Parking advertised as $17 (as Choice member) still cost $27. Asked for a suite room, did not get the one requested (needed the double bed suite due to 2 young children). Pet friendly but not KID friendly (no crib)

Mariann (9/5): Decent stay and a fair price for the area - The bed was extremely comfortable and it was conveniently located near the airport. I appreciated having a tub. Not much to see out the windows aside from pavement and cars. The hvac was incredibly noisy, had to keep my foot on the tub stopper to keep the water from leaking out of the tub.

fitsumh2026 (2/5): Horrible. - I guess it was my fault for not checking the reviews before booking but oh my this has to be the worst hotel experience in my entire life. I booked a 2‑night stay through Expedia at this sorry excuse of a hotel and arrived late at night with family and an exhausted baby after driving from the Bay Area. The front desk agent, Miguel, claimed the system was down and repeatedly told us to wait. After 20+ minutes, when I asked for help checking in, Miguel became hostile and told us to find another hotel. When I tried to reason with him, he escalated the situation by calling the police. Once officers arrived, I learned the hotel had actually overbooked and given our room away. Miguel refused to issue a refund, saying it had to be handled through Expedia. I was lucky enough to find another hotel (Sonesta LAX) which Is a way better hotel anyway. So anyone trying to stay at this hotel in the future please be advised this might be your experience. So learn from my mistake and try to avoid this property and their unprofessional behavior and mishandling of reservations.

The bed in room 202 was like sleeping on springsmy back hurt worse when I got out the bed then it did when I got in the bed. It was horrible.

Si vous ne buvez pas l’eau du robinet prévoyez de ramener des bouteilles d’eau car il n’y en a pas dans les chambres et l’hôtel n’en vend pas non plus.

Melissa (3/5): - The bed was comfy, most of the staff was nice except for one front desk staff who was rude when we called and asked a question, the AC worked great! Half the lights in the room did not work, the shower does not close so every time you shower water flood the floor of the bathroom, when we inquired about it at the front desk the lady was rude and said “all our rooms have that”, the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way and we had to jam a wash cloth in the doorjam just to have some privacy when using the restroom as there is a huge mirror right outside the bathroom and if the door is open whoever is on the bed gets a view of you in the bathroom.

Walls are a bit thin. Location is about a five minute drive to downtown. Great place for a night or two. Parking is $27 daily.

I found a lot of hair on the floor from previous guests. There was no laundromat at this hotel, the pool wasn’t heated. No microwave in the room, and no small freezer in the small fridge unit.

Allen (5/5): SEE THE INFO ABOVE. - We were two older women - 75 and 80 years, who just arrived from a VERY Long flight, and had 4 suitcases; we asked if the gentleman at the front desk if could assist us to our room, just on the second floor, with the elevator, to just assist with our suitcases, after a very long flight. The gentleman said he would help us -- The lady boss at the front desk, told him absolutely Not--they can get their own suitcases up--and the guy was NOTALLOWED TO ASSIST US. Then in the am - at about 8:00 am, I went down for coffee (in the lounge), (it was what they advertised - free tea of coffee in the mornings; however, when we got there they were out of coffee and cream, and sugar, and when I asked the man who was the guy in charge of the lounge if he would please make another pot of coffee, and bring some more cream, he said ---"I am only one person, and I cannot do that now - you'll have to come back later." I then asked the front desk woman, and she said the3 same things. She said if we really wanted coffee we should have come down earlier--it was 8:15 am!! - so no, I don't think we will ever stay there again. "

Awhina (3/5): Did not enjoy this stay. Felt very unclean - Location was pretty good. Employees were friendly enough. The bed was pretty comfortable It was so dirty in the room. The bathroom was disgusting. Mold and mildew in the cracks of the tiles. The floor felt like it had a layer of film over itthat made my socks black. There was a burn hole in the couch. They only service the room every 3 days and whilst that’s usually fine, when they did service the room they didn’t restock the toilet paper. Also upon entry, there was a used bottle of lotion on the counter like it hadn’t been replaced from previous guest.

Amy (8/5): Good hotel - not good airport shuttle - The hotel itself was fine - cozy beds, clean and quiet room, close to the airport. Their shuttle service is not great. They offer free airport shuttle but it’s only free during certain hours then you have to pay … a lot. They also don’t have a water refill station besides from a sink.
