside is that there isn’t a whole lot of privacy, but I would recommend it!

The driver was so nice to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs to our room. The location is ideal for the harbor, easy walk and all downhill if you are traveling with your bags to catch a boat. In the morning the mgmt was kind to place a call to our boat to advise the location in the harbor. All of the service was excellent and appreciated. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. - Ken (10/5): - Great communication when booking. Very well located to trains and to port. Very friendly staff. Room cleaned daily. 3 flights of stairs to contend with and no lift was the only downside.
- Clare (7/5): As a one night stop over it was ideal. Location was perfect. - It was secure. The room was beautifully turned out, so many hidden cupboards. Fab shower, very comfortable bed and very clean. It was in a residential building and was quite noisy, we were woken quite early. A child was left to cry for ages which was quite distressing.
- R N (10/5): Handy location - Great room very comfy. Be aware 3 flights of steps to get to reception & no lift! Great with no bags!

- Bezzi (6/5): Nice room but with serious flaw - Everything was perfect, very nice and recently renovated room, except that after my partner took a 10’ shower, hot water lasted for some 5’ during my shower and then was completely gone. I waited for some 5’ to see if the water would get warm again without results. Unacceptable after a long day of travelling and walking
- David (10/5): Excellent location - The apartment was perfectly situated close to the bus station, airport transfer stop and tour pickup points with easy access to all the sights of Split, just a few minutes walk from the shops and many restaurants, and, of course the Diocletian Palace. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and well fitted out with a fridge, kettle and complementary chocolates and biscuits. Excellent spacious bathroom with great shower. Check in and access to keys etc. were very straightforward. Our bed was made up and room cleaned daily.
